On the 28th of June I went with some friends to order pizzas here. For starters, my two friends and I had been waiting for ten minutes for staff to show up and take our orders, seeing as all of them were in the kitchen and it didn’t occur to any of them that there may have people waiting to order. I rung the bell a first time and nobody came, my friend rang the bell a second time and Stacy, the woman that attended my friends burst out of the kitchen, snatched the bell and told my friend (he had already ordered) that he wasn’t getting any pizza and returned his money. So my other friend and I, shocked at this behaviour, proceeded to order. I chose a Texan BBQ and my other friend chose a Meaty BBQ which was coincidentally the same one out of the other 5 flavours that there were, that my friend, who had been refused service ,had ordered. Stacy then refused to serve my friend because Stacy believed my friend would give it to my other friend who had been refused service, saying that “she looked at him as if saying that im going to get your pizza”. As if that wasn’t enough, Stacy demanded we leave the establishment, to order somewhere else and saying that she was done and that she wasn’t serving anyone else after we had been waiting 15 minutes to eat. When asked to give me the complaints book she wouldn’t hand it over. Absolutely repugnant service, especially from Stacy, humiliating that I had to argue with this woman so that she would serve us when that was precisely her job. Exceptionally disappointing experience, do not recommend in the slightest.

Tried to order via the Apo in a restaurant? Or is it a self service cafe?? The app did not work so after half an hour wasted a staff member took the order. Worst meal I have ever had, ordered extra cheese but there was no cheese in it at all. It used to be so good with such a limited menu I fail to see how they can keep on trading. What a waste of money

Absolutely disgraceful . From rude staff to cold food to filthy toilets and when all 5 of us complained we got tutted at by the so called manageress who obviously couldn’t manage herself . The s as lad was old and warm the pizza was cold and well the staff were absolutely rude and didn’t care at all . For those thinking of visiting this Pizza Hut don’t bother it’s disgusting and run by disgusting people who are led by a disgusting manager who simply dosnt care . Should be closed down before it’s shut down… Disgusting

staff was OK, but the supreme pizza we ordered was not as tasty as an Iceland's pizza and both me and my wife had an upset tummy in the early hours of the morning, sadly I would not recommend the food to anybody

The worst place you can eat .they robbing us! Please look at picture of advertised pepperoni pizza and a real pizza. Spent £30 for 2 small pizzas and 2 sides which they said are free and 2 little cokes. But the poor poorness in ingredients make me feel I ate the most expensive just a dough in my life! Called them bit they didn't apologise and no action to fix it.....catastrophy! Never ever again!

Awful on all levels. Hadn’t been there for ten years and had so many good memories of past yummy PH meals which have now been obliterated. Can’t use cash. Have to order on your phone which is problematic … staff tried not to help saying we should persevere. Hideous food. Medium pizza is tiny. Hardly any cheese. Corn on cob was a soggy mess. Very expensive … could have had authentic pizza at a top class Italian down the road in Broadstairs for less. I thought this would be a nice thing to do with my grandchildren as mummy had been working all day but wholeheartedly regretted the decision which was poor on all levels. I never write reviews but felt I had to. PH must surely be a dying brand. I do NOT recommend!!

Ordered Peperoni deep pan . Peperoni was under cheese which made pizza more greasy than it used to be. I called back and been lied by India guy who picked up the phone. He said I've ordered from westwood cross. When I called restaurant there they said they don't do deliveries and confirmed that guy lied to me.

If you want to order your food through your phones like a takeaway with no table service for well overpriced food, this is the place for you. Also, dont accept cash. Just for a main and a kids pizza, it was coming out at £48, We still had to another two kids to order for and drinks. But we stopped and walked out to another restaurant. I thought after 3 years of refusing to go here after an appalling visit, it may have improved. I guess not. No wonder it was empty in the restaurant on New years Eve.

Very disappointing. Cleanliness standards are inadequate. The salad was looking very tired, onions were going black, potato salad was overpowered with a vinegar taste as was the coleslaw. I’ve been using Pizza Hut for years and years and have never been disappointed before. Kellyanne from Deal

Worst customer service rude and racist 18th Nov 23 November 2023 Man who served us was rude to me and my family so badly and harassed us we had to walk out and get our money back. Never go again there. They are racist. This was my second time they’re having a problem. Just when I had the confidence to go back, they bullied me once again! Do not go to this Pizza Hut. The staff are awful including the manager - no customer service and completely rude and obnoxious. I would avoid this place at all costs. Cheap food for an expensive price, honestly you're better off getting pizza at Tesco. Staff are no help whatsoever and stood around on their phones most of the time when we wanted to order.

