Pizza Express in Reigate and Banstead

Really friendly waitress named Sherralee. Great suggestions and friendly service. We had a Christmas feast pizza which was a great choice. Very attentive and bubbly.

We had a fantastic opportunity to celebrate my daughter’s 9th birthday with a pizza-making party at Pizza Express, and it turned out to be the best birthday ever! A special thank you to Reece, who made the evening unforgettable for the kids. His dough-tossing tricks, patience, and cheerful attitude made the experience so much fun for everyone. If you’re considering booking a pizza party for £15 per child—don’t hesitate! Weekends get fully booked, but we had the entire lower floor to ourselves on a Monday, which was perfect.

Great pizza, light and crisp base.

Waited 1hour 30minutes for a pizza on a Wednesday night, when it was quiet. They completely forgot to put the order in.

It was a lovely meal but it took 1hour and 10 minutes for it to come to our table service was bad but do not recommend

Even though we had a reservation, they made us wait for 10-15 mins for our table. We were really hungry so ordered quickly in 5 mins but waited more than 1.5 hours for it. While waiting for our order, take-away pizzas were getting ready and sent out for delivery. It was incredibly rude that they give priority while making in house customers wait for their food for hours. It was 1 hour 45 mins after our order when we decided to leave the place without any service. So left the place hungry and angry. Never visiting that branch ever again!

We love coming in here with the kids after school. The staff always make us feel very welcome and are great with the kids, especially when one of our party got a little upset, they are an asset to your company, especially Farok and a lady who serves us regularly when we go in, she is amazing. Food was also extremely good and very consistent high standard. Thank you.

My family and I went into the Reigate branch yesterday, we were shown to our table by James the new manager who made us feel very welcome, he explained all the offers and how everything worked we were very impressed how professional he was and his high level of customer service. Reece then took over as our waiter very polite efficient young man, we were served very quickly and the food was of a high standard, Reece even noticed my Grandaughter had a birthday badge on and gave her a special desert which delighted her. In all the new manager and staff have created an excellent efficient well run establishment, we will be back as it was a good customer experience good old fashioned service much needed now well done.

Excellent trip to Pizza Express. Reece was very good, checking on us regularly and made an effort to talk to our son which a lot of waiters don’t do. Food was excellent as always. We look forward to our next visit!

This place has seriously gone down hill. Waiting still after an hour for pizza, which apparently is their thing! Miss the old Manager, where has he gone? And where is our food??

Food's great as usual in pizza express. This one has a nice space but the service was poor and the atmosphere really strange with loud music not at all in keeping with the setting. Felt like they were blasting Radio 1. Did ask to turn it down, ignored.

I placed the order at 6.20pm, phone the restaurant at 9pm as update said the driver had been there since 7pm, the restaurant told me to open a complaint to get a refund as it was their fault

The food was 30 mins later than expected and arrived really cold. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Had a great experience at pizza express on Wednesday when taking a nursery group to pizza party! Staff were well organised, patient and polite. Tom was amazing with all the children and took the dietary requirements very seriously! The kids had an amazing time making their own pizza

I’m going to start by saying that our waitress was absolutely lovely. The food was great but unfortunately the fact that the restaurant was like a furnace completely ruined our experience. When we asked our waitress we were told that the manager does not let them turn the air-con up, although it didn’t feel like there was any aircon or airflow at all. It wasn’t even a particularly hot day but due to this we won’t come back to this Pizza express. Shame as it’s local and like I said service and food were good. Manager maybe you need to think about your staff and customers a little rather than trying to save money.

Ate there before and the Food is great but it’s impossible to call and make a reservation. You just have to walk in and hope for the best. The previously I called 12 times and never once did they pick up the phone. This time I called again for delivery to make a change to my order and same problem. No one picks up.

It was busy and unbelievably noisy. It's open plan made it far noisier than other branches, which made conversations across a table quite difficult. We had our starter, mains and drink orders messed up, resulting in delays. Considering the server used electronic ordering, mistakes of this magnitude shouldn't have happened. All in all a below par experience.

Driver went to wrong location. Despite calling and me giving him instructions he refused to listen and kept insisting I opened the gate. Food was cold by the time we went out and walked to find him.

I have found that with this Pizza Express the food is always absolutely amazing , and never fails to be good. However when the restaurant is busy , they struggle to keep up to standard. The service is slow, the food usually comes out very late and the wait time to have a table is long. Me and my family came her today and my dad had ordered the carbonara , it came out nice and hot however the quantity was not good enough. My friends were also in here at the same time and they waited at least 20 minutes to be served drinks and their food came out around 15 minutes after ours ( bearing in mind they had been sat down for atleast 20 minutes before us. Other than this , their food is always good but when they are busy , they seem to slack.

Poor organization when placing the order and collecting payment

The whole experience at Pizza Express Reigate was AMAZING! It was well organized, very clean and the food delicious. Nicky is lovely, super friendly and always made sure we were ok. Mateus, the main guy, also super professional, was doing a brilliant job delegating his team, and kind to us. We felt really welcomed, Def we are coming back.

It was great to go here. Pizza was excellent. Service is 5*, everybody was smiling and generous.

I can’t really comment on the food. As I have tried twice to order a delivery with Uber Eats at this location and on the two occasions I have tried, the first I had to cancel (after waiting 2 hours), the second time it was automatically cancelled for me! (Again, after waiting two hours). So thanks for that!

