Genuinely the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to, food is always cold and made with no care and you always have to park up even if you are the only car and order a singular portion of fries. On my last vist my triple cheeseburgers were thrown together in a mess and my fries were barely half full and were not fresh at all.

Waist of my money !!! I have been sitting in the drive through for 45 minutes for 1 wrap and 1 mayo chicken I am overly tired and hungry waisted drive I am fuming. While writing this my food arrived and it is stone cold!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!

This experience was terrible. We ordered a muffin with jam and it came with no jam. Toddler in a grump. I ordered a chocolate milkshake with my sausage and egg McMuffin and i got a strawberry one instead. They have terrible service and I do not recommend.

After asking several times for plain kids meal , then to get home to find everything still in it ,, and with a fussy 6 year old refusing to eat it ! Very annoying.

Love coming to Westwood cross Ramsgate MC Donald's, everything is excellent, especially how clean and tidy it is outside its testiment to the staff who work hard cleaning etc etc, I come here every day for coffee and muffin and sit outside in the dining area, thanks.

Elise went above and beyond TWICE on my visit then Kim gave my son a balloon which he was overjoyed with. Always found the staff impeccably friendly here. Also restaurant is always v clean

Ordered 2 boxes of nuggets. Disgusting. Cold, not fresh, cooked the day before. Hard to chew. Tasted one and the rest went in the bin. How can you let rubbish like this out the door. Paid over £16 and had to order food from somewhere else. Never again

Having been closed for a couple of weeks last month for alterations for the second week running they have managed to get the order wrong. This week we got a black coffee instead of white, were not given a meal deal when ordered. We had to give the order to a member of staff on the drive through and the queue to pay and collect is slower Ethan it used to be

After a hard day at work (finishing at midnight) my next quest was to begin; finding sustenance.. With options already being limited, what better than a quick call to McDonald’s Broadstairs to bag myself a BigTasty? (Apparently any other viable option was the answer) Long story short you swindled me out of a BigTasty and tried to soften the blow with a BigMac (< Strictly speaking it’s not even big..) If I wasn’t already miles away by the time I’d noticed, I’d have been right back to BicMacSlap you right round the chops, sort it out you absolute whoppers! (Yeah that’s right.. just like the Burger King Whopper.. you heard me!)

Only once out of last 5 times we have had a delivery that wasn’t missing one or more items from our order, and it arrives worm ish. What a shame, not ordering takeout from them again.

Came in for breakfast ordered at machine staff who brought tray very unfriendly and cleaner kept looking at us making me feel uncomfortable as if we needed to rush so she could clean the table. Food great and everything tasty. When leaving moved aside as cleaner coming through no thank you or smile staff need to be more friendly please

It not hard to served good food. I asked for no onion. The box says no onion Guess what! I got a load of onions plus some mess in a bun….

we had a quick lunch before leaving here staff where courteous friendly and helpful all was very clean and hygiene was of a great standard

Its just your average McDonald's, we waited a while for our food which wasn't surprising as it was busy. Its worth it for a quick bite to eat.

Takeaway Double Sausage and egg meal, with extra Hash Brown, as is my norm from Mcdonalds. Busy with delivery drivers, but service was polite and fast given the situation. Food on arrival home was perfectly acceptable, and was enjoyed.

Used drive thru but when I got home order was wrong. Called and was answered by manager Ellie who was very polite and helpful. I drove back to receive completely new order and a full refund. Mistakes happen but all credit to Manager Ellie for sorting out quickly and professionally. That’s what a good manager does keeps their customers happy. Thank you

The Best McDonalds restaurant with the best service, best staff, best managers and above all, that familiarity that makes you relax and feel cared for. Thank you so much for giving us so much McDonalds WWX! Russell, Kurt (maybe Kirk), Ryan, Alex... the list goes on! Oh my god I can’t remember all their names but I can picture them. Oh and they are the best looking and groomed managers in Kent. To summarise; the best approach to quality delivery, consistency of freshness of food despite being rushed off their feet all the time and the best team of bodies behind the counter. You can’t ask for more than that?!! P. Crocker’s A team surely!? Lovin’em all!

Sunday morning breakfast, and the place was very busy, mainly with delivery drivers on collections. After a longer than usual wait the food arrived, and all was good.

