Very expensive compared to all others, with bad quality of food.

Chips were horrible like they were microwaved

Call them for garlic sauce and told I’m happy to pay but didn’t send.no same as it used to be!

Only went here cos my regular place was shut,food was OK ish but very overpriced I paid 6 pounds more than normal and got far less wont be returning.

I ordered a Donor kebab and got 3 pieces of meat and just salad do not ever get delivery from this place or you will get violated

Usually I order from here, it is good, but this time I ordered from just eat at 3:30 for a delayed delivery time for 5:20.I ordered at a delayed time to ensure the takeaway was ready for dinner for my family yet still fresh. when it arrived I began eating asap and the chips tasted stale, the kebab went stiff due to it gone cold and I had to reheat the meal tasting like it was yesterdays leftovers. Very disappointed, feels like a waste of my money. I ordered for a delayed deliver to prevent this.

Used this place three times now and everytime I have ordered chicken doner and chips with salad I have been cheated out of meat? It's like a sprinkle of meat. Won't be using this place again absolute rip off. Coleslaw is disgusting white cabbage and tomato sauce. Absolute rubbish food and chicken is grossly too. I even used it again to see if it changed but nothing has still rubbish.

First order was wrong, but as soon as I contacted then a new correct kebab was delivered. many thanks.

Not edible , kids Sausage and chips I order . Sausage smell and tastes like manure. Only has a few Chips, didn’t eat most of it as sausage I didn’t eat at all so waste of money

The food was not great. prawn salad the prawns were taste less and the kebab tasted like cardboard

After calling to tell them that my kebab had no salad, I was blamed for the problem and then had the phone slammed down on me! When the delivery driver brought the salad round she rudely pushed the bag at my son and turned and walked away without a word. So so rude! I’ve been a customer for years and did not deserve this treatment!

A great service, dead on time I requested, and the food was excellently prepared 10/10 what more could be said?

Very bad and way over priced recived my large chicken donner and the meat was full of skin and wasn't even cooked properly.. when I called they said they can't do anything. I used to order from here very regularly but now it's just poor I ordered few times and same issues all the time.

Small portions. A kids meal from any other place is bigger and, given the price, it's not appreciated.

Portions were so small, food was bad and overpriced. When I questioned the extremely small portions I was told 'cost of living now, mate'. Avoid this place

Unfortunately this was the first time I’ve been disappointed. There were hardly any toppings on one of the pizzas, and the salad was definitely not worth £3, consisting of one slice of cucumber and one chunk of tomato. This used to be the best kabab and pizza place in Thanet, but for whatever reason that is no longer the case.

Absolutely recommend you eat their food tastes lovely.. Good customer service too . I wouldn't order from anywhere else.

Never recieved as the delivery driver was incompetent and didn’t find correct address, left on the doorstep of incorrect address and wasn’t informed. However they did say they are sending me out my order as soon as possible. Nearly a 1 hours wait for 1 meal and you have to pay £2.50 for delivery when half the time there’s issues.

Nice food. But for a second time (as the first was so good) me and my partner had a halloumi kebab and large chips. First time we were completely full. This time I'm still hungry. May be due to the medium chips when I ordered a large and was definitely smaller than last time. Kebab was ok but had nothing but lettuce, tomato and a slice of cucumber. Last time we had everything including onion and red cabbage. Disappointing that you can't have the same combination as the last time. Sad that I spent £20 to not even be full. Not slating the food. It is of good quality but was left wanting more when I shouldn't be.

Used to love getting food from here, but the prices have gone right up and the salad portions right down. It is just not good value for money.

£40 worth of food haha, never again am I mugging myself off buying from here! Charged me £4.40 cheese chips that was meant to be medium but was regular! Ordered a doner wrap and was not too bad, also ordered 2 deep pan pizzas ended up with 1 deep pan and the other thin and looks like it was made with no care in the world! I've never had a pizza sliced up in completely different sizes honestly looked like a toddler made it... Pathetic service.

M&M highly recommended = use them for kebabs, burgers and pizzas. Freshly cooked to order.

The whole order was wrong. I asked for no cheese on the burger and no salad - got both, in the bin. I asked for a Hawaiian, got ham & mushroom, in the bin. Waste of my money! I bet I don't get a refund either.

Order was completely backwards. wrong meat on both orders and wrong sauce on both meat, meat was covered in the sauce (not a problem if it's sauce we like) we didn't like the sauce either so was unable to even swap food As as a last resort. Refused refund or even a credit. £22 wasted. Will not be using again, will go back to clock tower as normal. Was told food is edible, regardless of it being food we didn't order or like.

Got a kebab tasted funny but didnt think anything of it then the following day really ill went through all that I ate the day before can't be nothing else

Ordered same as night before- Mixed Kebab X large, but tonight got half box of meat with half salad. Night before got whole box of meat and separate box of salad. Not impressed at all

Man was rude when answered the phone called me a c**t he told me I was wrong he told me that he never received my order however we have the repceit they kept hanging up the phone won’t be using them again

Made ill by here and they were rude when called about it they said they hadn't had our order even tho we have a receipt with an order number and they still denied that we ordered. The man then kept hanging up the phone even when we tried calling them back! Won't be using these again.

Been using you guys for years. We order around 2/3 times a week. The last 2 orders have been a reall let down. The chips tasted very odd, old oil maybe? The kebab both times was a joke. The meat has been disgusting and I've ended up taking it out on both occasions. Come on guys not really on..

The whole order was crammed into one yellow polystyrene box. I expected the chips and the salad to be totally separate from the kebab meat. Which made the whole order inedible. It arrived cold. It looked, and was absolutely disgusting. It went straight into the disposal unit. The only positive was the delivery time. I wish they hadn't bothered. To charge me what they did for this garbage was an insult. And this business should be removed from every home delivery business that they are involved with. A full refund on my purchase would go some way to compensate me for my total disappointment of this experience. But i won't be holding my breadth on that one 😞

Often order or pick up from here. Kebabs are nice and the pizzaz are very cheesy
