Great food, best portions I have found around this area for price, food is perfect every time, highly recommend. The only downside is the cash payments only but a shop is right next door with a cash machine. Can feed a family of 4 for less then £20

I heard very good things about the Ship. It was okay. The table wasn't decorated for Christmas which was a little disappointing. The food was hot but was a little underseasoned for me. The portions were of a reasonable size but one pig in blanket is extremely tight for the price. Especially for the Christmas menu. As for fake cream on a fake tasting cheesecake of which they no excuse. I was ready to go. But to leave on positive it's lovely to see a pub busy in these tough times of hospitality.

Worst takeaway ever. Two small sized chicken drumsticks. Normally get one of each, a drumstick and a thigh. What's with the spicy seasoning on the chips? Awful, not everyone will like that. It doesn't taste finger licking good, like it used. Miss the old Kentucky, will never go there again or any other Kentucky, bring back the original good tasting Kentucky, but I know this will never happen.

Waited over 2 hours for delivery. Live 5 minutes away. Staff were rude when rung after over an hour asking for an update or approximate time. Asked to cancel the order after 2 hours and they said it's 'on the way and hung up. Not even a big order

I think the founders would be appalled at what McDonald's has now become .It used to be the case that McDonald's was fast,cheap and reliable, sadly today its slow,expensive and if they ever get the order right it's a miracle. After avoiding McDonald's for a while because of waiting times I visited McDonald's Southampton,made my order with festive toffee pie and double cheeseburger and 6 nuggets .After an expected wait I collected my order to be asked by staff" Do you really want the toffee pie because its going to take ages? ,if there something else you would like instead?"so...I said OK apple pie please.went and sat down...no nuggets in the bag.I went up and explained and was asked if I had checked the bag correctly so I went back and double checked...no nuggets .The staff member apologised and handed over the missing nuggets.I went back to eat the meal with the family only to find that the double cheeseburger I had ordered was infact just a cheeseburger ? ,so up again to explain and get it replaced by which time all the food was now cold.Mcdonalds was once something you could rely on now its an absolute mess and not a pleasurable experience anymore.

Al menos puedo decir esto sabiendo que me preocupo por mi trabajo y trabajo duro... nadie parece querer hacer una diferencia. Ninguna empresa quiere asumir la responsabilidad de las acciones de su personal y el personal de KFC se les enseña a ignorar a los clientes quejosos en lugar de resolver los problemas. Acabo de tener la peor comida cocinada y como estaba recogiendo me aconsejó que ahora dos veces antes se habían olvidado de los artículos. Ni siquiera una disculpa en nombre de la empresa. ¡O de todos modos de hacerlo bien! ¡He encintado 15 libras en las últimas dos semanas! ¡Dije que nunca volvería de hoy! ¡No es que a KFC le importe! ¡Siempre reemplazable verdad! 🤣. ¡Broma!
