McDonald's in Thanet

Best Macdonald's in the area so much better than Westwood Cross, food looks & tastes great they actually cook their chips here not like the anaemic pale floppy chips at Westwood.. would highly recommend this place!

Delivery driver was excellent 10/10. McDonalds left out dip....as predicted.

Driver could not find address so took ages the food was cold and we had no straws or napkins

very hit and miss, sometimes cooked perfectly other times it's all cold, with soggy fries and coke that's like brown water

It's McDonald's..... Not really much more to say. Kids like it... My pocket don't

9 times out if 10 McDonald's always miss things out of ny order,they need to start double checking the order b4 they send it to me

The Tropicana orange was off as was the sweet n sour sauce. Need to look at better insulation for food containers and check the drinks and sauce. It was meant for a treat for the grandkids. Had to cook burger n chips indoors for them instead

Burgera was hot the nuggets was cold and my drink was melted and didn’t come with a straw

Slow service from the kitchen, it wasn't busy however took 15 minutes to get what I had ordered , no special requirements either.

Fuming! Only got half my order. No big mac for the hubby and no cheesy McCrispy for me. Just the kids food! Not the first time either. How hard is it to follow a typed order???

we got a galaxy caramel mcflurry but there is no caramel in there. food was freezing cold when we got it.

Despite advising the driver in the delivery details that i live in a ground floor flat, he spent a long time running up and downstairs before he found me. The food was cold and the lid of the drink was buckled meaning it leaked onto the serviettes.

Whoever is the cook tonight you've got it on point, actually was one of the best McDonald's I've had in a long time

would have been nice if they'd remembered the dips, nuggets and selects are too dry without a dip

Driver arrived and drove off as I walked out my front door, went down the next road, then came back, address was clear on the order so not sure why, I approached the car as he had not got out the car, he opened the door while smoking with me order sat next to him, terrible way to be delivering food and not acceptable

But when the delivery guy got here ,he didn’t know which was my order even though I gave him my delivery code he claimed he couldn’t find it and had two orders in his hand and said one feels heavier so that must be a burger then eventually I had to open the peel on my delivery bag to say that’s my food order . And then discovered my food was cold so not happy

The driver drove to Ramsgate before doing my delivery in Margate so he is clearly picked up 2 orders at once’s and now my nuggets are freezing and my McFlurry is melted

If only JustEat could allow you to add photos. You pay quite alot for what you get but when your shake is pretty light, full of air and not even full. And as always the fries are short..

The food was delivered stone cold, both the BigMacs were in boxes that were squashed and the burgers inside were squashed too. The fries were stone cold and rolling around in to bottom of the bag. Very poor.

Was a bit disappointed as they forgot one whole meal, but when we mentioned it, they did it for us. Only 4 stars because of this and the attitude of one member of staff. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves

Don't order online from McDonald's. They never get the order right and at the moment I'm trying to get a refund from Just Eat for goods that McDonald's didn't supply. Poor customer service all round.

Worng food not my order and it’s cold

Driver was great, but the foid was stone cold yet again

On this occasion the food I ordered took over 12mins to receive and wasn't very nice. Hash browns were oily and greasy like they had been left in the fryers for a while before being served and left under hotlamps. Porridge was very watery and just about warm. My breakfast roll had been thrown together like they were in a rush which I had to reconstruct when I opened it.

Only giving one star has I had to the food is freezing my daughter has a select meal and they gave her a stand bbq sauce instead of the correct sauce all of the food is freezing cold to the point my children have refused to eat is absolutely ridiculous a waste of my time and money!

You expect all McDonald's to be the same, generally they are, but there will be the odd restaurant you prefer to go to generally it seems this is mine, for a quick fix

Drinks had leaked at some point and just before being handed them they split the bags and went all down the poor driver and on to my door step! This was not the drivers fault , she was very apologetic and a credit to just eat

Food wasn't amazing, a little cooler than I'd like but the driver was lovely. He had trouble finding the right house (he was 4 houses up the road) I went outside to find him and he was so apologetic.

It's a maccy d, you get what you expect to get. Apart from a chicken mayo, that didn't have any mayo.

was supposed to arive from 19.10 arrive at 19.55 called restaurant and they said order had left. when it turned up driver didn't even know if the food was ours. food was lukewarm at best. only ordered on app as I'm I'll and can't cook. very unhappy with this service
