Subway in Thanet

Discusting says open 830-830 on Monday get there at 730 and you have a member of staff behind the counter and one sitting ON her phone infront of the till with the door lock tried to go in and they dont even look and at you when knocking VERY RUDE

Ordered subway to be delivered. It came late .the wrap wasn't a wrap there was no cheese on but loads of cucumber the chicken had bits of bone in ,my daughter left it .the cheese bites should of been 5 but only 4 and was that dry and burnt they was put in the bin the 12 cookies one was missing and not a selection as said .30 pounds wasted .when we phoned up to complain got no joy at all .won't be going to this subway again .

The staff were ok, the food was average, they had 2 drinks to chose from and the subway itself was very dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Ordered a sub and went to scan reward qr code to earn points, and was told their scanner was not working. Inconvenient but I'll just pay and ask for a receipt and get the points later. After I paid I was told their printer was not working and that entire system was down. This annoyed me as there was no sign put up to say their reward system is down. They didn't tell me as I ordered, nor did they tell me as I tried to scan my written code. I was only told after I paid. What was really annoying was that the employee said "This (hand jesting to the printer) entire system is down." And just looked at me and expected me to just accept it. No trying to compensate in any way not even a "sorry". Left with a really bad experience.

Both staff members engaged in conversation (I’ve been in many where they seem to want you in and out no fuss) with us and had a good idea of what they were doing as I heard one of them advising another customer what sort of sauce would go best with her sub when she asked, helpful, friendly and finally someone gave me extra extra sauce when I asked as I like A LOT and usually I only get given a tiny extra. Partner had a steak and cheese which was filled to the brim! And I had the chicken and bacon, both very tasty! over all very happy with our visit!

A different experience to normal lunches but a nice change and really good value for what is on offer - the deals seem the best depending on what is on offer that day

Sadly I have visited here a couple of times and have not been overly impressed on either occasion. Staff try there hardest but we're all round and seemed to mess up and get confused on every order The area was quite grubby round by the drinks and bin etc

In particular Coral!! She was great suggesting combinations of ingredients! We were served quickly and professionally. We even had a joke with them - it was lovely to be treated well. Thoroughly enjoyed the food! It's a must to try chicken & chorizo with double cheese!

Endless combination of breads and fillings Never had a bad experience and is a filling alternative to another burger

I have genuinely witnessed staff using a floor broom to clean out the bread cabinet whilst another member of staff stood by and picked his teeth with one of their coffee cup lids. They use the same gloves to handle the meat and cheese and then the vegetables and salad. Perfect for anyone who doesn't eat meat or suffers from lactose intolerance. The overall attitude of staff there is a joke. They will quite happily stand around and chat rather than do their job and I can't remember the last time I went in there to a clean drinks dispenser area. The only reason I use this branch is due to my break time at work being late in the day and nowhere else has anything left to eat.

Visited today for lunch with my daughter. It was very busy and the shop is very small and crampt. Staff friendly and food ok but the environment was not very welcoming. We wanted to sit down and had to wait for chairs to become available. They could do with bigger premises!

Subway is known all over and always enjoy the food. The only reason for a drop in rating is because for the life of me I don't understand why they would play foreign music which I had to endure whilst waiting in line. Come on guys put something nice on

Delicious i want one right now just thinking about it!! Tuna melt is to die for.. Staff are good enough the place could do with some more stools/chairs though.

Have eaten in here a few times, and always seem to have an issue with the staff getting it right (what i've ordered)? The fillings vary on whoever is doing the sub, and sometimes they really arent the freshest things. Pricing is ok, particularly when you use a voucher. Some of the pricing deals are confusing, both for the customer and staff.

Our teenagers are regulars here so we took their advice, and stopped for lunch whilst out shopping, you get to pick your favourite bread, your own filling, everything is fresh, looks lovely, is prepared your own way and even the staff changed their gloves to handle my vegetarian filling which surprised and pleased me, you can have without or with extras, crisps drinks etc. and everybody enjoyed their food, were full and happy, what more is needed for takeaway food. Maybe the staff could be a bit more friendly, but I guess its hard to stay cheery with such a high turnover!

Having reached 56 and never had a subway, my Wife and I decided to give it a try while we were out early morning shopping. We had the Mega Melt with an orange juice, the bread we chose was the Italian herb and cheese. The whole thing was tasty, hot and brilliant value. I was genuinely surprised at the quality of the sausage, bacon, egg and cheese sub. Highly recommended.

Love going to Subway for lunch. Always good value for money. I enjoy the tuna sub with salad. Very healthy for me.