Perfect service and we had a lot of fun

Kids supposed to eat free. I had to remind the waitress so that their meals weren't charged for. She was very helpful in sorting out the App, which is rubbish, so that we got a free side dish. It's very noisy since no soft furnishings. The carbonara could have done with more sauce and didn't need to go in the oven - that dried out some of the penne.

I'd love to say the food was good, however the food never turned up despite saying it was delivered on the app, and I suspect the driver drove close enough to my house so he was able to confirm it was delivered, when in fact it wasn't.

Went on bank holiday Monday.thank goodness I booked very packed.had to wait for out table to be cleaned but drinks came quickly.bit of a mix up over our order,pizza and starts came out together but food was delicious and the staff where very helpful.

driver stopped outside, took ages to get out of car, went to wrong flat, got back in car then gradually moved up driveway. I went outside to meet driver who handed my food through car window from passenger seat and not from a bag. urgency, potential contamination, temperature and willingness to please me as as customer were not on this driver's priority list.

Over 2hrs for delivery when food came it was cold so had to reheat then pasta tasted weird , never again will I order from here fancied lunch at 1.30 didn’t get 4pm total joke !

Worst service ever. Said it was to be delivered at a certain time and we are still waiting, an hour and a half later!!! Now it’s saying delivered which it definitely is not!!!!AVOID!!!!!!!!

If I could give a 0 I would. My fiance and I sat for 30 minutes waiting to have our drink and food order taken after being seated. We weren’t acknowledged by any members of staff despite tables all around us being served. After waiting 30 minutes we walked out, very disappointing considering previous good experiences

This is a very good restaurant, quick service as well. There is a large area downstairs which can be good for private functions I’m assuming.

My experience at pizza express was disappointing 😞. I was there with my wife and my little boy and asked for table for 3. Nicki take as to the table with a dirty look. We ordered pizza and lasagna. Food wasn't good and no one comes to check. In end we was still eating our pudding and Nicki just come across and brings the bill. She made me feel uncomfortable 😕. Will never go there again.

I had a pizza for lunch and was asked if I wanted thin base or thicker.Anyway I went for the thin pepperoni which I regret as it was like eating cardboard and so left nearly all. The family at the table next to me where eating the normal pizza and it looked quite good!

Food and service prompt and attentive! One thing we’ve notice the last couple times coming here is the way (who we believe to be the manager) the bald man with a beard talks to his staff! Extremely disrespectful and to shout infront of customers is also extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable! Stay strong girls

My food was cold ordered at 9.30 and didn’t get it till 10.40 the receipt said 10.10 onit and took half hour to get to me when it’s a 7minute drive. I saw the driver was taking other deliveries first before coming to me

Missing a lot of items and cold

Took a group of 15 Young Carers aged between 8-11 Years old to a Pizza making experience at Reigate Pizza Express. The event was absolutely brilliant, the young carers had "the best time ever". They made their very own Pizza with James the restaurant manager and Mia, his lovely pizza making assistant. He taught them about the ingredients in the dough and lots of funny and useful information about pizzas. They were throwing the pizza dough in the air which they loved. After making their pizzas, they went upstairs and had dough balls, ate their individual pizzas and had some ice-cream. I can not thank the team enough for making the young carers day, they all had the best time. Special thanks to Manager James, Nicki, Mia and the rest of the team. i will definitely be bringing our young carers back to your restaurant.

1 hour late with 1 item missing and stone cold food horrendous for the 40 pounds spent

Nice pizza. However no dip delivered. So I spent extra to get nothing extra!

The estimated delivery time was 30-45 minutes but it came almost 2 hours after I ordered and some of my food is cold.

My friend tried several times to Fownhope load the app ,I also sent her a link ,it would not ho pass the email the young lady ,didn't no what to do ,we were not happy, so my friend missed out on the offers.

The frustrating thing about this particular order was that I ordered Hawaiian Hot and they delivered a pizza with bacon on it. When I called to ask why, they said that they'd run out of pineapple, so decided to replace it with bacon. It wouldn't have been much good if I was a vegetarian! I asked why they didn't contact me to ask what alternative I might like and was advised it's difficult to get hold of customers who have ordered deliveries - huh? I order a lot from Pizza Express and, on the whole, I really like their pizzas but this just really irked me, particularly as the person I spoke to on the phone didn't appear to care one way or the other. Irritating.

Food is stone cold very disappointing

Not only do my daughter and I love Pizza Express in Reigate for the amazing food, and service. We also love how they have gone above and beyond to accommodate a party I run. I run Messy Makers Club and our party theme is 'Little Chefs' I called them up on the off chance to see if they would sell me a box of Pizza express chef hats for the children at the party to decorate and wear and they said "yes, absolutely". But they didn't sell them, they happily gave them to me. And two pizza boxes. I am so over whelmed by thier generosity. Thank you every one at Reigate Pizza express. You have made lots of children very happy. 😊

The food turned up 35 mins late with no apology from the driver at all. if you offer specific time slots then don't bother sticking to them, then what is the point? The pizzas were cold and there were hardly any Toppings. I realise this is the restaurant's responsibility but you were my provider and deliverer so may want the feedback. Very disappointed

Waited 40 minutes for a pizza, and ended up having to leave before it arrived. Incredibly slow service and left hungry.

Fabulous Valentine date night at PizzaExpress Reigate for my daughter and her boyfriend, both 18, who have Down syndrome. Manager and staff made them very welcome and were so chilled and attentive we felt comfortable to leave the young lovebirds to it, so they could have a date on their own, without their mums being in the same restaurant, so we headed off for a coffee and a chat!