Can’t even get order right, ordered through Uber Eats who done there job well and received order. Checked it and one box of 20 chicken McNuggets was missing, phoned McDonald’s at Westwood cross and informed I would have to chase a refund up from Uber, questioned why if it was McDonald’s mistake why I the customer should be chasing up delivery company who done there job well, told the manager wasn’t interested in refund and I would travel up there and pick McNuggets up, told against company procedures, not a very customer friendly service provided. If you order a meal for your family you want the food not a refund, kids let down and thoroughly disgusted.

Cold, expensive, squashed, inedible crap.....I have a dream that one day my meal will be hot and appetising....that day has never come so far.

All of the staff are so welcoming and lovely especially the ladies working on the floor. Always smiling and helpful delivering a great service. Covid rules are enforced effectively in a pleasant way. Service really stood out - better than most restaurants in Thanet !

I had to give one star because there wasn’t an option for no stars . I live local to this drive though and everytime we go there is a problem with the order. Today they managed to mess it up twice , after a long day at work it was the last thing I needed. It may sound trivial to moan about it, but it took 30minutes to correct the first mistake, only to find out when I got home that half my order was still missing. Fuming

The lady at the door didn’t have a clue. She didn’t understand how the McDonald’s app worked and was obsessed to the point of lunacy with contact tracing (and getting that wrong as well). She talked down to us in a loud voice in a way that can only be described as polite bullying. I appreciate that as a Mcdonald’s customer I am a pleb but I still don’t deserve to be spoken to like I’m a piece of sht.

Just got home from a weeks holiday so decided to have mcds from westwood cross. Margate.I dont usually eat mcds but I thought I would give it a go!! It was absolutely disgusting the big mac and cheese burgers were all cold the chips were either under cooked and cold or been sitting around for too long and was cold the chocolate milk shake was runny what happened to it being Thick and tasty? The banana milkshake didnt even taste like banana I think they must have forgot to put the banana syrup in. we didnt get any salsa dip with the mozzarella sticks oh and they were cold to. All in all I have no idea why anyone would want to eat mcdonalds food its utter crap!!!

Went in in the middle of a storm for a take-out breakfast.Ordered Double Bacon and Egg McMuffin,got to my destination only to find they had mixed up my order,and given me sausage mcmuffin,something I do not like.I was not going to drive back in stormy weather,so will send a complaint to their head office.

Having lived in thanet and working for McDonald's for a number of years 25 yrs ago i was mortified by the attitude of certain male members of staff. We were dissatisfied with the lets call it lack of heat in our food. The cheese in our quaterpounder was hard and crispy and the burger only tepid. now i know it was gone midnight but thats no excuse for substandard food especially as it isn't cheap. My partner took it back and was spoke down to in a perfuse manner, by a young manager , whose comment was "locals dont bother complaining as they are used to it!! how very sad. the first young man was very flippant now wonder with a manager like his . don't know his name but he had extreamly short or receding hair. I still know people who work in this store aswell as canterbury and hope their personally not put down because of other members of staff attitude towards the public

I have had enough of this mcdonalds, caitlin blonde hair , was cursing at us because they got our order wrong in the drive through, then proceeded to argue about us to another college who gave us the name of this pathetic employee. This is supposed to be the face of mcdonalds?Joke.

Efficient service, always very quick. Staff are quick to correct wrong orders and unlike other reviews my food is always hot.

I don’t mind McDonalds as I don’t use it often enough but the rare in-the-go quick meal sometimes is what is needed.Sadly the food today was definitely not up to or. My Quarterpounder with cheese was cold, the meat tasted “old” and overcooked. The additions (onion, dill and sauce) were almost non-existent and the burger bun was a cheeseburger bun: the meat was all hanging out.I don’t like posting negative reviews but it has to be said.

After ordering at the machine, the food was delivered to the table promptly and the lady was very friendly, offering additional sauces. The food was ok, slightly salto, but the kids were happy.

Don't eat that anymore the worst type of food that u can have it, check on YouTube and Google how the food is preeper and how low quality it is.Plus burgers could be serve with raw meat that u can see in photos. That u can even die from that. Highly not recomend. (Photos come from Internet)

Very polite staff that are always helpful. Went through the drive thru this time, order was sorted in a timely fashion and all was hot when I opened it at home.

