Drinks had leaked at some point and just before being handed them they split the bags and went all down the poor driver and on to my door step! This was not the drivers fault , she was very apologetic and a credit to just eat

Delivery was on time but food cold I’m actually no longer using these apps

I got a hair in my fillet-o-fish 🤮 it puts me off McDonalds for life. Asked for the manager, showed it to him and walked out! Never again! That was disgusting

Food wasn't amazing, a little cooler than I'd like but the driver was lovely. He had trouble finding the right house (he was 4 houses up the road) I went outside to find him and he was so apologetic.

Just eat time said 25/30 mins took an hour from delivery and food was cold when arrived

Poor experience today, brought 2 lattes. I understand it is 06.05 am but when we are handed our drinks in the drive through the window, the man walks away as I am mid asking for some sugar and does not return, leaving us sat in the drive through. I waved to another member of staff who seams just be in a daze she does not choose to see me.

was supposed to arive from 19.10 arrive at 19.55 called restaurant and they said order had left. when it turned up driver didn't even know if the food was ours. food was lukewarm at best. only ordered on app as I'm I'll and can't cook. very unhappy with this service

why is it hard to fill a portion of fries up. Yields or poor follow up. Every time it is going to come empty I am going to get a refund on my fries.

Not only did we watch the Delivery guy drive to ramsgate when we was round the corner I did put a request yesterday and didn’t seem to go through so I’m doing it again my son is autistic won’t eat cold food and everything the chips were stone cold we live just round corner yet he delivered miles away before us which is why was cold 😤

Mcflurry packed with coffee so cold coffee and a runny ice-cream -Mcslurry. chips cold and burger out of wrapping. Don't waste money on delivery.

The store worries too much about Jon Kavanagh and Crocker going mad over yields. Stinking United and Chelsea fans. Hence my three portions of fries that are half filled and my expensive bigmac to turn up with barely any lettuce and more pickles than you could throw a pregnant woman at.

I wanted to thank Charlie who was working overnight tonight. He gave wonderful customer service very kind and polite and I hope that the store management can be made aware of this he is well deserving of praise!

standard MacDonalds. food was cold and no sauces despite sauce being ordered. but what do you expect from Macdonalds.

This picture is the sad excuse for chips that are not cooked, plus you only get half a portion at Westwood cross....If you want the best MacDonalds food & service go to Minster MacDonalds, food looks as good as the pictures your burger looks nice not like someone has shaken it around, chips are full to the top of the packet, not like Westwood where they are 3/4 full, the restaurant is much cleaner too. Wait time is nothing compared to Westwood, better atmosphere & the staff are actually happy to help you😊it's a totally different experience!!!

Late, cold, wet from the drinks and it was mostly someone else's order, delivered by a man on a bicycle.

We often visit this branch and always found the staff to be very pleasant.

It takes longer to receive our food inside the place than it does when ordering from the Drive Through!!
