I really enjoyed the Dinner there :) Unfortunately the App to Order directly can't be installed in devices Not registered in the UK... (Trying to Install will Show: "App does Not Work in your Country") Anyway - great evening.

It’s what you’d expect from a major chain,standard food with standard flavours and over priced.

Service was good. We were well looked after. And the food was delicious. Thank you everyone who was working that night

Everything is excellent. Sometimes the chicken is feels dry but if you put some medium or hot souce then its really good.

Staff friendly. Quick service and food is yummy.

Very good location very close to the train station (2-3minutes away) and near town. The food was really good I’m not usually a coleslaw fan but their coleslaw was really good. They checked up on us during our meal to make sure everything was okay which it was perfect. I forgot to take pictures except this one I took on my digi cam but the location is really pretty and play good Afro fusion music. Had a really nice time with my friend. Thank you

We had Nandos delivery tonight 22/02/2024, it was cold, the chicken burgers were dry as anything. The portions were tiny, will not be ordering another nandos takeaway again. The timings on the delivery when ordering were different to the comfirmed times on the email.

Quick service with friendly staff

I love it so much, I've always loved eating here. The place is brilliant, the many special sauces that you can taste unlimitedly, the fuszers, the meats, everything is great. They also love my Nando's etter in Hungary, it's my heart's worth. The variety is huge and you can't find such things here. I hope I'll get there! great favorite

Since I've been there almost 4-5 times and every time, I tell myself I'll have a better experience, but nothing has changed, it's just not my cup of tea.

small group with a baby visited on a friday lunchtime. Got seated ok, highchair was a bit heavy to lug about. Service was fine, food was fine, very filling, shouldnt have bothered with the mash, too filling and a bit on the stiff heavy side, chicken was good. the restaurant itself was a bit dull and gloomy however, not much better than a mcdonalds really, but 3 times the price

Great service pre theatre. They squeezed us in as we were struggling to find vegan and veggie food. Not just chicken!

Big and spacious. Self service means virtually no contact with the staff. Fairly clean and good atmosphere. The chicken was a bit overcooked on this experience but tasted decent

Went there last night with a group of 10 12 year old boys for a birthday! (Challenging for any Restuarant) The staff were brilliant, patient with the boys, friendly and lovely service. Food also came fast and hot! Good service is hard to come by nowadays but nandos working had this in abundance! Thanks again.

The biggest thank you to Nicole at Nando’s! There was a mistake and the delivery driver turned up with our wrong order. Called customer service and said there’s nothing they can do except a refund when all we wanted to do is get our food. Called the restaurant and Nicole answered and couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful! Had our food ready to collect within 10 minutes - you are a star, thank you!

Very well maintained Nando’s. Quick service, first time in a long… our chicken was spot on, calm and quiet environment. Definitely worth going for… five stars also for Felix for the service!👏👏👏 very interesting design idea with the bottles!

Great place for a team trip for grub. Menu covers all major protein boost needs. Only gap is halal and gluten free coverage. But otherwise, team are always great there and very helpful.

Really good Nando’s that’s always quick with the food and friendly staff. Ruby and Sean N are both always great, and another gentleman whose name I don’t know!! Would recommend if you like your food served hot with good service

Someone give Ruby (host) a raise! Super busy Saturday, and I had such little time to satisfy my Nando’s craving before going to work. Ruby did everything to squeeze us in, super friendly. What a star.

Just had an amazing lunch at Nando’s Woking, had the pleasure of being served by felix and davide. The chicken was on point and service was superb, a jug of water and extra sauce was no trouble for them. Very happy customer.

This Nandos gave me quite possibly the greatest chicken thighs I have ever had... From start to finish, the service was excellent and fairly efficient in food arriving to my table upon ordering it on the Nando's App. It's a 5/5 from me!

Asked for a table. Said that it’ll be 15 min. And that they will call me when a table will be available. Not only did I see 3 lots of people walking in and getting a seat straight away, I also didn’t receive said call. Worse of all was the lady who asked me to wait saw me waiting whilst she saw others to their seat whilst I waited at the door. There was only two of us. And parties of 3 and 2 both of which was walk in (not reserved) got seats straight way. In short. Appalling service.

Visited Saturday night Take away only Lots of friendly staff who provided swift service tasking my order. I had enough time to pop to the toilet & it was all ready. Food hot & delicious. Fair price as standard. Lovely staff. 5 Stars.

The chicken is for sure good but I like the salad better, in particular the rainbow one. Can't stop eating it. The portion is a bit small for my big boy.

Food was ok but some items were lukewarm. It wasn't very clean, unfortunately, but understand it can happen at busy times. On balance, there are better branches out there, but I would return here

Ordered via deliveroo - I’m vegetarian and received a chicken pitta instead. Called them and the options were order via deliveroo again and pay delivery or come and collect. Lack of customer service and a refusal to even attempt to resolve this was notable. They use stickers on the packaging but it’s pointless if despite the stickers they just send what they feel like as opposed to what you’re ordered!

Overall a good Nandos experience, but just not used to the burnt/grilled chicken. Bun was a bit hard to chew, but recommend the wraps

Food was fine, it's chicken, not much more to say. The staff however were wonderful. They were friendly, helpful and attentive. We hadn't been to Nando's before so didn't know how it worked, but the staff looked after us really well and made it a very pleasant experience.

