Ash (Romsey delivery driver) was very good. Even came back with the dip that had fallen out in his bag.

First time ordering, pizzas and desserts for my family, all came promptly, and very timely and delivered by a friendly and polite delivery driver called Sean who went out of his way to deliver pizzas upstairs in my block of flats up stairs. No problems. Excellent service will use again great value too.

Worst customer service I've ever received. The guy with the beard was rude. Threw my pizza at me after I was standing there for 5 mins watching my food get cold whilst he was chatting away to someone else. Will not be returning!!

Rude! Missed a few phone calls for delivery in a 5 minute window. Delivery was to a hotel! Driver didn't even get out of the car to come in the hotel! Called branch, I was very polite. They just slammed the phone down on me! 2nd call resulted in a 75% refund as driver "attempted" to deliver! Driver didn't even exit his car to attempt a delivery! Terrible customer service. Driver was in a Blue VW Polo, but I missed the delivery!!!? Maybe get out of the car and deliver it!!

Great place, for collection or delivery. Always prompt, food brilliant every time, and the drivers are fantastic. Especially my regular deliverer, Colin, absolute top man he is! 100%, would recommend, and I can't say it enough, GOD BLESS THE STAFF, they're amazing!

We didn't go into store had delivery and Colin is bar far best delivery driver they have. Always smiling and friendly. Double checks everything is there before he leaves and never in such a rush he muddles up orders.. never had a problem when Colin has delivered. Respectful to my animals and children if they all follow me to the door too! More than can be said for someone their drivers.

I got my pizzas delivered by Colin today who's my personal favourite, always quick, friendly and puts an honest smile on my face each and every time I see this dude. The food is fresh and hot when it arrives, very delicious and in my humble opinion it's the best option to choose when it comes to pizza cravings, also the pizzas are all customisable which makes it even better. 5* is not even enough to describe it, go ahead and try it! 💪^_^

Colin the delivery man got my pizza to me so quick it was still steaming when i tucked into it! On a cold, wet, miserable day I appreciated this tasty treat, delivered with a smile :)

I don't recommend this shop for vegetarians, as I found a piece of chicken in the Veg Supreme pizza. This raises serious concerns about the quality checks in place. I'm also very disappointed with the service—when I informed them about the issue, their response was simply, "It happens." This is not the standard of quality I expect from Domino's.

Often order from Domino’s as it’s easy to get something in for a treat. Food arrives hot and the drivers take care with the delivery and they are always polite and friendly. Want to mention Tasawar who always jolly a chatty.

A BIG thank you to Lewis, so professional on the phone, service was impeccable, all was ready when I managed to walk up the road! I have a neuro condition, was also beaten and robbed in my flat last year! Wonderful young man ……. LOL I could only manage 1 slice of ham & pineapple pizza, struggled to eat a slice of garlic bread, everything was so good! Also thank you to the 2 ladies I saw working in background. Manager of this store should be “proud” of this team today 008 at 11.29. Yes I will be recommending!!!!! Thank you all xx

Food was hot however not great pizza's for the 4th time we've ordered now. Cheese is used so sparingly it was more or less just hot dough. They really need to put a bit more cheese on than what they do especially the cheese and tomato pizza which is 1 we always order.

Normally always 5 stars however whoever is on shift today is failing the company, I'm used to a really nice halve & halve that could be considered quite controversial. However this is no excuse for absolutely 0 love to be put into the pizza. Just recieved order 20 minutes ago the pizza is the thinnest I've ever recieved from this store and I picked usual classic crust I've had to double up the slices just to capture that maximum flavour that I'm looking for. Really let down today Well to the staff member, I'm not angry... just disapointed 😥 I only pray you can pull yourself together to pickup your pizza skills.... 🍕

They don’t accept cash even though it’s legal tender..