Member of staff with blue hair extremely rude no customer service skills whatsoever, made us feel extremely unwelcome, aswell as talking at such a loud volume so the whole restaurant could hear

Staff very rude telling us we are not allowed to share drinks. We had ordered enough because the kids don’t like fizzy drinks. Made us feel uncomfortable. We arrived around 8:00pm 27.08.2023. The staff member was wearing glasses blonde hair tall and very loud.

What a lovely place! The staff were all really lovely, welcoming, and great with my daughters. The food was delicious, and the mobile ordering works really well. My daughters especially enjoyed ordering their food exactly as they wanted it and had lots of fun with the ice cream factory. Great venue, would happily go again

visited here on monday 25. 3 adults arrived at 3.03 for the buffet which we always enjoy ,was told that the cut off time for the buffet was 3 o clock and we was to late i politely asked if she still allow us to sit to be told a definite no . i appreciate that there has to be a cut off time but as there was lots of pizza salad and pasta still displayed that a little sensible discretion would have been very welcome very dissapointed loyal customer

I went to Pizza Hut in Westwood Cross, Thanet today and I was expecting it to be heaving, but alas it was empty. Why were you expecting such crowds I hear you say - well, I rang to book a table 2 days prior as we were a table of 15 and I wanted to be sure we could be seated, at the time I was told absolutely no way, they were too busy. I offered to separate into smaller tables and come in at staggered times but again it was a flat out no! They were too busy. Anyway we took a chance and went anyway, if they were too busy we would go across to somewhere else, no big deal. So imagine how baffled I was when we walked in and there was no one there, we literally had the restaurant to ourselves. I can’t understand why they lied? I can only assume they were too lazy to deal with us. We won’t go again as we felt like we were a nuisance and not wanted, the buffet was practically empty and service mediocre.

No garlic bread, no thousand island dressing. Whn I aks if thebhad any someone said they would get some, that was the last we saw of them. Service is pretty non existent as you order on an app, which asks you if you want to give a tip, before you have had anything. You order they bring ot over. Now impressed with the set up. The food was really good though.

We were served by Ben, and being a waitress of 10 years I’ve got to say I’m really impressed with the service he provided today. He was funny polite and friendly not to mention efficient. The food was also great! Keep up the good work Ben. We will be back for sure. P.s highly recommend the cookie dough!

All staff were brilliant however 2 in particular, a young lad and a blonde haired lady with a clip in her hair (who kindly comforted a customer who was upset which was so lovely to see). Both came quickly to the front to seat us and we’re both extremely kind and couldn’t ask us enough if everything was ok. The lad was so polite and smiled the whole time. Really enjoyable experience and couldn’t thank the staff more. :) xx

Ridiculous amount of thick tasteless pizza, designed to fill one up I assume. Only one thin pizza available in the hour we were there. Salad bar standards have dropped massively. As usual ice cream machine bust

Clean. Very warm and honest welcome. Was a very quiet lunch when we came here. Bliss! The ‘bluffet’ salad was a bit underwhelming. Ordered via qr link. Was a bit clunky. Food was fresh.

We normally take our grandchildren to this Pizza Hut whenever they visit us. Within 10 minutes of arriving they are eating a healthy salad and having a drink so it is a relaxed experience. The new ordering system is a total disaster. It is so complicated and time-consuming to work through all the options on a phone. The autofill function for an email address adds a space so the address is rejected as invalid. The irony was that we had more contact time with the kind and helpful waitress who sorted out these problems (obviously these problems occur frequently so she knew how to solve them) than if we had just ordered directly from her. Once the order was accepted, the service was good and the food was as normal. We fully understand why self-service salad, drinks and ice cream are no longer available but orders could be taken in a more efficient way. We will not be returning until this system is improved.

