Order was not received tried to get in contact with courier saying delivery was going to wrong address and gave him the right address to deliver to but herd nothing

Delivery was fantastic food was not good the fillet burger was 1/4 size of bun and was over cooked not the golden chicken colour was brown i asked very politely for no drum stick and got a very dry drumstick even dogs didnt wanna eat it but the beans were lovely shame the floppy chips were unable to be dipped

My daughter’s can of Pepsi max exploded as she tried to open it…as in the can split open at the top…causing redness and pain to her finger. The can felt hot so separating the drinks from the food may be a better way to transport deliveries

Food was KFC. They have had a new renovation and this was definitely for the better. Much more efficient. Visited in school holidays, and I was expecting loads of kids running around, but it was quite the opposite. Well-behaved kids. Older families. A lovely KFC with plenty of free parking.

absolute waste of money buying this offer SUPPOSED TO BE 6 PIECES CHICKEN 4 MINI FILLETS 4 HOT WINGS 2 of the 6 were just the rib cage with NO MEAT ON JUST COATING 2 were just small wings 1 was a small piece of the breast bone with virtually no meat on 1 was a drumstick the only thing worth eating was the 4 mini fillets and the hot wings DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS OFFER

1 Star - Terrible Service from Night Shift Staff Indian guy. I had a really bad experience at Millbrook KFC last night due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the night shift worker. I was picking up two orders, and instead of properly indicating which drink belonged to which order, he just handed them to me and told me to figure it out myself because he was "too busy" making another order. When I pointed out that it's his responsibility to ensure orders are properly handed over before I take them to customers, he got defensive and outright rude. He even insulted me, saying I was illiterate and didn't know how to read, which is completely unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility for his mistake, he acted like I was the problem. This is not the kind of service anyone should have to deal with. Kfc should seriously consider training their staff better or hiring people who actually respect customers and delivery workers. I won't be coming back to this location anytime soon.

I decided to look at the reviews before going here and i thought it would be so-so as they weren’t great, but my experience here was 10/10! Service was fast, and very positive, really busted my mood up! Food was crispy and moist, definitely finger licking good!! Also the gravy was thick and flavoursome! Will be returning!

This place is about as bad if not worse than the Holbury KFC (rip Holbury kfc). The staff stink of bo and poo, they're mostly a rude bunch that don't know the difference between a flat white and white coffee. Chicken here gives me bad guts, parking is awful, general area is a tip. I would avoid.

considering I never received this order and I had to order there same thing again then when I reported it you said I would get a full refund within 7 working days I'm a bit annoyed that I've not got that refund especially since it was nearly £90. so I'm going to wait one more week and if I don't have my refund by then I'm going to contact my lawyer

Worst takeaway ever. Two small sized chicken drumsticks. Normally get one of each, a drumstick and a thigh. What's with the spicy seasoning on the chips? Awful, not everyone will like that. It doesn't taste finger licking good, like it used. Miss the old Kentucky, will never go there again or any other Kentucky, bring back the original good tasting Kentucky, but I know this will never happen.

Put 6 pieces of chicken in a bucket seems like an easy task, for people who can count. When I have to wait over 20 minutes in the drive through, I assumed that was enough time for them to count the correct amount of pieces of chicken. I was wrong. Short changed in my bucket.
