we have ordered 3 times from here and has always been a really nice chicken kebab, polite delivery drivers and arrives warm! 😀

If you want a ‘boot’ for meat order here, I don’t understand why you would be happy to serve this. Particularly as I’ve recently discovered you have a 3 Star hygiene rating. I hope you’ll put this right urgently. I’ll be happy to submit a photo.

the food was cold and the quantity of food was very poor. supposed to be large chips more like , small chips large kebab was more of a medium kebab

Very tasty, good sized portions

It was a dark cold night, me and the lads were hungry and saw that reigate kebab place was open, we were chuffed so ordered a takeaway, I was a little bit shocked with the £19 price on the xtra large kebab however, went through with it with high hopes. But we were unable to get the kebab as the man delivered it to the wrong house but we found him in a dark dusty alleyway and secured the kebab. In the end we were pleased with the chicken but shocked at the one bread supplied and given it’s an extra large meal surely 2-3 should be added specially with the large price of £20. But the kebab was solid just no bread to fully enjoy it, do better next time.

Always good quality and fresh salad. My goto kebab as their prices are competitive and quality makes it good value. Good delivery as well.

no real issues the distance means that it is in inevitable that the food wont arrive as hot as i would like but always pop back into the oven for a few minutes so no problem ! followed my request to separate out items which was appreciated!

The wrap stuck to the paper and when I took out of packaging was stuck to it.

zero communication, contacted them via phone and I was hung up on. disgraceful service. food still hasn't arrived. shocking.

for the first time EVER, food turned up within the stated time frame but was stone cold. I suspect it was cold ish when order was prepared as the cheese on the chips hadn't melted whatsoever. so sorry for the negative review but this is NOT the normal service provided and hope it's a one off.

Food was delivered late. The app actually said the food had been delivered when it hadnt been. Phoned the restaurant, man was rude and just said it was coming before hanging up on me. The food was barely warm abd pitta bread was soggy. Just awful

Everything was hot and tasted lovely - sausage in batter was crispy, cod tasted fresh, chips were lovely.

I don't know what is going on with Just Eat but it keeps messing up my address. The driver was fantastic and phoned to find my location, I really appreciated that as I was starving and the lamb shish wrap was very enjoyable. I feel happy and full!

Despite putting in the exact location and building name on the order, and confirming the location on the map, it took the courier ages to find me, and only did after multiple calls back and forth. The food was delicious when it arrived, but the length of time it took to reach me meant that the pitta was soggy and the kebab literally fell out the bottom of the pitta and it was impossible to eat

Awful since being taken over! Kebab last night was horrible,meat not cooked properly both husband and I had upset stomachs this morning!

This will be a new regular haunt for me! Super friendly staff and they were accommodating for my girlfriend who is coeliac and they cooked her a beautiful shish kebab (minus the bread) which she loved. My extra large lamb doner was fantastic, fresh and nice and succulent, well seasoned meat. The doner is good value for money, and you HAVE to have the chilli sauce, it's not too intense and is really nice. Salad was very fresh. Overall a great takeaway and I will definitely be back. If you want something a bit more upmarket there is that available elsewhere in town but if you want the classic kebab then this place does a cracking job, get down there!

You told us our food had been delivered when quite frankly it hadn’t. When it arrived although it was edible the food was lukewarm which was a big disappointment. I realise the delivery was probably made by the takeaway personnel as opposed to your delivery personnel but even so a big let down.

This shop is amazing trust me this in the old keebab shop worth going too. The food always fresh and hot. The donner is amazing and like no other so I'm assuming you are they make it themaelfs. The chillie SCAUCE and is amazing n taste difrent to other stuff in other shops. Boss man you got game

Unfortunately cold food, although this is a first for them

I originally ordered as it was 25-40 mins delivery time. This was changed to 90 mins, but in the app it still showed 25-40mins. I called the restaurant and asked if I could have some cheese on the chips for the inconvenience and was told it was £2 extra. My food arrived cold, so much so I had to reheat all the items. My order took 1hr20 mins.

I ordered a chicken shish kebab around 6pm on nye, hadn’t eaten all day so was starving when it arrived. A couple of hours later I felt extremely ill and spent most of the evening in the bathroom. They had obviously given me some dodgy chicken they’ve save from Christmas. Two days later and I’m still recovering. Needless to say I won’t be going there again!

usually pretty good! would suggest less onions in salad and more lettice &/tommato also chilli sauce more like a paste which did not like so much!

We have had the chicken kebab for over 15 years .. our Turkish friends who owned previously seem to have left and the person who answers the phone now does not understand the order, the chicken kebab is drier and it has very little salad … what a shame .. it was the best chicken kebab ever.. please sort it out !