Had a family lunch here the other day, greeting was ok, was explained that due to COVID there were changes in place- totally understandable and agree with their policy. We popped in for the pizza buffet as advertised outside of the restaurant (clearly was not being offered due to the restrictions so no idea why the have this advertised?). Were seated at our table and advised to use the app to order - app did not work, waitress spent about 15mins trying to help and then ended up ordering for us anyway?! Seems pointless if you ask me. As part of our order we were given a choice of a small bowl of salad which consisted of a dash of lettuce, tomatoes and carrot, or you could have a bowl of coleslaw/ potato salad- really bad considering you would normally have so much more choice on the salad bar! I don't understand why you can not choose a little more of a selection from the price you pay? We had ordered a kids meal for our youngest son and a meal deal for us. Drinks were non- re-fillable- and i know this is normally a thing but are still being charged the same price as before?.Food arrived, barely hot, dry and tasteless- was just awful- tbh would have not been surprised if it was just a cheap pizza cooked with extra added to it. Dough was thin and consistency of plaster. Cant not fault the service from the team but just honestly poor ingredients, poor food quality but have the cheek to charge full price for the menu??? Pizza hut- stop ripping customers off and offer discounted prices of you can not offer the proper service!!

We stopped here for a quick lunch break whilst shopping. Extremely happy with the lady who greeted us, very COVID safe, talked us through all the new methods ie ordering through app, collect own menus and cutlery. She also explained if we needed any help just ask, very polite and friendly. Food was nice we only had a quick pizza to share and a drink each. Tables spaced out to make you feel safe and not on top of each other.

Haven’t used Pizza Hut for a while so thought we would pay a visit after doing some shopping. Oh my how things have changed! Never realised you could make Pizza with Filo pastry.!!Topping was flavourless and just how unappetising can you make a salad bowl? Totally understand the COVID-19 arrangements but no excuse for poor food quality. Save your money and do as we should have done and stopped at Dominoes!! Now understand why you make people pay before receiving any food or drinks

We was seated very quickly, we ordered through the app the food didn't take long to arrive, the food was really nice couldn't fault it but the service was awful waited absolutely ages for the children's puddings she kept looking over but never came, the lady that served us was a young girl loads of make up on she was very rude, bolshy, not at all welcoming, I recommend the food but definitely not the service

Being a young mixed race women, I walk in from a rush to meet my other 2 family members from another bubble & is been late so I ran in hoping they wouldn’t take the table away. I didn’t remember to sanitise my hands, but a blonde woman came from the kitchen and shouted quite loud ‘have you not sanitised your hands’ Which embarrassed me an awful lot, drawing attention to my anxiety. I would have appreciated the lady come up to me and explain politely to go back and do so kindly. I got a rage full look from her too. I sat down after everyone staring at me. The next group of elderly came in, none which sanatised their hands and they weren’t greeted so rudely nor reminded nor shouted at. My table of my family are white and didn’t sanitise their Hands until gently prompted. Which leads me to believe it was my race, also young age. HORRIBLE!

We ate here and what a mess, no salad bar, no ice cream factory for the kids, you have to order the food online, the staff bring the food on a tray and leave it there for you to serve, they only come near you to clear stuff that has been moved to the end of the table. There was no explanation that you have to use a website to order food apart from a small sign on the table with the web address. This can all be sorted if staff had masks, and limited the number at the salad bar and ice cream factory

Pizza was terrible, see through pizza base, chewy tasteless pizza. Wrapped cutlery and disposable menus that guests help themselves too, touching all the others in the pile whilst you are there. One sanitising station on the entrance. Tables so closely crammed together you’re touching shoulders with other guests dining. A table near to me complained that they had waited an hour and their child hadn’t received their pizza after finishing the rest of their meals. The manager (I assume) went over to the table and put her head in between the couple (NOT SOCIAL DISTANCING AT ALL!!) I did not feel safe at all! Service was also terrible I called an hour in advance to book a table and was treated like a moron at the door explaining I had booked the table yet the booking wasn’t on their booking slip! The host then decided to read out the first and last name of everyone that had booked around the same time as me! (Have you heard of data protection?). Absolute Covid breeding ground! Gives hospitality a bad name during this pandemic!

We arrived, took a menu, cutlery etc sat down and ordered through the app the food was lovely couldn't fault it, a waitress came over reached over both of our children to collect the plates the member of staff had to mask/visor or gloves on she could of asked for us to move or waited until we left.

The restaurant was not crowded at all when we were visiting. Air conditioning was too strong, temperature was below acceptable. One way system and hand sanitisation policy. Good meal deal, affordable prices, contactless service but the waitress completely forgot about the cutlery. Missing the regular 'Pizza Hut familiar feeling' caused by the social distancing.

