The best restaurants in St Peters Thanet South East

The place is divided into two parts as if there were once two places, it did not feel cosy, but then its all about the food, unfortunately whilst adequate it would not tempt me back. My waiter did not seem to have done this before and knew nothing of the menu, maybe it was his first night. Hopefully it will improve.

Best Macdonald's in the area so much better than Westwood Cross, food looks & tastes great they actually cook their chips here not like the anaemic pale floppy chips at Westwood.. would highly recommend this place!

Absolutely disgraceful service, my bread was stale! Cheese wasn’t melted and ham was also rock hard.My order was completely wrong with no salads that I asked for.They said they will send my order again.Waited 40 mins and now waiting another 40! Awful

Nearly £17 for pappardelle pasta with almost invisible portion of sauce. No further comment needed. Italian waitress was good. Restaurant very noisy.

We came on the day of the reopening and had a lovely time. All of the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Lovely new decor and food fresh and delicious

Wow, walked in sat down looked at the menu and walked out !! The prices they charge for Pizza is not even funny. Nothing else to say . if your going then you must be loaded to pay such high prices. Don't believe me , check the reviews !!!!!!!

Unpleasant visit. Coffee order wrong twice Staff forgot soft drink order Plain incompetence due to poor training, lack of skill in English language and inability to pay attention. reviews for this firm's branches show similar problems are widespread Stay away

What a lovely independent feeling to this cafe ! Staff are very friendly and helpful..nothing is too much trouble. Made my kids and elderly parents feel at ease and many giggles were had.. Clean , delicious food , great value. A massive change from when we visited a while ago.cafe full of little touches and decorations and plants makes the cafe feel warm inviting.. Im told the manager has been there a year now and made changes and making many more to come. Keep hold of her and her team. A real asset to the Broadstairs Asda.

Really bad. Got seated quick enough when we arrived but waited 25 minutes for our drinks which was a bottle of beer and a coke. 25 minutes is a long time when just sitting at a table trying to get someone's attention. The people next to us were waiting even longer. Didn't get asked about allergies even though the receipt said we had (my wife has a diary allergy.) Good job she knows what to order. Lots of other unhappy customers. Wouldn't waste your time or money. Had to go and ask for the bill as server more interested in doing anything other than talk to the customers. This is my a cheap place to eat out anymore so the service really needs to be on point. Poor.

Delivered wrong items as per usual, had to struggle through the app going round in circles only to be told to talk to Uber eats as they deal with the delivery. Finally got to speak to someone and issued a refund of half the amount I should have been. Only to be told McDonald’s set the refunds not them. So there was nothing more to be done. I have paid for an item I have not received and not been reimbursed for it. Shocking and terrible business especially from one so large and wealthy. Greedy and disgusting service. I would love to be contacted and issued with a full refund as the whole experience and meal was ruined by frustration with the difficulty of the process.

Its 18:00, Thursday night, so it is two hours until closing. All the chairs are on the table for floor mopping and drinks purposely are served in takeaway cups for all eat-in customers. Not welcoming atmosphere. Cannot wait to finish??

Discusting says open 830-830 on Monday get there at 730 and you have a member of staff behind the counter and one sitting ON her phone infront of the till with the door lock tried to go in and they dont even look and at you when knocking VERY RUDE

The food was delicious. Hot and tasty. Equal to some restaurants close by. Can get busy but the staff are always helpful. Our favourite go to in Thanet 😋😊
