You can’t go wrong with this place. The food, the service and the food. Portions are great so don’t over order but everything is lovely. If you’re thinking about trying this place, don’t just come along.

After having had this restaurant recommended by friends, my partner and I decided to go for the lunch time 2 course meal deal. We were not disappointed, food was very tasty, drinks very reasonably priced and staff very pleasant. We are looking forward to another visit on Christmas Eve.

Came here tonight and had an amazing Lamb Shashlik, everything was beautiful, I loved the salad and there was so much bread too. Even had Turkish tea for the 1st time :-). Staff were friendly and the food was served hot, without much of a wait at all. Would definitely recommend

We had the no1 share meal for 2, starters was hummus, breads, dips and an onion and pomegranate sauce and it was so amazing. Them the mains we could not finish it all and the meats were fantastic. Then we were given a sweet (a party/walnut and honey) so nice and I don’t have a sweet tooth. And also a Turkish tea on the house. I would definitely come here again 9/10 👍

Been for a couple of meals now while visiting with family. Everyone has been so welcoming, friendly and attentive. The food is delicious, with their bread being a personal high point. The saying might be to not fill up on bread but I'll finish a basket myself. Its a must see, highly recommended if you are nearby

We booked this restaurant to fill in time before we went on for an appointment . Wow are we glad we did it’s a gem of a place warm and inviting . The food was excellent . We will highly recommend .

I cannot say enough about this place. Walking in to a friendly, quaint and warm atmosphere, put me right at ease. I had the Moussaka and it was truly heavenly. Melt in your mouth good, incredible flavors and the Appletizer beverage was the cherry on top! I did not feel rushed to finish my meal ( something Americans need to learn!). Friendly staff always eager to embrace your visit makes it a restaurant I’d return to over and over again. Bravo!

The best Turkish restaurant in Thanet. Not only is the food fabulous but the staff are very attentive and friendly. At the end of our meal we were given a plate of Baklava which was to die for. A true gem in our village 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Delicious food and attentive service. Came here for my birthday and ordered x 3 of the hot meze starter and the sharing platter for main course. My only critisim is that we ordered the largest meat sharing platter that said it was for x5 people and it only came with x3 lamb chops which seemed very odd as its very difficult to share a lamb chop. There was plenty of other meat but those who didnt get a lamb chop were very dissapointed. I noticed the menu dosent specify how many lamb chops will be on the platter, so just to make others aware before they consider ordering it. It certainly wont put me off coming here again as the food was very tasty, but I wont order the sharing platter again.

Lovely fresh food. We dined on a Monday night so it was a little quiet but expected. Staff friendly and unobtrusive. We were all full and satisfied when we left and talking about coming back.

Minster meze never fails to disappoint!! The food is unreal and the service is like no other. This is always my favourite food spot!!

We ate here on a Tuesday night with our two children. The staff were child friendly and accommodating to our children who managed to drop lots of forks. We shared the cold Meze to start which was divine and then a shared main which was lovely but ginormous. Luckily they provided bags for us to take the leftovers home. Really impressed and will be returning.