When we arrived we was told to take a menu then take a seat and order through app this was very organised and straightforward, the restaurant is one way, the food was really nice, when we finished the staff came over and reached over me and my children to collect the plates they had no gloves, visors or masks on so felt very at risk when they did this, they should of asked before and we would of moved or waited until we had left.

Always great experience Not my first time ,no waiting on the door ,order and food delivered promptly , absolutely happy to be served by Deborah. Always smiling and very professional.

My child and I shared a meal today and were told that we could only have one salad bowl so we had to eat our salads separately. I pointed out that it's unlimited salad so technically one person could eat 6 bowls of salad but was told that we couldn't each have a bowl of salad. How ridiculous was that? Especially as at other Pizza Hut's us each having a salad has not been an issue. They got the pizza wrong,the corn was cold and then they got the bill wrong! We normally enjoy our visits to Pizza Hut but not today!

Without doubt the worst pizza I’ve ever had. How does it take an hour and a half to cook and deliver a pizza? Doughy/tasteless/cold. I’d forgotten I’d even ordered it the delivery took so long. Have ordered from all of the local ‘recognised’ brands and I can’t believe these people are even still in business. Without a doubt - go to papa domino. AWFUL!

Stuff crust Meat Feast pizza base so thin that it was like tracing paper. Manager said that they have to stretch doh as it's small doh. I gave it back because as soon as you lift up pizza all the toppings fall off falls off.Manager was just making excuses after excuses unsympathetic of situation. when I explained I have ordered from Pizza here and a far even the takeaway a few miles away he told me "WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT" not sure how this is possible as you all fly the same flag so to speak.servers and manager then ignored me and my family on which was my wife's Birthday...it's a disgrace to the resturant industry.I was then left for over 30 mins before I had to ask the manager "is it make a complaint and get ignored?" as I thought they had a replacement in the oven but guess what .... they didn't.... they actually were leaving me not to eat!!!!!!!a disgrace and certainly gone down hill fast, since last vist 6 months ago and ordered same.

Went with my daughter and grand daughter, shown to a table by a waitress who told us she would get us a high chair which didnt materialise, my daughter asked her again and she said she thought someone else was getting it? I then pointed out she had given my grand ra8ghter some crayons but no paper to draw on, she huffed and stomped off to get something. Menu looked good and included a vegan choice. I went to get a salad and most of the boxes were empty and I pointed this out to a young waiter who said ok and went to (I presumed) fill it up. My pizza didnt come out at the same time as the others and I was told it was late as there was a mix up on what was in the pizza oven! I thought ok I'll have a bit more salad and the station was still half empty!! There were plenty of staff and not a great deal of customers so thought perhaps Pizza Hut are no longer training staff or employing managers? As it was very badly managed. We spotted a friend on another table whose order was also mixted up. Whilst chatting to my friend I asked for the bill and the waitress said for which table? So attentive - we didnt leave a tip!!

Always loved Pizza Hut, great food always one of my favourite restaurants, doing it right as always.

Had a 2 for 1 voucher so thought we’d give it a try. Warm welcome. Quickly seated with menu cards including separate card for vegan and gluten free. Checked with server that vegan food is prepared in separate kitchen area - yes. Checked with server for a vegan salad dressing option - yes, but limited. Food arrived promptly. Salad bar fresh looking. Enjoyed our meal & pleasant service. £14 for 2 people after discount so we had a happy experience.

Was driving through and was very hungry. I'm gluten free and the man was so helpful with the kind of bass, topping. I could even have sides , they do so much for gluten free it's lovely.Thanks pizza hut wish everyone was so good .

Terrible service from start to finish, the waitress was rude the last time we came aswell so wasn't just a one off, couldn't fault the food it was really nice, the restaurant needed a good clean all the floors were sticky

The service is always good here and the assistants very helpful. We had the lunchtime buffet, with salad and pizza. Followed by cold drinks and ice cream. Highly recommended!!

Visited on a Friday night, we managed to get one of the last tables. We waited around 10 minutes for a waitress to take our drinks order. Her first words to us were "I'm going home in half an hour." Looking around there was a distinct lack of staff anywhere. All around us were tables waiting to be served or to receive their food. The pizzas we ordered didn't actually take too long to arrive and were lovely. It The second waitress who took over was much nicer.

On a wet, wintry and windy night I Kent, we ended up at the Westwood Shopping Centre, looking for somewhere to eat - and chips were off the menu!

