Subway in Thanet

Ordered from Uber, both subs wrong. Mine had cucumber and pepper (didn’t ask for) and no sweetcorn (did ask for) I had 1 leaf of lettuce in the whole sub. My partner had sweetcorn (didn’t ask for) and some disgusting brown fishy sauce which made it inedible for him. Called the shop and they said they’d made it perfectly? LOL. They offered to remake it if we went to the shop ourselves but as it was a 45 minute walk, we didn’t bother. £30 on 2 sandwiches that wasn’t even made properly. So incredibly disappointed.

best subway due to them going above and beyond! it should definitely be standard procedure to heat the steak before adding to a sub and toasting so the meat is hot otherwise it is cold. appreciate the extra effort thank you!

I ordered 2 footlong churros for my kids as separate items not as a meal and they gave us a gingerbread instead. The salad had fallen out of box so that was one person lunch gone.

We ordered 2 meals in which one had no crisps, drink or cookie! And the other came without the extra £3 nachos. Absolute joke when an order is £45!!!!! The footings weren’t even cut!

unfortunately this took nearly 3 hrs to arrive. when it did arrive the order was wrong. due to being made up hrs before and not collected it was not edible. I've had to make dinner hrs later and my 6 year was starving

Waited over an hour and a half and when food arrived was cold.

No tuna, no mayo, no cheese, no sauce, no bacon. I suppose all I ordered was a salad with absolutely NO dressing? :D

Absolutely incompetent. Ordered food every single item was wrong. Nothing was toasted and because they didn’t have steak or coke they sent whatever they felt like. Then no one answers phone. Useless

Absolutely disgraceful service, my bread was stale! Cheese wasn’t melted and ham was also rock hard.My order was completely wrong with no salads that I asked for.They said they will send my order again.Waited 40 mins and now waiting another 40! Awful

i asked for lettuce and they gave me RED ONION. how do you get that wrong.

Overpriced since the company changes. Food is overpriced and all the meals I used to enjoy have changed. One worker wasnt even wearing a hair cover like they normally do

I don't know why I keep giving them a chance, this is the forth time in a row I've ordered from them and they've sent the wrong thing with a note saying they tried to call to inform me. They never call, I have my phone on me all the time and nothing. It's just a blatant lie. If I wanted a different item to what I've ordered, then I wouldve ordered it. Useless.

Nothing came right, asked for toasted came untoasted, asked for hash browns got potato waffles, asked for chilly heatwave Doritos got tangy cheese, at least I got my oasis am I right

Super over priced for what it is. I ordered a foot long ham sub and I got 3 slices of ham and 6 pieces of cucumber… for the price you’d think half the sub wouldn’t be empty. First and last order thank you!

Rubbish food order both as hot toasted with cheese neither sub came hot or with cheese very dissatisfied considering we specifically ordered cheese original time said 1.10 then next message said nearly 2pm over hour 10 from ordering

How hard is it to make a sub correctly! I ordered a coke 0 and got a Diet Coke instead! My partner hates peppers and didn’t order any in her sub only to get peppers so she ended up having to sit there and pick them all out one by one I’m unhappy to say this has happened before but we let it slide, again how can making a sub to order with instructions so hard?

Ordered food and it said delivered but never showed up, tried to contact just eat just to talk to a robot telling me to use the app. Was so hungry I just ordered the same thing again and when the nachos come they were burnt with barely any sauce and cheese. Placed my first order at 11:25 and didn’t end up getting anything until 1 bear in mind I have now paid for the meal twice.

Rude staff, two of them talking about other past employees, sniggering between themselves. They sniggered at me when I raised my concern on how unprofessional they were.

Manager mark is amazing! So lovely, talkative, friendly and patient with those who need more time. His turned this place around! Few months ago staff was awful, place a state and unfortunately a friend of mine was picked on by other staff by being gay. But today my visit it’s so much better! Big up mark! Amazing ☺️

Ordered the food for 12pm, arrives at 12:20 which isn’t helpful but it was also barely warm! The nachos were just a soggy mess and the sandwich was just bread

I waited for my food for over an hour without having anything else to eat today so I was already starving. When it finally came I was given the wrong drink, cookie, and bag of crisps. I don't know how this happens.

Closed at 19:50 even though it’s meant to close at 20:30 and worker wouldn’t serve us

Didn't get some items and main order not right. Wrong bread and some fillings missing. Cheese bites very mushy. Sad.

There are never enough rolls available. Staff can be uninterested, and some are rude. Zero customer skills, some of them. Use the same gloves to prepare everyone's food and operate the till. No where near enough seating, you have to cue where the seating is by the window. We've stopped using this one at westwood Cross. The drink machine is always in a mess.

Majority of the time wrong items are delivered. Either bread, toasted or not, drink options etc…needs updating or customer contacted when not available rather than making own changes

Not very happy with this order at all, there was so much salt in the foot long and no sweetcorn was also burnt and I had a call saying There was no Churos or cookie so I would had expected the rest to be correct. Won’t be coming here again

I asked for mayo instead of ketchup & got ketchup. Also there were no eggs in the baguette which forms part of menu. I’ve called restaurant who have told me to call Just Eat and get refund. Passing the buck when it’s their fault.

Ordered a meatball marinara salad, with all vegetables and lite mayonnaise, and a tuna salad with light mayonnaise. Received a salad with all the vegetables, but with sliced ham, salami, and pepperoni, and no mayonnaise instead of meatballs, and a tuna salad with no mayonnaise.

when I ordered the food it git to my door as I went to see my food the meatball subway I ordered had no meatballs at all not only that but I ordered 1 raspberry cookie and 1 chocolate chunk cookie. I ended up with 2 raspberry cookies and no chocolate cookie disappointed my order wasn't fully complete

Staff were arguing infront of customers . When Making the food they did not listen to the customer what was wanted and kept doing things wrong. The place was dirty .

Staff very apologetic but did not have hearty Italian bread nor did they have tuna. This was in the middle of day. Poor management, can’t fault servers as not their jobs.

The subway in Westwoodcross , staff was nice and friendly before. Staff who are working today is not nice. I’ve tasted the disgusting chicken salad ever I can taste today, Without asking they added loads of sauce on my salad and one staff member was really rude to me.

Lost for words. This is one of the best Subway’s I have ever had. Special thanks to the employees, they work very hard, provide top service. Food tasted excellent, I even decided to order again! Had to leave a review just to give my thanks. Will come again soon.
