We bought a family meal for 5 it was fast and worthy it

Really fast efficient service and really warm food.

Very good experience 3 days ago. Stacker was really nice !

driver was hanging about outside before knocking door, my husband is disabled. when he took the food in most of the chips, corn and chicken was nearly cold.

The chicken is overcooked on today's visit! Very hard to eat.

items missing from.order , hard dry chicken received and hot wings were disappointed also could see the bone. definitely bad experience and will.not order via online again because my order was not fresh done , dry and hard chicken. and not satisfactory.

My husband loves Kfc 🍗 . We always return to this place just because he is a chicken lover and his favourite is this place .

only small order but still over £20. 2 meals, yet the couldn't put the fries in. so they were not meals ! they ruined our meal. and I cannot get refund. gravy was nice for a change but no fries to dunk. bin enjoyed. Don't they have people to check orders ? And why do you get less food if you order on line ??

Delivery didn’t even turn up , kfc no help .. to help with order no contact number for the supposedly driver .. on top of that going through help through just eat we were not refunded for the food we didn’t receive. So taking it further to food trading standards . Disgusting overall ! Would not recommend ordering !! Untrustworthy..

My experience from 20 years ago stopped me ever eating at KFC again. From what I gather nothing has changed except an even better chance of your overpriced food being stone cold or missing essential items for you to enjoy (such as gravy or sauces). due to being delivered by the latest trend, online delivery services such as Uber, there is even less care given to your food and the process of making a complaint or getting a refund are stressful and never fully compensated. Try the independent outlets. Better quality and service.

Make sure you open and check your order second time I've got home to find parts of order missing

I need a refund. I order twice of the same meal but the first one didn't arrive. I was deducted £33.96!

Not visited in a while and was surprised to see burger box meals at £10 a pop. The food and service was fine. Would rate higher and visit more often if they actually offered more options for people with food intolerance.

Not happy!!!! No fries with the order

Not the cleanest of establishment! The toilets need cleaning, the smell 😩 was awfulll. I didn't get the correct order but I didn't want to go back into the building as I was put off by the smell. However the staff were kind!!!!

As a result of a power cut , around 21:30 we went to get food for my kids . We were ask to wait 20 minutes extra to make sure we would received the right food ,which was fine with us, when we got home around 21:50 and checked the food the order was wrong to what we asked for , so we drove back to be told that they won’t replace and we won’t be refunded for the wrong items. We were spoken to in a rude manner. Very disappointing as we always order from this kfc. Won’t be coming back

didn't arrive,even though app said it was . was sent from KFC, the driver must have delivered to wrong address .

I found a hair in with my fries and the manager Grace was rude and claimed it must have been one of my own even though it was much longer than my own hair and not even the same colour, very poor hygiene with several members of staff with no hair nets including Grace the so called manager not leading by example, disgusting service,

Chips aren't ever good from KFC but chicken etc were all good, full of flavour and not cold 👍

Good drive thru chicken supper. All good. Plus they do Decaffeinated Coffee! 🙂

Sent extra beans instead of mash. If we wanted that amount of beans we'd have ordered them

After the delivery time was adjusted several times there was no option to cancel my order and get my money back I had no choice but to wait for dry, cold food. I'm now out of pocket with cold, late food. Service cr*p

Coating was overcooked and dripping in oil. Nothing like the crisp spicey batter I remember from the seventies! Very disappointed.
