McDonald's in Thanet

Ordered a cheese burger with Fanta and Oreo mc flurry. Wait 14 minutes to be given Diet Coke and smarty mc flurry. Cheeseburger and fries cold like they been sat there 20 minutes won’t be using this place again

No matter how many times I go to this place there is always something missing from the order, was not even busy tonight staff standing around doing nothing? No dips with the order today... I will faint the day they manage to get just one order correct!!! Check your takeaway before you leave the place is my advice...

driver got lost so food cold which seems to be the norm for deliveries lately

Using the app is so much easier when ordering and with the offers and rewards its nice to get some freebies. Handy for those days you can't be bothered to cook and fancy some chips and a shake haha 😆

Fastest delivery yet, straight from the restaurant. I dont know if its because i complained last time and that my driver had my order for over 30 mins before delivering it. Most the issues people have is beacise of just eat and not the vendors

So I paid for a large BBQ ranch meal, but I got I got a medium.

Asked for latte and a cappuccino and it looked like 2 teas. Every bit of food was cold

The food we received was cold, the milkshake is completely liquified. It arrived at 17:35 despite the timestamps saying it was ready for delivery from 17:00 onwards. The driver also seemed to intimate that delivery would be faster if I tipped first.

Driver waz very polite but the food was stone cold by time it got here...

Delivery took a while so food was cold when it arrived and one drink had leaked everywhere due to the lid not being on properly so we only had a tiny bit left in the cup-we have been refunded for the drink though

Ordered the mcmuffin sharer deal which is 4 mcmuffins with 4 hash browns. Also ordered extra hash brown so 5 in total, I received 1 hash brown! Food also luke warm and dry!

no straws were given for the drinks and the nuggets were gold the driver also gave me the bag upside down and the food was everywhere

The man who brought the order did not appear professional. He shuffled the delivery bags in the back seat of the car, because he had ones for many customers, and he did it unprofessionally, paying no attention to whether the contents will spill.

The Tropicana orange was off as was the sweet n sour sauce. Need to look at better insulation for food containers and check the drinks and sauce. It was meant for a treat for the grandkids. Had to cook burger n chips indoors for them instead

Slow service from the kitchen, it wasn't busy however took 15 minutes to get what I had ordered , no special requirements either.

we got a galaxy caramel mcflurry but there is no caramel in there. food was freezing cold when we got it.

Despite advising the driver in the delivery details that i live in a ground floor flat, he spent a long time running up and downstairs before he found me. The food was cold and the lid of the drink was buckled meaning it leaked onto the serviettes.

But when the delivery guy got here ,he didn’t know which was my order even though I gave him my delivery code he claimed he couldn’t find it and had two orders in his hand and said one feels heavier so that must be a burger then eventually I had to open the peel on my delivery bag to say that’s my food order . And then discovered my food was cold so not happy

Driver arrived and drove off as I walked out my front door, went down the next road, then came back, address was clear on the order so not sure why, I approached the car as he had not got out the car, he opened the door while smoking with me order sat next to him, terrible way to be delivering food and not acceptable
