Nando's in Reigate and Banstead

Excellent service Diana the manager was very welcoming and helpful. The food was great as always and very spacious restaurant.

Food was really tasty, especially loved the tomato and feta salad. Also, shout out Kim who was very friendly and attentive!

I went with my wife and daughter. We waited quite some time for our food, 45 minutes to be precise and I eventually had to go and ask where our food was. Turns out it was ready a while ago and was sitting on the serving counter all that time. It was immediately served but was obviously cold when it arrived. I amde another complaing and then the manager that eveing got involved. The issues were sorted with such speed that we were, withion what seemed like seconds, in possesion of nice hot food. The manger was very attentive and came to ask once again if everything was ok. This was at one point going to be a very dissapointing evening to the point where I was angry. In the end, the way things were dealt with left me impressed with how things were handled there with an unhappy customer. The end result was that we had a lovely evening and I will go there again, especially if the manager that night is there. It is April 15th, not sure the name of the manager but I am sure it is on record with nando's. Keep this guy at all cost. I run a business myself and this guy is highly employable. Hnads down, the best restaurant manager I have ever seen. Whe things go wrong, and sometimes they do, you really need this guy around. The most impressive table I have seen anywhere. Shoudl have been a bad night but it was an eye opening great night. Thanks Nando's. About the food by the way. It was good quality well worth the money food. As always.

We did a collection order and it was absolutely amazing, I’ve always been a fan of Nando’s but what made it even better was the service from Diana she was amazing and very polite and helpful!

I went to reigate nandos this evening. Absolutely horrendous and disgusting. Waited 30 minutes for a table even though tables were empty. We were told they cant sit us as the food queue was too long and too many take away orders so people waiting to come and sit have to wait. What a joke. After that we we went to order. At this point we were told no chicken wings and no Bennie pitta after trying to order them. Then cutlery in the jars were disgusting. Food pieces stuck in the forks. Finally picture attached food all over kitchen floor. Bog chicken pieces. How can anyone feel it hygienic to eat here???. What an absolute disgusting experience. I have been to nandos alot of times and this is the worst of all they have:dirty cutlery,bad service,running out of a lot of foods and it's just bene absolutely disgusting!This was at Nandos reigate.

When the waitress came over to check out meals were okay, I commented that the 1/4 chicken was really small, but that everything else was great, and she promptly brought me another 1/4 chicken without me even asking. I was so impressed. Everything else was perfect. Couldn't fault the customer service. Food delicious as usual.

I tend to visit a lot of Nando's restaurants and I can honestly say this one is concistenly top quality! The service is great, staff are friendly, place is kept clean, but most importantly the food is fantastic on a consistent basis (well cooked and generous portions) -- keep doing what you're doing! :)

we were seated straight away. amazing food and drink. there was a slight issue with food arriving at different times but Lwazi was on it straight away. best nando’s i’ve ever been too.

This is probably the best Nando's we have visited, a really nice atmosphere in the restaurant. You can see the staff enjoy being there, they all seemed to be in a really good mood and were happy chatting to us at our table. We will probably go back to Reigate Nando's on a regular basis even though we live an hour away, Reigate is a really nice town and is worth visiting :-)

I would just like to say well done to all the staff who were on duty today. There were so many children celebrating their GCSE results that it was extremely busy. The Staff were very professional, polite, and patient. Thank you Nathan for being kind too. Will be back.

It was a family get-together before our granddaughter sets off for university. "Let's book for 7.30." - You can't book. "We had better be there much earlier to secure a table." There's a menu on the table but you have to download an app; got there in the end.From the printed menu on the table we made our choices. Our app-operator searches high and low for butterflied chicken. On the menu, not on the app. "It's a 40 minute wait for that so we've taken it off the app," explained a staff member. A sad visit to Nando’s, our first since before lockdown. Sadly the changes to the menu were not to our taste - no mango & lime, changes to the children’s menu, no garlic peri sauce and a ridiculous app which took forever to order four meals only to crash at the checkout. Most staff members were attentive except for the man who reluctantly took our order (and got it wrong). The child’s menu would have served an adult and the chicken strips and use cream have gone from the menu. Altogether a sad visit.

We all enjoyed a tasty meal here with friendly service in a pleasant restaurant. No problems at all.

No complaints about the food. V good. But the service is a bit poor. They sit you next to other customers playing noisy videos on their mobile phones when there are loads of empty tables. Why? They sit you next to the kitchen door which blasts out techno music at you whenever the door is opened. They forget to bring you sauces and a knife and fork. Polite but just a bit too young and inexperienced. The clientele is also a problem. Poor quality, rough people. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Visited here for a birthday dinner and really enjoyed the food. Ordered just enough for the 4 of us and the highlight of it was the Chicken Livers. The chicken was great as were the sides and starters, but the chicken livers were special. Fantastic choice of degree of spice and lots of flexibility to choose what you want. The food comes at you quite fast, so it's not a relaxing experience, more of a buzzy experience - probably best before doing something else - it's not the place you spend all night. Only criticism was that the staff never showed us the desert or coffee menu and so we went home for a coffee instead. Still great buzzy atmosphere and superbly tasty food.

It is literally your standard nandos. They have decorated it nice, 2 levals of seating. Nothing different then any other nandos. Apart from they told us we could have prebooked our table, didn't think nandos allowed you to pre book? Quick service, great food.