Went here with a friend for dinner and our waitress Debbie was just amazing! Very knowledgable and so friendly that she made the experience absolutely fantastic.

I really enjoy taking my grandchildren here when they come to visit. The staff are always very friendly and efficient. The self-serve salad selection is excellent as we can start eating healthy food very quickly. Of course, the children love the ice cream choices too!

Good pizza but very poor service, the waitress wasn't very friendly, the salad bar was a disappointment no pasta, no cous cous and no potato salad.

Wir aßen dort zu Abend an einem Samstag Abend nach unseren Einkäufen. Die Bedienung war ganz freundlich und auch das Essen war sehr gut. Das Ambiente ansprechend und der Salatbuffet fanden wir klasse.

Waiter polite. Although did not explain about salad bar. Restaurant needs a deep clean very dirty floors ground in dirt. Seating no better especially ledges along the side of the seats. Could write your name in it. All staff standing around chatting when a few tables needed clearing after people had left. Had to eat with coats on very cold in the restaurant. Will not be returning to this one unless things drastically change.

I placed an order last night and it took over an hour and a half and when it eventually came the pizza was cold and the drink was warm! Then we noticed she over charged us by £6! After working it out over the phone she gave us £5 credit, doesn’t sound very fair...

went to the buffet with my kids and one of their friends. it is great as the kids can eat whatever they like from pizza and salad buffet and enjoy making their own drinks

Decided to give the meerkat 2 for 1 deal out.

The pizza was good and hot but the starters tasted like they came out the microwave, for 2 pizzas a starter and drinks cost £70! There was only 2 of us! £25 a pizza couldn't believe it, the service was okay lad seemed like he moody and just not intrested in customer service side of things. Might return but will be on the lunch deal during the week!

The actual pizza was very nice but thought really overpriced against the offerings available in the local supermarkets where the choice is vast Don't eat pizza often but think will stick to home prepared

Usually I am very keen on heading out to Pizza Hut, but today I’m left feeling very dissatisfied! The food and service themselves were fine! However when we were shown to our table I identified that we all wanted the buffet (2 adults & 3 children) I was shown the price of £5.95 per child including ice cream which I thought was reasonable, seeing as the youngest child was 2!

Went here for a family meal. Service and food very good. The salad bar had been replenished and salads were nice and fresh.

Visited today with my two lads. Wait was fairly short and the staff were very friendly and professional. Food was served hot and was very tasty. Waitress was lovely and very thankful for the tip. Lovely time had

We had Hot Crisps to start, these were tasteless I'm afraid. The salad bar was ok, what you would expect from food that has been pre prepared and frozen. Pizzas were just ok, took a long time to arrive, my partner described his as 'tasteless'. We felt our money could have been much better spent elsewhere. Staff were polite.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. When I ordered my vegan pizza the lady serving us said she would oven the side dish to make it vegan friendly. She also offered me the vegan menu for the salad bar. All round a very good experience! Will definitely be visiting again!

Customer service was average took quite some time to be seated when the restaurant wasn’t busy at all, looked like they only had one or two people running the floor.

I am Coeliac and have visited this pizza hut on about 4 occasions since having to go strictly gluten free for health reasons. i went again on Sat and was given very good service by the waitress, who was very quick to get the shortened gluten free list of safe ingrediants and even went to check that nachos were gluten free after i queried after ordering as i couldn't remember. Can't go to far wrong really and they have a good deal on at the moment too

We had our dinner today at this fantastic place. Pizza Hut pizzas' have an unbeatable taste. Popular destination for pizzs lovers.

This is a very good place to take children for a birthday treat as they give them a colouring page full of activities. Also the pizza is also good quality with large choice of toppings. It is great for sweet as well the ice cream bar has so many sprinkles its hard to choose.

Visited yesterday, seat covered in food and grease, tables sticky and salt holder stuck to table. Floors covered in food and spilled drinks, buffet area dirty along with smeared plates and glassware.WILL NOT GO AGAIN UCK

We booked for a birthday lunch for a family member and were looked after by the waitress. The salad bar had a wide variety of choice which suited old and young alike. The buffet menu was a reasonable price and the pizzas were continuously topped up with fresh ones so nothing was left to dry. The children loved the ice cream factory especially eating 'unicorn poop'. I haven't been to pizza hut in many years, but it was refreshing to see the quality was still high, but with a cheaper price to pay.

