The best restaurants in Reigate and Banstead South East

El peor lugar para tener una fiesta. Inicialmente los gerentes que ayudamos y complaciente vienen el día de la fiesta que tenían restricciones en todo - la comida se sirvió tan rápido que querían que terminara antes de que pudiera comenzar. Si era como si tuviéramos tu dinero ahora come y vete, los niños no podían jugar o correr por ahí o tenían un problema con los globos, los gerentes son groseros, lo que pone una decepción en un día muy especial. Ojalá hubiera reservado algo más. Qué desperdicio de nuestro dinero ganado.

We just had our first delivery from here after our usual placed closed down. We have tried a few in the area and this is the best we have found so far! Really nice!

We had been recommended to try thisRestaurant having been frequent users of many Pub/Restaurants in the area. We were made very welcome and were impressed with the range of food available at lunchtime. The food was promptly served and very well presented. Generous portions, a little too much for us but this will be welcomed by most customers! The staff were friendly and efficient. We have since made two further visits with friends and family.

The food was nice. Unfortunately, I found the service to be lacking. However, I would still go back.

The lamb of my shish kebab was cooked perfectly, loads of salad. Very enjoyable. Nice delivery driver.

Este lugar ahora se cambió a Shukran Gourmet. Debo decir que lo han hecho bien. La ubicación está en la calle principal. aparcamiento cercano. La decoración es moderna y hermosa. La selección de comida es muy buena. Fue una familia de 22 y todos lo disfrutamos. La comida estaba caliente y sabrosa. El precio estuvo bien. El personal fue amable y servicial. Lo recomiendo altamente

Food was ok, naan bread was nice and fluffy didn’t know that the popadoms were not free and was charged for 2! Would go back again! Nice staff

Sat in the garden for lunch and had the shepherds pie, which was good but expensive for a lunch dish it came with a little pot of red cabbage which I think was a pickled version out of a jar. For the price a better side should be included. Could I suggest that table water is made easily available for guests who are eating.

Honestly cannot believe how overpriced this place is. Drinks are mega mega expensive, and the food is so pricey…and is terrible! Honestly don’t bother, plenty of other much nicer eateries on the High Street for much less money. £13.50 for the shabbiest nachos, and £5 for literally 4 cocktail sausages. Our order was incorrect and the manager was extremely condescending when explaining what had happened.

We came for a family meal and unfortunately didn’t have a great meal. We couldn’t sit in a booth despite there 4 of us (and there only being 2 people in some already? !) and got seated on the edge of the stairs & had little space with people constantly walking past for the toilet. Our waitress failed to tell us they had no mushrooms, butterfly chicken or cheese! So when we tried to order using the QR code we found several items missing off the menu .. I asked if I could have halloumi in my “cheese chickle burger” as they had no cheddar.. they said yes but it would be an extra cost. The staff were rude & inattentive (too busy chatting & on their phones). I wouldn’t bother eating in this restaurant if you want a nice family out .. choose an alternative establishment in Reigate

Flexible with the menu. Staff made me Roast Duck noodle 🍜 soup, which was not on the menu. I was very happy 😊 Staff friendly and kind

Extremely frustrated when trying to redeem a voucher for a free coffee after collecting enough stamps. Was told to pay extra before I could have my coffee which was meant to be free. Barista refused to take the extra charge off and had zero customer service skill. After raising my issue with Customer Support several times over the past four weeks I not had one reply from Neros. Clearly not interested in customer care just profit

Ordered large breakfast, when I got it everything was cold so I called a member of staff over he said would I like warmed up or a new one . Of course I said can I have a fresh one did wait to long when I got it back it was the same one I had just sent back . It was absolutely disgusting, the manager come over to ask if it ok but then went again before I could answer. I couldn't eat even eat it , not happy as I go in there alot at the weekend with my bf and his mum .
