We had a fantastic opportunity to celebrate my daughter’s 9th birthday with a pizza-making party at Pizza Express, and it turned out to be the best birthday ever! A special thank you to Reece, who made the evening unforgettable for the kids. His dough-tossing tricks, patience, and cheerful attitude made the experience so much fun for everyone.
If you’re considering booking a pizza party for £15 per child—don’t hesitate! Weekends get fully booked, but we had the entire lower floor to ourselves on a Monday, which was perfect.
Very disappointed. We were a little late because the road was closed and we had to go a long way to get there, the lady behind the bar was not happy with us even after we apologised.
The price of each of our meals was £18 so you expect a good standard. The fish in the fish and chips was very small and overcooked and the peas were barely warm. The fish pie had one king prawn in it and was served with 8 green beans and 2 halves of carrot. The aubergine gratin was burnt and when I asked for another one the waitress said it was supposed to look like that, but when I pointed out that its possible to cook it without burning it she took it away. All in all, it wasn't a nice experience and we certainly won't be going back.
Came in with a group from work for some Friday night drinks and will definitely be back again! Staff were lovely and so helpful! Massive thankyou to Evie and Faye who went above and beyond! See you all soon :)
We had cravings - for beer and for something sweet. Two pints were duly necked. The warm double chocolate fondant with coffee ice cream definitely hit the spot - possibly the best ever. Staff were good too.

It is macyD - buff said but beware the tables are not uniquely numbered and someone made off with my order this morning. Christmas came early, for them!
We booked for their festive menu. The decor is beautiful at Christmas time. So festive. Unfortunately the atmosphere, service and food did not match the decor which was really disappointing.
Combined with the meal being average at best, we were also shocked to find that a house bottle of red wine was £30! My son asked for a bread roll with butter and got a slice of toast plus his meal arrived after everyone had finished. Although, in fairness, they did not charge us for his meal as a result. Nor could my daughter eat her butternut soup as it was way too spicy.
It’s a lovely venue for a pint but the quality of the food needs to improve a lot before we would ever consider eating there again unfortunately.
me and my friend had a lovely meal and lovely service by the waitress. however our opinions quickly changed when we got to the payment process. the lovely waitress accidentally made a couple mistakes with the bill which let to her re doing it again. her manager was at the till and started shouting and humiliating her i front of us. not only did it make us feel awkward and uncomfortable but it must have been humiliating to the obviously still learning waitress. the manager proceeded to threaten her with our bill coming out of her pay check because she accidentally messed it up. instead of teaching her how to do it she kept on shouting at her and ended up doing it herself. overall we are appalled and found this very unprofessional. accidents happen and this is not the waitresses fault. great beef tho x

I’ve been here a few times every time and every time it’s been amazing but this day they really made an impact and made us feel special.
Thank you so much Kiera
Food no good Gammon not fresh and small portion
Scampi - Couldn’t identify the scampi in the casing.Need a microscope to see it and overcooked and tough
Have had good meals here in the past but no longer
Wouldn’t return
Have lived within 7 miles of this establishment. Never knew it existed.
My friends mentioned it after having a few drinks up the road, in another place.
Feeling hungry now we stopped by. Glad we did. Pretty busy when we pulled up. However space in large rear carpark.
Delightful beer garden split in two. Kids play area etc.
Had no booking. Served almost immediately by switched on mainly younger team at bar.
Was politely advised tables that were free. Set up a tab and said I’ll bring your drinks over to you.
Lovely.
A young cheerful friendly waitress came over and took our order.
Fairly varied menu. Something for all. Food was hot and tasty. No complaints at all!
Very quick and attentive service by all.
A lovely surprise these days.
Thank you. We WILL be back
This is a nicely presented restaurant, food is ok, unfortunately however the service is terrible .... we waited 10 mins to be seen or even acknowledged at front of house and seated despite a large que forming. After being seated it took ~25 mins to be seen for drinks order etc, (had to ask/beg for service), starter to main 50 mins!! remainder of the evening was a struggle to get any attention, staff simply are not interested ... in fact staff are too busy attending to the take-out (Uber Eats etc.) orders, packing Pizza box's, while in-house customers waited. Honestly PREZZO you have other local completion close-by that offer same food and far BETTER service! After MANY loyal years of visiting PREZZO, we will now be going to another local venue in the future!!
