I paid for extra cheese and I ended up having barely any cheese, even less than if I wouldn’t paid extra

delivery time was good but food un eatable bread was so hard and stale

Food was wrong and salad wasn’t that nice very disappointed

great service and friendly delivery driver

First they call me to say they don’t have what I ordered. I tell them to cancel order. Some time later I receive a completely wrong order

Missing certain items like red onion, bacon deafly not double meat no olives

My food was stone cold and I had loads of things inside I did not ask for and a couple I did ask for missing! Not happy with this at all.

Food was cold as there put the ice cold drinks with the food

The team here need to learn how to make a wrap properly. It’s getting worse each time I get one. All over the place when I opened it and all the edges of the wrap itself were cracked and dry like it had been left out for ages. No one ever smiles there either.

Food was correct and tasty just took a long time to be delivered, waited 10 minutes later than originally said

I ordered my sub with Caramelised onion but it came with heaps of it , I couldn’t taste anything else in the sub it was kinda grim

Ordered meal deal- not only they messed up with my order- one item was missing- and delivery took 50 minutes for 10 minutes (max) driving distance. The sandwich was all squashed and soggy, shapeless. Not happy customer here.

worst sub melt sandwich I have ever had, seems to have been toasted too long so the bread had burnt bits and the fiiling was going everywhere, half the cheese seemed stuck to the paper and the tomato sauce was everywhere.

worst sub ever wish I'd gone for the philly steak, sausage n streaky bacon defo NOT worth the money, foot long with 4 pieces of streaky bacon didn't even touch the side and could not even taste it over this spicy sausage pate thing that meant to be sausage

Ordered a churro but got given a cookie instead and I ordered guacamole in my roll but wasn’t added but overall the food was really good and the delivery was on time!

Everything was fine but they did forget to add the pepperoni to the subs but this didn’t take away from taste or ruin the sub. I will still use them again

Disappointed wrong cheese bites sent and missing waffle fries

Food was of poor quality and some of it was not what was asked for, it will be the last time I order from there

Ordered from Uber, both subs wrong. Mine had cucumber and pepper (didn’t ask for) and no sweetcorn (did ask for) I had 1 leaf of lettuce in the whole sub. My partner had sweetcorn (didn’t ask for) and some disgusting brown fishy sauce which made it inedible for him. Called the shop and they said they’d made it perfectly? LOL. They offered to remake it if we went to the shop ourselves but as it was a 45 minute walk, we didn’t bother. £30 on 2 sandwiches that wasn’t even made properly. So incredibly disappointed.

best subway due to them going above and beyond! it should definitely be standard procedure to heat the steak before adding to a sub and toasting so the meat is hot otherwise it is cold. appreciate the extra effort thank you!

I ordered 2 footlong churros for my kids as separate items not as a meal and they gave us a gingerbread instead. The salad had fallen out of box so that was one person lunch gone.

We ordered 2 meals in which one had no crisps, drink or cookie! And the other came without the extra £3 nachos. Absolute joke when an order is £45!!!!! The footings weren’t even cut!

unfortunately this took nearly 3 hrs to arrive. when it did arrive the order was wrong. due to being made up hrs before and not collected it was not edible. I've had to make dinner hrs later and my 6 year was starving

Waited over an hour and a half and when food arrived was cold.

Absolutely incompetent. Ordered food every single item was wrong. Nothing was toasted and because they didn’t have steak or coke they sent whatever they felt like. Then no one answers phone. Useless

Absolutely disgraceful service, my bread was stale! Cheese wasn’t melted and ham was also rock hard.My order was completely wrong with no salads that I asked for.They said they will send my order again.Waited 40 mins and now waiting another 40! Awful

Overpriced since the company changes. Food is overpriced and all the meals I used to enjoy have changed. One worker wasnt even wearing a hair cover like they normally do

How hard is it to make a sub correctly! I ordered a coke 0 and got a Diet Coke instead! My partner hates peppers and didn’t order any in her sub only to get peppers so she ended up having to sit there and pick them all out one by one I’m unhappy to say this has happened before but we let it slide, again how can making a sub to order with instructions so hard?

All the items had wrong sauce!! The meals were all missing the drinks, cookie & crisps!!! The footlong that I ordered came as a 6-inch sub!! Appalling service and food!!!

Ordered food and it said delivered but never showed up, tried to contact just eat just to talk to a robot telling me to use the app. Was so hungry I just ordered the same thing again and when the nachos come they were burnt with barely any sauce and cheese. Placed my first order at 11:25 and didn’t end up getting anything until 1 bear in mind I have now paid for the meal twice.

Rude staff, two of them talking about other past employees, sniggering between themselves. They sniggered at me when I raised my concern on how unprofessional they were.

Manager mark is amazing! So lovely, talkative, friendly and patient with those who need more time. His turned this place around! Few months ago staff was awful, place a state and unfortunately a friend of mine was picked on by other staff by being gay. But today my visit it’s so much better! Big up mark! Amazing ☺️

Ordered the food for 12pm, arrives at 12:20 which isn’t helpful but it was also barely warm! The nachos were just a soggy mess and the sandwich was just bread

Everything else is great but please STOP giving me the wrong cookies. If the ones I want are not availabke either don't offer them or call me to arrange alternative/refund.

our order was wrong one of the subs was different bread 1 crisps and 1 drink was wrong and both cookies were wrong the subs were cold when we wanted them toasted won't be ordering from this store again absolutely disgusting
