KFC Southampton - Millbrook Roundabout in Southampton

A normal KFC as to be expected. It was clean enough but not spotless. Food was ok, carpark was a nightmare

1 Star - Terrible Service from Night Shift Staff Indian guy. I had a really bad experience at Millbrook KFC last night due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the night shift worker. I was picking up two orders, and instead of properly indicating which drink belonged to which order, he just handed them to me and told me to figure it out myself because he was "too busy" making another order. When I pointed out that it's his responsibility to ensure orders are properly handed over before I take them to customers, he got defensive and outright rude. He even insulted me, saying I was illiterate and didn't know how to read, which is completely unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility for his mistake, he acted like I was the problem. This is not the kind of service anyone should have to deal with. Kfc should seriously consider training their staff better or hiring people who actually respect customers and delivery workers. I won't be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Busy Shame carpark is a bit small

I decided to look at the reviews before going here and i thought it would be so-so as they weren’t great, but my experience here was 10/10! Service was fast, and very positive, really busted my mood up! Food was crispy and moist, definitely finger licking good!! Also the gravy was thick and flavoursome! Will be returning!

This place is about as bad if not worse than the Holbury KFC (rip Holbury kfc). The staff stink of bo and poo, they're mostly a rude bunch that don't know the difference between a flat white and white coffee. Chicken here gives me bad guts, parking is awful, general area is a tip. I would avoid.

Absolute shambles... Sanabanu A didn't even collect it... I sat waiting for 2 hours for nothing

considering I never received this order and I had to order there same thing again then when I reported it you said I would get a full refund within 7 working days I'm a bit annoyed that I've not got that refund especially since it was nearly £90. so I'm going to wait one more week and if I don't have my refund by then I'm going to contact my lawyer

Best KFC ever!!! The team is polite and very helpful, and the food is always hot fresh and tasty. And the cleanliness makes the place even better!

On the door it says its opened till 11pm. At 9.45pm doors are shut. Chairs are on the tables...

Driver would not take last 4 numbers of phone number then they called another man to intimidate me. There was no code as they kept asking for.

Easy to order and good delivery

Worst takeaway ever. Two small sized chicken drumsticks. Normally get one of each, a drumstick and a thigh. What's with the spicy seasoning on the chips? Awful, not everyone will like that. It doesn't taste finger licking good, like it used. Miss the old Kentucky, will never go there again or any other Kentucky, bring back the original good tasting Kentucky, but I know this will never happen.

Wrong food delivered the only thing warm was the coleslaw very disappointed

Food was cold! Chicken was still pink inside and not cooked properly! Chips was also cold and not cooked properly! Definitely won’t be ordering again!

Put 6 pieces of chicken in a bucket seems like an easy task, for people who can count. When I have to wait over 20 minutes in the drive through, I assumed that was enough time for them to count the correct amount of pieces of chicken. I was wrong. Short changed in my bucket.

absolutely awful, meant to shut at 11 for buying inside but they always close earlier than 9:30, so I can never walk down and get KFC later on when I have friends round, the workers are so rude about it and refuse to serve us even though they are meant to be open if you do not want to be open up to 11 then don’t put that online

Had food from here last night . I live 5 mins from it by time I got home in my car food was stone cold . Soggy chicken and limp chips and congealed gravy . It's a disgrace for the price charged. They don't care if they serve you or not . Personally I wouldn't feed it to my dog. It needs closing down

ZERO STARS! NEVER DELIVERED! Driver said delivered nothing came. So clearly didn’t bother sending to the right house. Very hard to contact just eat (kfc said they couldn’t track the driver) so can’t comment on the food today.

Messed up my order completely. Ordered a mighty bucket for one with a 7up but received a boneless banquet with orange tango. Delivery was quick and food was warm but had to be chucked as I don’t like mini fillets.

I didn’t have kfc for over a year, and to see how much the quality dropped is amazing, flavourless? drowned in grease and just disappointing comparing to how much the prices increased, definitely won’t order again :/

Delivery driver was rude. Demanding code in broken English withholding my food when I have paid for it. Struggling to see the fone. I haven’t done nothing wrong in being made to give a code when only one food order is being delivered. I’m old and I don’t want to speak to deliveries when I have paid a lot of money for the convenience. It is inconvenience to me having to stand there and repeat myself

Arrived early meal was good and hot bit tight on chips chicken was nice and moist.

KFC has friendly and welcoming staff (Pavan was coming to all tables asking if everything was good). The service was very quick. The food was tasty and hot. My little one loves the food from here.
