The manager was professional and efficient. She dealt with my genuine complaint quickly and left me happy and pleased with the service. I rarely complain, so well done Greggs.

I was to picup the order i ask one off the staff if the order is ready i explain to him is delay 30 minutes is told me to whait is no check and the order is no was ready is poor service.

Do yourself a favour and go here for a coffee. The filter is always spot on, it’s the best coffee in Winchester in my opinion.
