On 3 occasions now i have ordered a dessert and added special instructions which are not followed and are on my receipt and i never get my money back i dont know why they cant just send me out a replacement for what i actually ordered ? Its always the same

Highly recommend! Delicious desserts especially the cookie dough crispy on the outside soft in the inside.. My boys indulge into the brownie dream and oreo milkshake the best in town!! Friendly Staff took me by surprise with their warm welcoming friendly attitude giving us plenty of time to order Kids love the seating area

Enjoyed our experience here. Came with my 2 little boys. Very friendly staff + helpful We had the Cookie Dough and Sticky Toffee Pudding tasted spot on! . Asian/Oriental girl behind the till doesn’t allow you to sit at a table and look through the menu, you must order whilst standing by the window before you can choose a table. Awful service, more chocolate on the plate than the waffle. Waiting for Little Dessert Shop to open better than this

i got a cookie dough and so did my friend and it was absolutely shocking terrible it wasn’t even cookie dough there was so much sugar and chocolate and i have really bad diarrhoea and my friend is now in hospital in shock

My partner and I popped in for the first time on a Saturday afternoon, very quiet which was a shame.. but at least we were served quickly. I ordered the Lotus milkshake & my partner had the “Banutella” milkshake. My Lotus one was insane! Huge milkshake for a very reasonable price. Would definitely come back! The desserts the young girl was preparing also looked amazing!

Never eaten in but regularly get Deliveroo and the cookie dough is nice. Ice cream good too.

I would highly recommend treatz to anyone. Every visit has been on point every time I come in and I have never been disappointed. All the staff are very friendly and very good at doing their job.. The sizes of the shakes and sundaes aswell as everything else is absolutely phenomenal.

Went in a fews days ago with my friends, great experience as first time , food was delicious , nice atmosphere and staffs were friendly. The lady who took the order were helpful about my allergy problems. Definitely we will back again!

This place has really gone down hill. They have changed the nuttella sauce no where as nice. The waffles are very dry. And the lady server has no understanding of English.

Went today the 28th Feb and the sole girl working has zero customer service experience. Had to give order like 8 times all the while she was distracted with nothing, no attention to what was being said. No acknowledgement. I would have her name but the receipt has the owners name on it not who is serving shows how badly the place is run or supervised. Avoid it.

We came in for a treat on Monday afternoon in half term and had a nice time. It was clean, not too noisy, and comfy. The server was really friendly and helpful, couldn't have been nicer. Explained how to order and gave us plenty of time to choose (which we needed, as there is loads on the menu!). Once we ordered and sat down our order came quickly - our party ordered a bit of everything by coincidence and it was all really good. The only reason I gave 4 stars not 5 is that I would have liked a more toppings for the price of the crepe - it was nice but more banana would be good as it didn't go very far! A warm plate would keep the crepe hotter too, as it went cold quite quickly (obviously the ice cream was partly to blame, but a warm plate would keep hot dessert hot too). It's a bit pricey so definitely a treat not an every day thing, but we're on holiday and I would go back another time.

Horrible customer service . The ferrero ice cream tasted like garbage !! The server was rude and said she can’t do anything about it and she said that she would not change it for us even if not happy with the taste. It was crystalised ! The server lady who was rude as hell, I really don’t think you’re going places . Horrible human and horrible ice cream

Service was absolutely magnificent especially from a young lady who was very lovely and sweet and was named Oliwia. I ordered a white chocolate cookie dough and the portion was perfect, the right amount for the level of sweetness. Very impressed with my visit. I also enjoyed the decor and atmosphere too. 😘💋😽