My daughter and her friends go here alot and spend alot of money in the place.theres a girl who works there who is contantly picking on childern.ithink you call the staff member roza.today she lined up to place her order while her wee friend sat down at a table while my daughter was up getting there food.the worker came over told her to get off the seat as she had to place order first.she explained that her friend was just up getting there food but she said your not aloud to sit down first.then 2 seconds later a family sat down with no food as the daddy was up placing a order and nothing was said to them.i think this is rescimanation agsinst children.she is contanly picking on the children.i think this is a disgrace my daughters spends alot of money every week in this place.i will be speaking to the staff member the next time im in the restraunt.soo annoyed about this.

Parking good, disabled bays very close to entrance. Can be hectic at times however they now do a bring to the table service which is great for me. Food was on the table almost as son as I had sat down. Food was hot and tasty. The staff were very helpful and plenty of them.Toilets are also very clean.

We popped in for lunch and used the touch screen for the first time..Wow! So easy to use and offers the options to customer the meal (eg no lettuce). As we finished our selection a friendly and helpful member of staff approached and said we could have table service. We are used to going to the counter so we agreed and sat down. The food came after 5 mins and was perfect! The staff are so helpful and friendly. We also love the Classic range...

Parking was really good. When in the restaurant we ordered our food and a member of staff helped me in a disabled bay to sit and made sure we were comfortable. This girl deserved a medal, perfection. This particular McDonald's is one of the best I have been in, there were staff cleaning all the time, very clean toilets.

We had a late night burger meal here after visiting Dreamland. Standard McDonalds format, we ordered using the touch screens. Food was of a good standard, staff friendly. Only criticism, there were trays still left out on some tables that hadn't been cleared away. Would definitely use again.

Told them what I wanted, they said I couldn’t have it unless I had a meal deal, they only gave me two drinks after I ordered what they wanted me to order, then charged me more, I was too angry to go back in the drive in queue as it was very long

Arrived to a queue at the counter with only one checkout open. After a wait to order there was another short wait to pick up the food and take a seat at a table. table needed a cloth over but this was quickly done when asked staff. You cannot fault Mcdonalds really as food is always as you expect it to be and chips were hot unlike at some other fast food restaurants.

I’m Not going there again i always get the wrong order and cold coffee they just don’t care there meant to train the staff how to give the correct order

Me and two friends can here after a long day/night at work. We wanted to order the big tasty mean, that was being advised all over the restaurant. To be told by a member of staff “we don’t serve them now as it’s late” to which I replied “how comes” the server replied “ we don’t have the stuff for it”

really fast and efficient drive thru. burgers are well stacked with plenrty of sauce, pickles and lettuce- not all branches do as well. chips always hot and crisp. always very busy inside so unless you particularly want to sit at a table, choose the drive thru.

What awful hamburgers !! The filling is ok is but the buns are really awful - they are so sweet they taste like dessert buns. Really did not like this as have had much nicer buns (especially in the States) so can not really understand how they have become so big world wide

Ordered drive through, colleague didn't listen and missed out some of order and then at collection window told by the chav handing out the food that 'you haven't paid for the missing items so they weren't ordered!' Asking her to let me have them and I'll pay , was told, in best chav speak ' if you want them, you have to drive through again!'

McDonalds is great when you need a quick bite to eat at a good price for a decent quality meal. The staff seem to have really improved with their service over the last year. It's a pleasure to go in especially with the overhaul on look and interior design.

Well took my son there today as we have not been to a macDonald's since the one in Ramsgate town closed down, we were looking forward to lunch as we had been shopping etc. As soon as I had ordered we found a table & sat down ready to eat. Then I saw the dirty table with bits of the last persons meal all over the table, the seats had the salad from a burger all over them. I had to ask for someone to clean the table & seats before we could eat! Then I started to look around & saw the same on other tables & also food on the floor, fly's in the building buzzy around the tables as they are attracted to the left over food on the floor, tables & seats. I wanted to use the free Wi-Fi but even that was not easy you have to fill in a 3 page questionnaire just to use the Wi-Fi.

