The best restaurants in Woking South East

Han sido clientes aquí durante años. Muy amable, servicial y amable. Los precios son muy buenos para lo que se obtiene dado que los precios están subiendo en todas partes.

Tuve que esperar de 5 a 10 minutos en la recepción junto con otras dos parejas. Se nos dio un menú y luego se nos dijo que buscáramos un asiento, luego fuimos ignorados por al menos 15 minutos y solo nos sirvieron cuando saludé a un miembro del personal. La comida era buena, pero cuando llegó el momento de pagar nos ignoraron de nuevo. El café estaba lleno solo en un 20 % a 30 % y parecía que había suficiente personal, simplemente desaparecieron durante siglos. La dirección debe tener en cuenta estas deficiencias o más y más personas se rendirán. Encontraremos otro lugar para comer la próxima vez.

Decepcionados cuando llegamos tuvimos que esperar a ser recibidos algún tiempo era obvio a medida que avanzaba la comida que el camarero estaba solo La comida no era muy buena mi hamburguesa estaba seca y poco apetitosa comida equivocada dada y la solicitud de no ensalada y tomates ignorados. Dispensadores de sal y pimienta no funcionaba tuvimos tres saleros diferentes dos no dispensaron uno solo con una lucha. Todos nos sentimos decepcionados por la experiencia. No, porque era el cumpleaños de mis nietas y no queríamos arruinarle el día. Espero que intenten investigar los problemas. Comida un desembolso caro para las bebidas y la comida con los problemas que encontramos Debo decir que el camarero era muy agradable servicial y educado. Volveremos, no estoy seguro.

The full breakfast came out with the bacon cold, as were the fried eggs which were also hard. The butter in its packaging had obviously been left on the plate under the heat lamps and had liquified. My wife's crushed avacado and egg came out about 10 minutes later, just as I was finishing my breakfast. The eggs were again cold and hard. She took it back and as we didnt want to wait for it to be recooked, we got a refund for hers and left. Very disapointing and wont go back!

Stopped by when looking for lunch spot during hike nearby - nice weather so were out in the garden. Lovely and friendly service and good food too, recommended!

Nice day in the sunshine, had lunch and sat having a drink all afternoon. Had a nice green s salad. Everyone was happy with their food.

Wow i am glad they are back open now in the mornings and evening. They do an amazing breakfast as it cooked to order . And the staff are amazing and always helpful

Great home delivery service, at a very good price, very interesting menu ,but be aware the food comes out a little bit on the mild side.

Twice we have tried to eat hear in the last month and both times very negative visits. Asked for things on the menu to be told they dont have them or that they are closing soon so not making any more. Poor quality food when we did finally find something they have. Last visit they had just closed at 4.30pm I'm sure they used to be open later. Staff not really bothered about you or quite rude. Shame as it used to be ok here.

Currently running a limited menu due to staff shortages, and looking at other reviews it appears this might have been the case for some time. The offering was just a few cakes, a couple of choices of sandwich, or quiche. The quiche was just scrambled egg with some tomato in it (no cheese, cream, milk etc) no flavour and frankly inedible. The sandwiches were bland and overpriced. 2 stars given purely because I've been before and it has been good in the past, this visit really was a 1 star though - we left most of our food. Highly recommend not to visit here until they have their full staff count back.

With so many takeaways cutting costs and quality, it's great to see that Royal Chef hasn't done so. Lovely tasty food, not too greasy and fresh ingredients. Best Chinese in the area for sure.

The portions are getting smaller and smaller. Have noticed quite clearly that the overall volume is reducing and the ratio of rice to meat is increasing. The vegetable noodles were noodles with around 4 green beans and a few strips of onion. Plus why do they have the temerity to put an add tip option when you pay in a takeaway. Wil no longer use this takeaway as value for money is now poor.

Visité el restaurante un jueves por la noche por mi cuenta, ya que me alojaba cerca por trabajo. La comida era excelente y el servicio muy rápido. Había mucha gente y creo que mi servidor se llamaba Iryna, que era muy atento y educado. Voy a viajar a Woking con bastante frecuencia en el futuro y por lo que definitivamente vendré aquí para comer de nuevo en el futuro.

Not fast food at all It was a very long wait for standard food (double sausage and egg) The food took so long my coffee was like warm at best. The guy making the food was in a dirty high Vis jacket and didn't see him wash his hands when going to other work areas then back to prepare food. Won't be coming back to this McDonald's

If I could leave a 0 star review then I would! We rushed to get there for our table at 6pm as we only get a measly 5 minute grace period and had theatre tickets, only to get there and find the whole place was in darkness and not open. I have a text confirming my booking the day before which I did! No communication, nothing. No one answered the phone when I tried to ring saying we were running late, just says, number out of service. And their website when you google “Luciano’s Woking” comes up with a different Lucianos, based in Dorchester in Dorset!
