Greggs in Winchester

Delivery time was great however I ordered a 6 piece pizza box and when the items arrived the pizza was all squished together and damaged as the box hadn’t been handled with care / hadn’t been handled flat like the instructions ON THE BOX say so.

They didn’t put a coffee cup lid on properly spoiling all of the food. Wasted 45 minutes of my time. Seriously poor from Greggs.

Original delivery time was 12:35-12:45, food finally arrived at 13:49. Some of the slices were really greasy too and the chicken bites were cold. Order was placed at 12:00

Order was placed and has taken over an hour and all the food was cold. Not happy considering how much food i ordered.

The delivery driver gave me someone else's drinks. And I didn't receive mine

Didn’t store the food properly and now my pizza is damaged. Flipped two of the four slices, all the toppings are off my pizza. It’s abysmal to say the least.

WHY WOULD YOU ACCEPT THE ORDER IF ITS GOING TO BE THID LATE?! I couldn’t enjoy my food due to having class now. Absolutely disgusting!

Consistently high quality and delicious food.

Delivered over an hour late, the hot roll had gotten cold, the donuts were soggy and the fruit pots were very sour and tasted like they had been soaked in vinegar.

The coffee was not securely sealed so had spilt when it arrived and the hot sandwich had not been heated. Usually the store is very good, this is just a shame

The food was hot and delivered quickly in the given time game. Our food was delivered in lovely personalised bags with hearts put on it. Thanks Natalie and Suzie! Will definitely order again.

Ordered for my lunch at 11:30 was aware there was a 45min wait so food should of turned up at 12:45 but actually waited over 2 hours as food turned up around 13:45 which meant I missed my lunch break which is what I ordered for. When food arrived it wasn’t very hot and was just average.

Estimated time was 25-45 mins , it took 80 minutes to come , if the estimated was more accurate I wouldn’t have ordered

Visited here for breakfast when we stayed over on the weekend for the Christmas market. The staff were friendly and store has a range of items available. We got the steak bake, chicken bake and sausage rolls. Both the bakes were cold and we didn't really enjoy it - we went here because we wanted something hot to eat while strolling though the market on a crisp winter morning. The drinks on the other hand were nice and hot, and tasted delicious.

Food took extremely long to arrive, which is not necessarily the shops fault, however it probably should have been cancelled once it said the shop was closed. The food was still warm and it's always tasty and good quality.

The food was exceptional from greggs foods always piping hot and put together with care. Only issue I’ve had is with the delivery it was sent to a different address that means I had to go out of my way to get my food back

Pizza slices were all overcooked and almost black

delivery was late by almost 2 hours, i ended up going to the shop to collect my order. The Greggs team were amazing (i phoned them after an hour and they were incredibly apologetic), and when i arrived, they gave us some free cookies as an apology. This isn’t the first time i’ve had a problem with just eat delivery - a driver let himself into my back garden and left half the order on one side of the garden and the other somewhere else. Would like to reiterate, Greggs team were AMAZING, just eat

Burnt. I would never give someone food like this. You could see it was burnt. It tasted burnt. Tried a bite and the rest went in the bin. Burnt.

Wife ordered us something to eat. For lunch .. it arrived but Two hours late and cold and what a waste of money.. very disappointed with them.. Only place for it was the bin..
