Always fresh and warm food. The quality is up to standard. Great breakfast/ lunch meal deals. Perfect packaging when it comes to delivery. 10/10, will always recommend.

Visited here for breakfast when we stayed over on the weekend for the Christmas market. The staff were friendly and store has a range of items available. We got the steak bake, chicken bake and sausage rolls. Both the bakes were cold and we didn't really enjoy it - we went here because we wanted something hot to eat while strolling though the market on a crisp winter morning. The drinks on the other hand were nice and hot, and tasted delicious.

Very early last Thursday, we were in Winchester for the RLC 30th ceremony. We decided to pop in for a cuppa and a bite to eat. I just wanted to praise the young girl who served us. My son is autistic and was overwhelmed with the early start, Winchester, lots of police and the whole thing. He couldn't decide what to have, and she told him to take his time in a kind, soft manner that helped him so much. He picked what he wanted, and we enjoyed it. Just wanted to say thank you. Sometimes, the littlest means so much.

Slow service and had run out or bacon by 9am

The staff are so focussed on the mobile/deliveroo, they forget the queue outside the store.

Very helpful staff and welcomed my dog into the showroom met an extremely obliging member of the sales team called Lewis who’s product knowledge was good and he wasn’t too pushy like some!! Unfortunately my dog wouldn’t fit in the vehicle so I’m going to wait for the new fully electric Audi E-tron A6 estate to come out later in the year

Love greggs. Sausage bean cheese melt never misses - with a RedBull is out of this world. I hear the chicken bake is also good, but not my cup of tea. Speaking of tea, they have great value hot drinks and also are part of O2 priority now instead of Cafe Nero. Bit of a downgrade if you ask me, but what can you do.

What is there not to like about any Gregg's store... Except the queue ! Because everybody loves the stuff !!

Always very busy with long queues. The staff is friendly. Breakfast items are always completely gone by 12pm and so are lost vegan options other than pastries.

It's Gregg's, still unable to make bacon you can chew - not branch related as I've mentioned before. Three times we had to remind our server for the coffee we paid for - first for both then again for one of the order but at least the coffee is reasonable - when it comes. I have a love hate relationship with Gregg's - I keep going back but don't know why. I just wish that at the highest level they could sort out the bacon issue

Disgusting service waited over 20 minutes in a queue for breakfast, have my order taken to be told upon payment they are not serving. They had 2 of the slowest servers and then 2 more appeared but did nothing. Disgusting service greggs

Have not been in a Greggs for ages just went into the one in Winchester High St. Had a takeaway chicken slice & Cheese & Onion slice both cold, will not be rushing back to Greggs

Great staff, shame about some of the rude ignorant customers that they and myself have to put up with some who ignored mask wearing when still required and the LARGE sign saying seating area closed!

Guy behind the counter with longish black hair rude, kept trying to Palm me off with things from the shelves so he wouldnt have to serve me (only customer in the shop) kept walking away before I was finished, also eclaires and other choux pastry products dry and overcooked

I went to buy a pasty at 5:25pm and asked the guy if i can sit down. But the chairs where on top of the table and the guy said no we shut at 6!!! Clearly they want to go home on time. But if the shop closes at 6 then customers should be able to use that service. So as a pregnant woman just wanting to eat a pasty quickly in the warmth i sat outside on a cold slab in the wind. Thanks Greggs for looking after your customers!!!!

Good food nice staff good prices just think it would be better if greggs was in a bigger space sometimes you cant sit down to eat not enough room or space but nice overall .

Over priced considering the food is barely warm at half 2 in the afternoon. Starting to think greggs doesn't actually do hot food.

Brekfast bap. Dry bacon, burnt egg. Sasage was good and bap was fresh. Not a sandwich that you expect at greggs.

It's Gregg's same everywhere in the country

Gregg's is so much better now it caters for a wider variety of tastes so my 18 year old can eat the fat and the carbs safe in the knowledge that he will burn them off whilst us 50 somethings can be a little more circumspect! Well situated shop with a few seats and tables in the main centre of Winchester. Friendly service too.

One of the more modern branches of greggs, with a recent redesign giving it a more upmarket vibe than usual. Queues can often stretch out of the store, however the selection is quite limited due to the shop's size.