me, my boyfriend, my bestfriend, and her boyfriend came here saturday night at 10:40 pm, on the door it clearly says that the place is open until 12 (midnight). as we went to order we were told that all the machines were turned off, we struggled to order as the machines were turned off an hour and 20 minutes early, no waffles, no crepes, not even any milkshakes were available, we were more than just disappointed, on entry we got told there was no eating in available which is fair as some places only do take away after a certain time, but closing down all your machines an hour and 20 minutes before you’re due to close is an absolute joke, most of the staff were unprofessional about it, simply giving disgusting and a moany attitude to us about it despite us not being rude at all, all we did is ask why it said they were open until 12 if they’re turning everything off at 11:40… with no explanation. the only thing we could assume is that they were run by laziness and wanted an early close, there was a young boy serving us with a great attitude willing to help us as much as he could, but everyone else’s attitude was disgusting, as if they’ve never worked a day of customer service in their life. if your staff are too lazy to stay open until the time you have written on your doors then why keep them employed?? although the food was amazing the staff really do need working on, perhaps some more training, and they need to have a refresh of the closing times.

One of the employees was really rude I’m usually a fan of treats however this time around I was actually shocked from the way she served the food to the way she addressed us the parlour was practically empty however she made us sit right by the toilet and yet let another couple sit further in we only wanted to sit where we don’t see the employees come and go out of the toilet yet she was so rude now was this a race thing I’m not sure however I won’t be eating there if I see the same employee next time around

Nice and quiet dessert shop in the main town centre, it was worth parking the vehicle bit longer and walking down to the shop near to the Woking station. This was my first time trying the ferrero milkshake, and it was worth trying tbh, and the rest of the desserts and the flavours are just incredible, and I would say a best treat for summer at any time!

Boiling hot in the shop. Loads of staff but one person serving on the till. Useless bloke gave us half an ice cream that we paid nearly £10 for. Wife got one scoop and a teaspoon of the other ordered. I got nothing!!

Ordered the white cookie dough in store. It took ages to come but boy was it good!

Fantastic experience. Great variety of gelato and other wonderful desserts. Ample space to sit or take away as you like. On top of that, extremely warm and welcoming staff. Must visit if in Woking.

While the decor and menu made me think of Creams, this place wasn't nearly as enjoyable. I didn't think the ice-cream was as nice, and found the staff were very apathetic (can't blame them really, but it didn't give the place a very nice atmosphere when the staff didn't seem to want to be there). Music is good, but overall the place was pretty much dead, and I think I'll be going back to Creams in Guildford.

Just had the most delicious vegan sundaes with passionfruit,lemon and raspberry sorbet and fresh fruit! Also coffee milkshake and mint milkshake. Staff were fabulous and very helpful!! So thrilled to find such a wonderful vegan option for my daughter. We will be back!

Wow - truly great customer service by Martina. We are a regular customer at Treatz Woking. Today one of our desserts was not that great, we spoke to Martina she immediately resolved the issue and was great with the kids. @treatzwoking - Martina is a true asset to your organisation and I would highly recommend Treatz due to the amazing service that we received today.

I went there yesterday and I ordered two Kinda Bueno milkshakes one with whipped cream and one without bot when we got them there was a lot of plastic in the milkshakes my little brother nearly choked on the milkshakes and the staff was so rude and I will never ever come back to this place it deserves no star I wish this place should be shut down very very rude staff Never coming back again!!!!!

Me and my brother just got two milkshakes 20 minutes ago and what we found inside of it was plastic a lot of plastic inside of it that is the worst place ever very rude stuff on and I will certainly never be going back to it again it was disgraceful the milkshakes were nice but there was plastic inside of it if I was you I’d stay away from that place 🤮🤮🤮

Poor customer service, Andrea and Mathew were very disrespectful and did not help at all when there was a fault with my order. They proceeded to hang up and not help, do not recommend. Will not be ordering from here again.

We visited Treatz Woking on 13th March 2022 around 8:30pm. Extremely rude members of staff. Didn't feel welcomed and was an overall bad experience. The ice cream was very good ! The way we were made to feel spoiled everything. Please change your team or you will start losing the game. There are many more options in Woking now. Plenty of choice for customers.