Fuimos para un almuerzo de cumpleaños con mi hijo y su amigo como su comida favorita es la pizza. Se sentó y ordenados y entonces nos dimos cuenta de lo sucio de la cubertería era etc. Los hijos ordenados. Cena de infantil y me parecía una buena relación calidad-precio. Cuando me dieron lo que no disfrute de cualquiera de ellos dijo que la pizza sabe raro. Me dejó las patatas fritas como estaba frío y sólo comimos parte del helado. . Cuando la camarera vino a recoger los platos como ella vio mi hijo y amigo que saliese helado le dije que no disfrute de nada. Y dijo que es una pena que no cambia la salsa, etc. a veces, y no parece preocupado. Mi hijo volver a comer con una cuchara sucia helado le dijo para conseguir uno limpio. El buffet no era mucho mejor. . Me sentí engañado era una pérdida de 24 libras y ponía un poco de decepción en el día lección aprendida no volveremos.

One of the nicest pizza huts I've been to, salad bar was fresh and tasty and the pizza was cooked perfect and really nice, generous with toppings!!! 100% recommended :)

Broadstairs town on a Wednesday is a difficult place to find somewhere open to eat during the day, hence why we ended up at Pizza Hut. The staff were very friendly, excellent in fact, & the food was the usual tasty & good value that we have come to expect - a very good choice!

Five chicken nuggets costing £4.75 is bad enough, this is not the Ritz. But when I got the bill I realised the cost of each item is HIGHER than the menu clearly states. This was never explained and why have the menus not been updated?One more thing, why do sauces used on pizzas such as bbq type sauces, and the sauce used on ribs, have to be so sweet, please tone them down.

A lovely family meal .The restaurant was clean and wonderful friendly staff . Great salad bar with a wide selection. The service was quick and food great. I would recommend going here.

Popped in for a Thursday night meal after going shopping.Very polite and helpful staff. Food was good and served quickly and a good selection at the salad bar which put other salad bars to shame, without mentioning names.It's a pizza hut though nothing flash and cheap and cheerful.

every thing we ordered they ran out of and didn't decide to tell us until they brought the alternatives out covered my food in rocket yet I didn't order rocket as I hate it probably put it on there to cover the crap underneath I suppose all the food was overpriced crap!

Went with my friend , got seated quickly and on a side with no children , they are trying to keep family one side and adults on another, think this is a good idea, starters were lovely and the free salad was plentyful to and fresh, tried a new pizza they have, was soo tasty, and dessert was great, was good value and staff are very helpful and welcoming, signed up to an app as well for free food,

Unpleasant experience – there are much nicer, classier pizza places to eat for similar price! They seem to be catering for families with kids and many children were running around feral.We used to love the deep pan super supreme back in the day, but the deep pan supreme we chose was far inferior and tasteless! The salad is free but bowls they supply are so small it is hard to select what is on offer without piling it all on top – and the dressings taste cheap and nasty with an acid after-taste! The pepsi is on tap with slushy crushed ice and tasted very chemical. All in all a horrible experience and would not go back!

Very friendly and polite staff and super quick service. Clean and spacious environment. Salad bar was all fresh and appetizing. Overall highly recommended. Will definitely return if in the area any time.

The food was great and the experience was made by the welcoming and friendly staff who made sure our food was okay and that we had all we needed. Will be returning soon!

After a 10 minute wait for a table (which was supposed to be 20) we were seated. Menus were provided along with recommendations. The staff were super attentive - at all the right times. When we ordered loads of sides they provided us with another table so we could spread out. Food was good - staff exceeded our expectations

The usual pizza as always. I have to say that the veggie pizza was dry and the veg were not cooked at all. Chicken supreme pizza was very tasty and the salad bar was well stocked and fresh, made up for the dry pizza.We did order the ribs and wings combo and we were informed they were all out of fries and onion rings!! :(The waitress said she would add more meat to the platter but we weren't convinced when it came to our table. The meat however, was well seasoned and juicy. Service was good.Will come back to try their Wednesday eve buffet for £12.99.

had a lovely meal with my friend, it was very busy and the staff looked rushed of there feet but the service was still great, the manager i think she was called nicky even managed to come over to see if we was ok, i have been loads of times and never had a bad meal! looking forward to trying the wedneday night buffet, i love the lunch buffet but cant go much as always at work so think this is great idea!