Hello i was having a meal at Nando’s woking On Saturday night i was disgraced by your staff especially the (Racist one) whom i think was named by ruby Who claimed that only us BLACK PEOPLE EAT CHICKEN its awful disgraceful.

My go to place whenever I’m visiting Woking. Great quality, friendly staff and big and warm ambience.

After spending £70 on a table for 5 all our chicken burgers were drier then the Sahara desert. I haven't had a Nandos for a long time I remember it being so much better!! Very very disappointed 😞

Never received an order from delivery but the delivery status marked as delivered. Contact the Nando’s but there is nothing they can do to contact the driver and being informed that I can only receive my refund after 48 hours if the “investigation” confirms the missing item. The worst delivery experience ever! Not liked my other orders that placed via Deliveroo, Nando’s has no tracking of the driver and can do nothing when this situation happens. Horrible services!

Awful after waiting for a table got drinks wrong and food when you tried to get anyone's attention just ignored food was only just warm enough to eat definitely not hot all staff were rushing around but didn't seem to be getting much done including the manager was just complete chaos

NOT HALAL. Google shows as serving halal, but it is not as confirmed by a very friendly and helpful staff member. The ambience is good however didnt try the food as not halal!

Missing items from order and because Deliveroo ordered they claimed they couldn’t help and didn’t even bother to try redelivering the items? Deliveroo took the delivery and you packed it so I’m surprised nothing was done

Food was average at this branch. Service was kind of poor compared to other Nando’s I’ve been to in the country. Other than that it’s just a Nando’s so can’t complain.

Called in with my wife for late lunch. Very good food and service

Food was great and starters came really quick. 5 of the mains came together and the other 2 about 10 mins later, this is my only gripe with the evening. This was also at peak rush hour so it's to be expected.

We only went into the restaurant to order dessert following lunch. The staff were all lovely. Very pleasant service.

Took their half chicken deal. Tasty, tender and juicy chicken, and solid side dishes.

We visit regularly, always efficient, friendly service and good food. Definitely the best Nando's I've visited.

Loved Nando's but the price is now getting ridiculous and the size of burgers getting smaller.

Very disappointed - 4 of the smallest chicken thighs we've ever seen. Putting all 4 together, would just about make 2 normal sized thighs. Complained and was told that's the size they have. Finally managed to get one extra 'normal' sized thigh.

We have just walked out of Nando’s while waiting for a table. Totally ignored by all the staff and my husband looked to see if any tables were free (there were many free) a member of staff barked we had to wait to be seated (this bring the first acknowledgement of us entered the restaurant). This was disgraceful behaviour for the face of Nando’s, rude staff that doesn’t acknowledge their customer and when they do treat them disrespectfully. Woking branch required lessons in being courteous to their clients.

Easy to get a seat. Staff were very friendly. Chicken is chicken at the end of the day . As long as the service is good I'm happy. Nice meal after bowling. Would go again.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The food was a bit cold but understandable as we visited at a very busy time. Overall it still taste good!

We held our daughters 12th birthday here last weekend. There were 8 of us and a big cake, we hadn't given the team any warning - but they were amazing. Happy, helpful, kind and totally accommodating. Patient with the noise and mess of 5 kids, even lighting and bringing the cake. Anna in particular was lovely. Thank you Anna + team. 😊

Food is delicious and interior is very beautiful indeed. The only thing making the stay uncomfortable was the delivery driver's window being used that lets a lot of cold air in every couple of minutes during winter.

Love a Nandos always know what your gonna get. :-)

Friendly and quick service chicken was good tender with lots of flavour.

Had wings with lemon and herbs sauce, it was delicious with the extra hot peri peri. Definitely recommended.

Great food but the operators of this branch are really bad neighbours continuously arranging contractors and other visitors working there to park in our carpark causing great disruption to our business.

Awful. By far the worst experience we've ever had at a Nando's. Tiny, restrictive menu. Favourite vegetarian options have gone. You can no longer customise your food, it's set items that come one way only. After being seated we were given a menu with only a few items on it and told we had to order from the app. The app wouldn't download onto my partner's phone (we didn't want the app anyway), so eventually they allowed us to order at the counter. I ordered some kind of veggie wrap that was meant to taste like chicken, as veggie pittas are no longer available. It comes with mayo and lemon and herb, so if that's not your favourite, tough. There's no other option. When it arrived it was more like soggy pork sausages than chicken. Horrible. I asked for another drink, and the waitress said 'I can't serve you another drink as our card machine has just broken down again' I said I'd pay cash, but was told 'We no longer accept cash'. Well don't worry Nando's, you'll never be getting any more of our money after this grim experience.

We really enjoyed visiting Nando’s today. The spacious restaurant also had screens between the closer seats which made us feel reassured that the covid guidelines are listened to accordingly. The menu had lots of options, a little limited on the vegan options but there was a special Christmas seasoning - sweet clementine. You were able to order at the table by scanning the barcode, and by signing in you can access your Nando’s points card. It was easy to order that way but you could order at the till if you preferred. The staff were lovely and the food was delicious. The toilets were extremely clean. Thank you for an enjoyable time.

A lovely clean venue with fantastic friendly staff. The food was cooked well and I enjoyed every mouthful.The whole experience was great I will Defiantly be eating there again.
