Really enjoyed the atmosphere, tuna melt was good and guy behind the counter was friendly

Giving 1 star as I can’t give 0. Avoid this branch at all costs, ate here with my daughter and within 15mins of eating was violently sick, after requesting a refund I was refused as they couldn’t find my order as I paid cash and didn’t get receipt. Only to be told store staff were stealing and that was why my order couldn’t be found on the system, 2 days off work. No refund no compensation. Avoid avoid avoid. Young man working wasn’t just stealing but couldn’t get off FaceTime for 2mins to serve customers!

Flies came off of the food behind the counter. Didn’t have half the ingredients. The young man working there just couldn’t wait to get back to his phone. Toilets were disgusting. The place smelt really bad too. Poor hygiene, don’t know how this place is still open!

Young boy working on his own on Monday 8th 5pm - had no idea what he was doing, the sandwich was cold by the time he had made it. You should see the sign he had written on the desk saying “be back in 10” where he left the shop unattended. The shop stunk of drugs and he looked out of it. The sandwich was not wrapped up properly fell out of packaging and wrapped in a wet dirty tissue which was wet due to the floor being “cleaned”.

Well for what you pay for which is absolutely ridiculous for this is crazy and will never use again. Wouldn't recomend at all. The guy is friendly enough but couldn't wait to get back to his phone. 7 quid for this. Not impressed at all.

Just had lunch from here. Poor lad working in his own is obviously new and shouldn’t have been working alone. He took far too long and all sandwiches were cold by the time we left. Not his fault as clearly trying to do things right but just took so long. Salad and sauces portions were really small and ended up having to add to them when I got home. Not ideal when spending £30 on 4 sandwiches.

The sandwiches themselves are fine enough, standard subway quality - but the problem is actually getting one. On several occasions now they've been closed well within the official opening hours, Sometimes even with the open sign still on. I get that it may not be worth it to stay open if there's no business, but maybe they'd have more business if they were actually open when they say they are!

No hygiene, staff were untrained, the only person that knew how to make the food was sitting on his phone and didn't care one bit. Don't come here.

Today I get very nice and fast service

30/06/23 - not open at midday ... no online ordering anymore ... massively gone downhill over the past few years. Closes early, sometimes doesn't open meaning their food delivery is left on the pavement out front to rot ... franchise have just stopped caring

Subway West Byfleet is a great place to grab a quick and healthy meal. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the food is always fresh and delicious. I love that I can customize my sandwich or salad to my exact specifications, and I always feel good knowing that I'm eating something that's good for me.

Great service and the staff was very nice. Subs were made professionally and store was very clean.

Awful, had to wait whilst the worker finished his own personal phone call. He then nearly drops the bread from the oven behind him, minimal salad which got stupid when he put 2 pieces of sweetcorn in. Got home and it hadn't been cut in half for a footlong which is the norm. Wont be going back

Asked for 6 inch tuna sandwich the bowl was almost empty instead of filling the bowl of fresh tuna he gave me only 1 and half scoop in my sandwich. The lad working looked like someone force him to work there! Never again

This was really nice place as soon as we walked in the staff was really nice and helpful. The food was really and the serving sizes they were giving were really good. Overall a great experience definitely making more visits in future

Recently been taken over by new owners and my word am I impressed! Food quality was much better and shop looking very clean. Will be back regularly for sure!

Simply outstanding! The new management have definitely made an impressive impact, cleanliness and quality were in top condition! Went in during lunch hours and although busy, the quality of my sub and service was of utmost quality. Would certainly recommend and undoubtedly will be returning!

All good. Nice good, reasonable prices. One thing though, if staff are to wear masks, it would be good if they stopped playing at it and wore them properly OVER THE NOSE. Wear them or don't, no hybrid. The chap on the till was very polite and helpful, but he failed on masks (2 female staff, no problem) !

The place wasn't clean and we decided to eat at home! I asked the pink haired lady if the bread was fresh and she told me it was...when we got home I knew I should've trusted my instincts...it was old bread! She was rude to us too... The guy working there was nice an friendly! It wis worth driving a bit further to eat in Addlestone as the staff there are so nice and it is usually very clean!

Service sub par, cleanness is well below par, and did not feel great after (freshness of ingredients??)

When I walked in the man working was on the phone and took a while to come up and serve me. He stayed on the phone while doing so and was extremely rude. He barely listened to my order, trying to include things I didn't ask for as well as trying to rush making the subs, not including things I was asking for. I also asked and paid for 12 cookies and only received 9. As well as being asked if I was 'paying now' in a rushed mannor when I still hadn't finished my order. I was then told to hurry to pay when he was still busy shortchanging me on the cookies I ordered. He ran outside when I was collecting my drinks and didn't even have the courtesy to hold the door for me as he came back in. Shutting it infront of me. I was appalled by this service and really think that subway should consider improving their staffing. Can confidently say I won't be coming here again.

Bit dirty inside, food is decent subway quality. Good prices thanks to being a student.

Not very clean or tidy. 2 lads behind counter, not exactly busy, couldn't get my order right, asked for steak n cheese bites, no peppers, had peppers in it, both lads on there phones Bins overflowing, crisps almost empty, conderment bar empty, ... Very poor today as usually not like this very dissatisfied

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered a meal through just eat and they just cancelled on me without any notice whatsoever. The outcome of this meant I was late for work because I had to find lunch elsewhere.

They appear on Just eat, we order, they accept the order, after 20 mins (10 mins before it was due to arrive) they cancel the order!!. sorry to bother you we wont make that mistake again.

Was not pleased with the service in the West Byfleet store today. Decided to have a cheat day so was really looking forward to a subway, to which the petite man threw all my food inside my subway in order to be able to serve the next person. Will not be back to this particular branch!

They didn't serve me, because i complained I have a bad experience with the west Byfleet subway. I asked for steak and cheese, which is what I normally have from the subway. The person who was serving the subway put half the spoon portion of steak on the bread. I asked him is it supposed to be full spoon? His reply was “I have been asked to put only that much”, may be by the management. Then one other person came from inside and I have explained to him and he agreed and asked the first subway artist to put some more steak. Then the guy got angry and grab some portions of steak with his hand and throws it on to my sandwich and to the paper and may be some gone to the floor. I told him that is wrong you just throw the food I’m supposed to eat. He then got angry again and said “I’m not serving you any food” and left the counter. Then the other guy came from inside and said they are not serving me a sandwich. I’m not going there again, and recommend people at my work place do not go to this subway. We always go to this subway either on Thursday or Friday lunchtime for the last 6 or 7 years. After the new management change, the subway’s customer service has been terrible.

A disappointment with coffee and food not up to standard

Yo uso este Outlet metro ocasionalmente para el desayuno, ya que la desaparición de Cafe florales a lo largo del camino. El franquiciado actual es muy servicial y mucho más confiable; la anterior corresponde era muy malo en adherirse a la apertura anunciada horas y como consecuencia, deje de usar el lugar, como no podía ser dependía para ser abierto cuando sea necesario! Las cosas son ahora mucho mejor y te hacen sentir muy bienvenido!

Staffs are helpful, friendly and serve efficiently. One of the best. Visited on 12/07/2016 at lunch.

Metro West byfleet es parte de esta cadena hotelera franquiciados. Hay una buena selección de sándwiches y platos calientes y los precios son muy razonables. La calidad de la comida era normal. Este es un típico que sirve siempre un propósito. El personal era muy amable y servicial y el interior estaba limpio.

Typical subway. The staff are friendly and chatty though. Get a 12 incher! You know you want itttt
