Horrendous cafe staff mangers serving cold food and missing my daughters meal refused us a refund whilst shouting foul language around our 2 year old who was in tears absolute scum bags avoid this place needs trading standards visit immediately will be taking this further as we have video evidence.AVOID

First visit for breakfast was a disappointment ordered a breakfast with toast but told cannot have toast as not in the cost structure? Bit confused with this guessing the cafe is pricing the cost of electricity to toast? The order was bought out incorrect due to a mix up , cappuccino instead of coffee, when I pointed this out I was blamed for ordering incorrect which I know I didn’t. Breakfast and coffees were ok but not the same without toast , service was ok but do thing they could have just changed the drink and not argued. Overall disappointing so although live locally wouldn’t come back

Your go to typical cafe, none of these tiny meals. These are big old meals, and never had an issue whatsoever.

Place was clean, menu was clear, food was cooked fresh and the portion size was decent. Had chicken kebab and chips, flavour on the chicken was succulent. It's a greasy spoon type place, but clearly looked after. Perfect for a quick lunch/breakfast if you're passing through the area.

Please avoid this cafe the bread had green mould.on it and had one slice of bacon in the sandwich..also the.lattee wasnt even half.full. the manager.is rude aggressive and abusive and his language.to customers is disgusting. I will most certainly be reportimg.them to trading.standards and woking borough.cohncil

Always a great breakfast, prompt service clean and tidy and friendly staff. Just had the American brunch, just enough to keep you going. Love the tea here also.

Popped in to while away an hour and was delighted that I decided to order a Quarter pound Cheese Burger and the follow it up with an Ice Cream The burger was cooked especially for me and took a few minutes ... It tasted delicious but It’s hallmark of quality was that each part was very fresh ... the bun, the lettuce, the tomato and the fried onions that all complemented the juicy tasty patty The ice cream was a delicious vanilla that was refreshing .... not at all fatty or lacking in quality

Lovely little cafe with a massive menu and reasonable prices. Both small and giant appetites catered for. Staff really friendly and my meal was cooked to perfection. Will go definitely go back!

Theres not high quality you expect at greasy spoons just a breakfast that hits the spot for cheap. I ordered a 6 pound sandwich which wasn't even cut in half, had all the filling piled on one side I had to reorganise myself and the ingredients are beyond poor quality. Ordering this dreadful sandwich was met with rudeness and unwelcoming service

Worst cafe I've been two the staff are so rude messed my order up so paying more then I should wouldn't recommend this place at all

The member of staff that served me was ignorant and surly. Then I was presented with a cold and over cooked big ( my opinion small) breakfast. Perhaps my uniform offended that member of staff. As she seemed to be polite towards all those who came in after me. Won’t bother again.

My wife and I have been going to this cafe for years and we have always enjoyed the breakfasts that are served. They are child friendly which is great as my children Like the food swell.

He estado yendo a Knaphill Cafe por un tiempo ahora, para tomar un café por la mañana. La bienvenida nunca ha sido particularmente amable, pero esta mañana fue la peor. El señor mayor, que creo que está a cargo, ni siquiera me miran desde su teléfono. Sin embargo, él estaba encantado de hablar con otros clientes (que eran hombres) ya que estaban pidiendo los desayunos grandes! ! . Cuando tomé mi taza de vuelta a él, cuando termine y dijo gracias a él, de nuevo él ni siquiera me miran desde su teléfono a reconocer mi presencia. Servicio de atención al cliente en su peor.

Fui el sábado 22 para el almuerzo. Pedí una hamburguesa y dos comidas: desayuno inglés completo. . Las hamburguesas eran normales, las patatas fritas eran como cartón,el desayuno era decepcionante, de nuevo las salchichas eran de mala calidad, el tocino y la morcilla recocido estaba dura como una roca y comestible.Había algunos jóvenes como muchachos en allí usando el F palabra repetidamente y no el personal de pedirles que se comporten. (niños). He oído cosas buenas sobre este lugar, así que decidimos darle una oportunidad. Yo no volveré allí de nuevo.Sin embargo, el personal es muy agradable y servicial. Es una lástima que la comida no es tan buena.

Popped in for the 2017 new year's first day, basically 1 Jan. Staff were extraordinary giving the fact that was NYE one day before. Food was amazing! Wooden fireplace and ambiance were just perfect for us 2. Well done guys! You're amazing in winter time as well as summer time!!

This cafe had been recommended to me by several people and I decided to give it a try, to see if it was as good as I had been led to believe. The breakfast menu is extensive although from the set breakfast menu, there was not one that stood out as being my 'ideal' breakfast. I sampled the No1 set breakfast, which came promptly and was nicely cooked. At £4.20 including tea/coffee it was adequate but not a gut-buster; larger amounts are available if you choose one of the more expensive items.

I go regularly, amazing food, never had a problem with waiting or cost nice and cheap with friendly faces and customer service.

As a group of friends with a bit of a hangover, we ventured out for food and came across the knaphill cafe. The staff were very nice and pleasant, the food lovely and served in really good time from ordering. The cafe overall was really lovely and clean despite it being really packed. It definitely hit the spot

It was a nice treat to pass a roadside Café, and this certainly should not disappoint. With a range of food on offer, I was even given tea re-fills on the establishment whilst eating a great breakfast.

This basic café has a huge choice of food. We have always had good food and friendly service. The staff are constantly cleaning the tables and seats. It is good value.

Knaphill café is situated in a parade of shops just at the edge of Knaphill and has layby parking outside. It is basic and simply furnished and popular with workmen. The welcome was not particularly friendly, though the service was pleasant.The large menu is displayed on the wall above the counter and covers breakfasts, omelettes, jacket potatoes, chips and hot meals in various combinations or individually priced items and offers good value. The cappuccino was good, toast came ready buttered and was rather soggy and the thin slice back bacon was overcooked and a little hard. Portions are generous. The eating area was clean, however the entrance area, mat, skirting boards and windows were filthy and need a professional clean.