Staff always pleasant and very polite, food always hot and the chips are filling the whole of the packaging instead of being half full which I have found in many other stores.

Gets mad busy. Food is food. It's the same wherever you were except it was hot at this one which was an amazing shock. My mate ordered different but seems the staff like to ration sauce. Meant to get two larger sauces apparently but like to hold em back. Drive through is there but this again gets unbelievably busy! Better to just park and go in Staff are nice..

Not enough time to assist customers with details of deals on the menu,bins over flowing . Indoor eating area untidy. burgers were look warm and on the soggy side. Sorry but I prefer my meals cooked fresh and not have to guess how long they have been lying there Sorry not for me !!

The food is what you expect if not better. The kids love it especially with the new bounce pads. Best to choose the special burgers as they tend to be bigger, tastier and better value.

Good food as always fills a gap when shopping. fast service used the drive through and sat in the car to eat it as restaurant was crammed with children so a bit noisy for us.

I visited today on my way past from Westwood Cross. There's a new way of ordering with remote screens where you can choose what you want and pay. I know people moan about these but I like them. I never know what is available for a change so this gives you the ability to have a look at all the meals available or sandwiches, what add ons you can have with that meal etc. I think it's good. Food came quickly and was hot. Toilets were clean.

Had to have breakfast somewhere so why not Mickey D's. Ordered two double sausage and egg McMuffin meals and a bacon and egg one. Food was juicy and flavoursome. Also, the food wasn't squashed and therefore looked as it should. Well done.

We were on a tour of Kent and liked this McDonalds.We had the usual superb Chicken Legend with crispy lettuce and mayonnaise in a warm bun complemented by chips and washed down with a tasty coffee and coke.The staff were friendly and welcoming.The restaurant was spotless and toilets clean.They were hesitant about Scottish banknotes yet RBS is all over England.

I'd like to say the burger was nice , coffee nice , fries hot and crispy. But I can't because they don't take Scottish money. I got off a train the other night after long delayed flight from Scotland and I wanted something to eat and drink . To be greeted by a sign on the door that read we don't take Scottish notes. Is this a flash back to my youth when I left home up north and arrived in London I used to see signs on windows saying no Irish or geordies need apply. Let's not go back to the dark days sort yourselves out.I was told this was because of forgeries. Don't you get forged English notes? I bet you don't refuse them!! Can't you train your staff to look for dodgy money or is just easier to just refuse people who work in Scotland a snack and drink after long hard journey back to thanet.

This eatery has recently had a complete refurb and it certainly ticks all the boxes.The meal choices are good for young and old customers . The children just love the tablets they can play on whilst eating.

9 out of 10 times when I order a Philadelphia bagel the don't include the Philadelphia spread. They only give me the dry bagel. Recently I've asked them before I leave and they say yes. I check and they haven't. We don't live close by so now we always check before we leave

We don't have mayo or lettuce on chicken burger.... but we still often get charged for extra sauce on McFlurry. Ridiculous. Never very clean and screens on tablets always filthy and covered in food and grime. Poor restaurant and sauce issue is very inconsistent depending on who serves us.

Kids love it, ok cheap food, easy parking, coffee nice. The drive in is good to use. Convenient for a fast lunch

Do the drive through. You turn up - they do it, they rarely get your order wrong but sometimes do - say once in ten. Surprisingly more effective and friendly when they are really busy.

Very impressed by the computers for the kids &amp; the self service screens. Staff kept going around with balloons and masks for the kids.

Service good, just really disappointed you can no longer get the big breakfasts (the ones in the tray) so had a wrap but wasn't the same. All the family had breakfast wraps and a mc muffin which were all nice just think they should bring back the big breakfast

After its refit, this has become the best McD in the south, service is always good, staff always happy to help, food is hot, place is clean. I am not a young teenager who sits with a coke for ages, just a well travelled 60 year old, who has eaten in McD's all over the USA, and other parts of the world...Great job guys.

Great one for families, we all know what to expect at Macdonalds. The new kids game pads are very popular with my seven year old daughter if you are lucky enough to find a free one.

We visited this one when going shopping at Westwood cross. And wasn't a recommendation. Car park didn't feel safe at all. Restaurant wasn't very clean and staff didn't seem to be bothered. We received the wrong order and things were missing from our order but took staff half an hour to get it right and we had to go and ask for it several times.

