Wrong food horrible experience

Delivery was late as you had the wrong address. Chips were cold, gravy cold and chicken warm. Not happy

Chicken burgers were old and stale

excellent service and tasty meal for the family

I have ordered at 18:10pm and the delivery was done at 20:27pm. I am very unhappy with the service. It caused too much inconvenience. We had to order from other place which came on time. I appreciate it will get refunded. Thanks

The food was not hot, i would say it was warmish and the chicken was very dry. It seems it been sitting under the warm lights in the shop. Also we never got any chicken legs. Terrible service this time round.

The driver said he couldn’t find the address every other driver is able to find it. Food feeezing and crushed took well over an hour to get here and was on route for over an hour

The food was cold! We had to reheat the fries. Didn't reheat the original recipe chicken because it was already over cooked and dry. What a miserable experience. Don't think I need to ever need to try that again. Life is too short for sub par meals.

Really bad for a KFC. Why offer table service when you can’t. All food came in bags which was difficult to eat.

Delivery arrived with no gravy. Restaurant refused to send it out. Also arrived cold.

Staff here were amazing, we stopped here during work quite late. Staff opened up the dining in area for us and couldn't have been more helpful

It took 30mins delivery time for a 2 mile journey and we had a bucket of chicken but 6 portions of fries missing. Very disappointing.

I love KFC and I normally order the hot wings and normally very good. however, this time the wings were quite dry and they forgot my tango

driver messaged as could not find us even tho never had any problems before. gave instructions from where he had said he was several times (2 minutes round the corner) and it took him half an hour to even consider moving after constant back and forth. food turned up stone cold.

Was 3 hours late! Asked delivery driver to take it back he said he couldn’t. It was stone cold and inedible! But because we had to give a delivery code we cannot have a refund! £40 lost!!!

Really good visit today. Met the manager (Robin) as we came in, who was super helpful with the self serve tills and told us about the table service. Food was quick and hot. Had the 'Double-down' burger (like a double chicken burger with no bun), which was brilliant. Only on the menu for a short while though. Restaurant was clean and staff friendly.

promised 15-20 minutes. hour and a half later. apparently first courier decided to cancel. called KFC twice and promised new bucket. chips were microwaved. food arrived cold again. dreadful service. again

Not ordering anymore there. More than 2 hours, yes, two hours of delay. Super cold food, unetable, I had to thrash it. Impossible to contact the restaurant to get a refound.

Consistently the absolute worst when it comes to delivery and temperature of the food. Not sure if just eat are also to blame, but I’ve lost count of the amount of times it says “delivery 20-35 minutes”, and then when the order is confirmed it suddenly becomes 40–60 minutes. Then on top of that it gets delayed further during “prep”, and when it does eventually turns up (if I haven’t cancelled by then) it’s inevitably either room temperature or cold. Won’t be ordering from them again

Every time we order something is missing. I don’t mind a couple of times but it is every time. Now I think it’s on purpose. Not acceptable as I have just parted with £50 for a family meal and 2 mile delivery. And a service charge that does not serve service. As the order is always wrong. I will be requesting a full refund and not ordering from KFC Woking again.

the food is cold absolutely unacceptable for the price I'd payed I don't expect to have to re heat the food does not taste the same will not be using you again.

I purposely ordered the food ahead of time (at 8pm for an 11.30pm delivery). It finally arrived 45 mins late and lukewarm at 12.10am.

The food was not hot it was hardly warm I also ordered Kansas bbq dip that never arrived, not worth the money I paid

we sent it back as we had to put two kids in the car and take them to McDonald's because they were so hungry and couldn't wait for the KFC order, the tie kept increasing a d we didn't know when we would get it. It's almost false advertising. they said 15 mins and then it became 30, 40 mins.

If I could give zero stars I would. Tried to order through the app. I live about a 6 min drive away. My order was never fetched, it kept saying "driver on the way to restaurant" and I waited for 2 hours for my order to eventually get cancelled. Good stuff.

Was short with my order. I ordered a 12 piece but only received an 8 piece boneless share box so Iv been over charged

The chicken was overcooked and dry, some was even burnt. Looked and tasted like it has been kept out all afternoon.

Chicken was dry and very little meat more bone and overcooked as well as burnt at the edges highlight was the salad overall 1 out of 10.

The food was cold and I had to microwave it !

All instructions were ignored on the notes, so guests were left without food

I recently ordered from this KFC, and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed. The chicken had a strange, unpleasant smell, which was off putting and made it impossible to enjoy the meal. On top of that, the food quality was not up to the usual KFC standards it didn’t taste fresh or properly cooked. For a brand known for its fried chicken, this experience was a huge letdown. I won’t be returning anytime soon unless there’s a noticeable improvement in quality.

chicken is super tiny ,was requested chicken thighs but gave a tiny chicken wing and tiny breast.

Fillet tower burger fillet was burnt hard and dry. Twister was dry and felt cheap salad nonexistent just on the whole not a good experience won’t be having. KFC for a while

Absolutely terrible I ordered creamy mash as a side and Kansas bbq bites and got baked beans and gravy completely wrong and the food is cold

It has great fried Chicken tasty, flavourful and the food is properly cooked. I think they can make the chicken crispier but overall the food is good. The workers are good as they speak multi languages (some of them).

turned a 10 minute trip into a 30 min trip by driving up to bisley and back, when i messaged him to check everything was okay i was met with blunt and rude answers, was definitely not appreciated at all, as a result the food was cold. would definitely rate lower if i could

arrived over an hour late restaurant was supposedly preparing order for the whole time, arrived stone cold completely not edible was only one meal so not a huge order, delivery driver was also extremely rude and rather than knocking called me to say he was outside and come to the door when I opened door he was still sat in car and refused to get out I had to get shoes on and go out to him I wouldn't of even minded if he asked nicely as I get its cold outside

Order placed at 18:25, food finally turns up at 19:10, from a fast food place that is ten minutes walk away. Everything was stone cold, so must have been sitting on a cold side for a long time before finally being delivered.

Food was cold as it seemed the driver done multiple deliveries. Cold can of drink placed on top of burger which squashed it and made it even colder. From placing my order, to it being delivered was 1hr 10mins! Far too long!

Very slow , staff seem to be lost toilets door always closed when you ask staff to open they tell you to go there and wait then they forgetting to open and you need to go back . It's a joke

my coleslaw is out of date it has use by 18th Nov today is 22nd Nov

driver got lost contacted me gave clear directions to my house, driver continued to drive around claiming hes lost then drove off with my food as saw on map and then was told food was delivered never got any food so angry!