Very dry no taste. Was like it was left out for a few hours. I could have saved time and money by cooking a pizza from a local coop and it would have tasted 10 times better. Also it was so hot in there no air conditioning. Wasnt hungry once I got my food as I was so hot. Won't be going to another pizza Hut in the near future

i friequently come to pizza hut in westwood as isn't to far from the shops every time i come here the food it fantastic. I get conversation out of the waitress but not hovering left alone when want to the new menu is so good i get a great choice of starter's , i love the new wing sauces also if i'm trying to eat heallthier i have the 600 cal pizza as a choice, i must say u woudent think they were 600 calories they taste amazing. And i would come in and just have that sometimes so i love this place perfect for every occasion

Fantastic restaurant couldn't recommend higher. Staff were fantastic friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble. They took the time to explain the menu and help with drink machine. Food was lovely fresh and cooked to perfection and served quickly with a smile. A lovely evening

At Pizza Hut now sooo amazing. Loved it will definitely be coming back. I am a very fussy eater and they dealt with my order accordingly. Debbie was my server. Amazing!!!

Went for lunch, it was pretty quiet when we got there, got shown to our table the seats were dirty, placed our order and went to get the salad, the salad bar was messy and didn't look too inviting I had mainly potato salad and it wasn't that great, went to get drinks and the glasses weren't very clean, food arrived I glanced across and behind a table in the corner was a dustpan and brush and a trolley with loads of dirty plates and bowls and food that had obviously come from these plates and bowl s and the tables that had been wiped clean!! Not very nice to look at whilst you are eating and also not very hygenic!! The meal itself wasn't good at all I'm disappointed because this used to be quite a good place to eat but it looks dirty, floors are dirty, seats are dirty tables are left with food on them once people have finished, sadly I won't be going here again

Just been in for a birthday meal, having booked for 3 kids and 2 adults over the phone and spoken to the guy about the fact it was a child's birthday. He confirmed they would be able to decorate with balloons but there was nothing to distinguish the table from a regular reservation. We wouldn't usually choose Pizza Hut but as it was requested by the 11 y/o birthday boy we went along. Wish we hadn't tbh. Service was just awful, salad bar abysmal, and there are just no words to describe the ice cream factory! I am pretty sure that the contents would not be classed as ice cream!!

Bit pricey.. U get more value on there take out menu.. Salad bar poor.. Pizzas smaller than use to be also less choice and the ice-cream factory has been changed up to a lower grade ice-cream not white creamy Mr whippy style you use to get.. more a off white and watery kind like a child's milk ice lolly so was disappointing as we lives the ice-cream before.. Sort it out pizza Hut stop short changing yr customers with low value food

I love pizza hut and used to come about once a week but since changing the pasta at the buffet i rarely go now. Dry pasta and tomato sauce doesn't cut it... Wheres the cheesy pasta and mixed up bolognese pasta gone?!? Very dissapointing.Anyway on this occasion our food was very nice, like the new kids menu, all hot and fresh, there was a bit of a wait for our dessert but they were busy. Not at all accessible for pushchairs and had to sit our baby in her car seat on a chair which was a bit awkward.

Went for some dinner late afternoon Sunday. Not impressed! Firstly the waiter brought a wrong drink (this was changed) 2 mains of ribs came out both stone COLD (these were recooked but once every one else had finished eating) our deserts took over 20 minutes to arrive after ordering then we waited a further 20 for the bill and to pay (we were charged full price with no real apology. £70 and bad service and a fast food meal that took nearly two and a half hours (it wasn't even that busy) been a regular visitor to several pizza huts in the past this has certainly been our last!

kids can't come here enough. Not a relaxing place to eat. Pizza is always good, not overly loaded mind you. Ice cream factory and unlimited drinks a child magnet.

We ate here twice, while staying in Thanet. The restaurant is well kept, it's clean and tidy. The salad bar is well stocked and the staff are polite and friendly. We have been returning to this Pizza Hut for a number of years when holidaying in Thanet.

It took nearly an hour for our food to arrive in a restaurant with only a handful of tables occupied, the waitress stated that it was because the pizza needed a longer time to prepare. We sent a complaint to Pizza Hut but the reply we received was obviously written from a template.

Pizza Hut at Westwood Cross is so nice and friendly, also nice to feel that you haven't got to rush your meal! Take your time and enjoy you time to chill out with the friends and family who you are with! Always enjoy when we've been there! Many thanks even from my boys...
