no sauces given.... ordered sweet and sour and none arrived

sent me wrong food order a pilly cheese snack got sent a chicken burger

didn't get what I paid for none of my extra amd there an egg in my mugging that I didn't want

Missing 2 dips again and food not hot enough for me , would use again

Food cold ended up eating cereal. This is the second time I have had problem with Mc’s . Would not recommend MCs

Went to get two minecraft meals for the toy and they didn’t even give me one or say to me they don’t have any, so they let me pay the full price of both, i struggle with communication, i am shocked how they didn’t say anything. nothing looked like minecraft, and i couldn’t eat my chips as they only tasted of salt which is a surprise cause usually have to ask for more salt cause your chips taste like nothing.

Always get burnt chips, you might aswell have given me a scolded potato with salt. Burgers so burnt it crumbles in ur mouth, and is extremely disgustingly chewy.

Experience is alright, but the cost of everything keeps going up. I know it's supply and demand but some items are almost £1 more here than they are in London for an example. Waiting times get a bit of a joke too and the portions are usually off (less nuggets than you order, barely enough chips, etc). Staff are really friendly though!

Milkshake is missing, no straws or napkins with the order

No straw and no bbq dips that were on the order. Not the first time. Had hot drinks delivered before with no milks or sugar. Can’t see why it happens so often, such basic stuff.

awful. completely wrong order delivered to me. McDonald's put the right order no and name but nothing that I actually ordered. alot of money spent to treat kids and now have to wait for a refund and no McDonald's and we waited a very long time

Driver waited with my order in McDonald’s for 35 minutes before leaving meaning all my food was stone cold (takes 10mins max for McDonald’s to make the food)

Missing a few items including the sauce and the figures

The food was a little cold but to be fair in this weather I think that’s a touch unavoidable. Excellent hand off, quick, easy and quiet which was great as my our housemates are asleep.

Absolutely abysmal. Took over an hour to come. More like slow food not fast food. And when it finally got here after several delivery time changes it was stone cold as if it had been sitting on the shelf for the hour, drinks were warmer than the food

No matter how many times I go to this place there is always something missing from the order, was not even busy tonight staff standing around doing nothing? No dips with the order today... I will faint the day they manage to get just one order correct!!! Check your takeaway before you leave the place is my advice...

Using the app is so much easier when ordering and with the offers and rewards its nice to get some freebies. Handy for those days you can't be bothered to cook and fancy some chips and a shake haha 😆

Fastest delivery yet, straight from the restaurant. I dont know if its because i complained last time and that my driver had my order for over 30 mins before delivering it. Most the issues people have is beacise of just eat and not the vendors

Asked for latte and a cappuccino and it looked like 2 teas. Every bit of food was cold

So I paid for a large BBQ ranch meal, but I got I got a medium.

The food we received was cold, the milkshake is completely liquified. It arrived at 17:35 despite the timestamps saying it was ready for delivery from 17:00 onwards. The driver also seemed to intimate that delivery would be faster if I tipped first.

love ordering a McDonald's but quite often lately the food turns up cold which is slightly starting to put me off wanting to order again.