Ordered food and then waited as per the new "Argos" type system. Other people's orders with numbers around our one were called up. Waited some more. Now ten orders or so after ours were being called. Waited some more. Asked a member of staff where order 089 was as you are now calling the 100's... She checked. I waited some more. "Waiting on the double cheese" I was informed without an apology. No more waiting. It arrived. We sat. Opened the double cheese. Cold. And I mean cold. Not warm. Cold!! Partners Big Mac was warm at best. Coke was cold though!!Complained again to the same poor member of staff as before who quickly replaced cold items with another warm at best Big Mac and a warm but squashed and sorry looking double cheeseburger We drank the drink, we ate the fries and after one bite each, left the burgers. £10 wasted. Never again. Complaint letter to their head office sent by email 2 weeks ago. No acknowledgement or reply. Go figure!!!

Quick polite staff orders always right and it's always clean. It is what it is but perfect for a McDonalds fix. Close to Westwood Cross so good if you visiting the shops now the new road is open much easy to get in and out of.

If you combine a Big Mac and a double cheese burger you get something that tastes a bit like beef. You can't beat their chips, they're lush, and the sauces in the burgers taste good. Fillet o fish for my wife? Why not.

If you're a vegetarian and your meat eater friends want to go to Maccy D's and you cant cos you're a veggie, then stop! You can! Gorgeous veggie burger in a deli or a wrap with fries is delicious!!! Every vegetarian has to try this at least once in their lifetime!!!

The chocolate milkshake I ordered was absolutely vile and un drinkable. I almost choked at how rich the chocolate was and it got all clogged in the straw!!

The week they reopened I had my lunch there the staff were very helpful and even though they were busy my order was served very quickly the food was good and so was the service! I will certainly used them again!

Just got chips, smoothie and apple pie at drive through, which my husband picked up. Staff polite. Got food fairly quickly as usual. Unfortunately, on eating pie which was a bit warm, fatty tasting, but salty and not usuall hot crisp pie I turned it over to check ingredients and noticed that pie was almost an hour and 15 mins past the discard time! Called store, spoke to manager who offered another, shame I have been put off tonight by the one I just ate, will keep container and receipt. Chips were not warm enough either, smoothie fine. Maybe these flaws are due to Saturday evening. Usually if you go earlier fries are hot and haven't had a problem with pie before. I have put poor on this occasion due to above, probably won't pop by on a Saturday evening again. Shame because was looking forward to hot fries and crispy pie, got neither.

I visited here yesterday with my grandson, we stood at one of the tills waiting to order, no-one even acknowledged us, there was a queue but just one til open, so we stood &amp; we waited, still no service, so after 10 minutes myself &amp; my grandson walked out then went elsewhere where we had great service,much better food &amp; polite staff that served us instead of ignoring us.I myself do not like macdonalds food but my grandchildren do, so now will never take my grandchildren in this place again as far as I'm concerned it has gone downhill since the referb,staff need training in how not to ignore customers.

Nothing to write home about, but you don't go to MacDs for cordon bleu! This place shut down briefly for a total makeover before the completion of the new road into Westwood Cross shopping centre and it has re-opened remarkably quickly.Our experience was, I guess pretty standard although the service was lightening quick I didn't like the fact that our order in the drive through did not come up on the display. I am not keen on paying at one window and getting my receipt at another either. Having said that I've usually had to wait in the past because of my not eating meat... 'filet' of fish always seems to take longer as does anything veggie... but on this occasion there was no wait. Asked if we wanted dips I asked for Mayo... which is not on offer?? I try to avoid salt and always forget that they salt your fries without asking and whoever was working at the time was definitely rather heavy handed with salt and the buns were all overflowing with a full garden of lettuce.I don't suppose Ronald will ever get to hear my plea but why is it that a meat pate comes with relish, pickle etc and a fish ion a bun comes without?? Lucky my wife gives me some of hers :-)So, it was a drive thru MacD... what more is there to say?

This McDonalds was clean and tables wiped down even though we visited at peak breakfast time on a sunday. The lady behind the counter was very helpful with a difficult order.
