My friend tried several times to Fownhope load the app ,I also sent her a link ,it would not ho pass the email the young lady ,didn't no what to do ,we were not happy, so my friend missed out on the offers.

The frustrating thing about this particular order was that I ordered Hawaiian Hot and they delivered a pizza with bacon on it. When I called to ask why, they said that they'd run out of pineapple, so decided to replace it with bacon. It wouldn't have been much good if I was a vegetarian! I asked why they didn't contact me to ask what alternative I might like and was advised it's difficult to get hold of customers who have ordered deliveries - huh? I order a lot from Pizza Express and, on the whole, I really like their pizzas but this just really irked me, particularly as the person I spoke to on the phone didn't appear to care one way or the other. Irritating.

Not only do my daughter and I love Pizza Express in Reigate for the amazing food, and service. We also love how they have gone above and beyond to accommodate a party I run. I run Messy Makers Club and our party theme is 'Little Chefs' I called them up on the off chance to see if they would sell me a box of Pizza express chef hats for the children at the party to decorate and wear and they said "yes, absolutely". But they didn't sell them, they happily gave them to me. And two pizza boxes. I am so over whelmed by thier generosity. Thank you every one at Reigate Pizza express. You have made lots of children very happy. 😊

Went on Monday night booked but place was not full.good atmosphere very relaxed .fast service very friendly. Food arrived quickly very tasty. Good for a night out.

Waited 40 minutes for a pizza, and ended up having to leave before it arrived. Incredibly slow service and left hungry.

Fabulous Valentine date night at PizzaExpress Reigate for my daughter and her boyfriend, both 18, who have Down syndrome. Manager and staff made them very welcome and were so chilled and attentive we felt comfortable to leave the young lovebirds to it, so they could have a date on their own, without their mums being in the same restaurant, so we headed off for a coffee and a chat!

The staff are so welcoming, great with children and attentive.

Amazing restaurant, top service, top food and just a great meal out. I would recommend the pollo pesto pasta and pollo ad astra pizza, they were both delicious!

terrible. had. booking, got there and people (also with bookings) queuing outside, once we got inside we were jus treated as walk-ins as the restaurant had been overbooked. staff were not helpful and didn’t know what was going on at all. we decided to give up our table as we knew service was going to be poor. usually a good restaurant but failed this time

At first, when walking in, the atmosphere substantially captivated me. The pearl-white design was very modern and I felt like I was in a palace! When I walked in with my friends we all obtained a feeling that we’d be very satisfied with the food and the service. And we were right! Usually in some restaurants, we may need to signal to a waiter to come serve us, but the person serving us came to seek for our preference of food as quick as possible. Not only that, the wait for the food was not long and we can also ensure that our pizza is made well since it is an open kitchen (this unique idea was very nice to observe). We decided to get one pizza because we were not very hungry. The food was very palatable and we were all very excited when we dug into the delicious pizza. After we finished eating the pizza, it was time to pay and we were going to split the bill amongst ourselves. Despite each of us paying a shorter amount now, the waiter still offered us an idea. This was rather unexpected but very helpful. He told us that if we downloaded the app we could get the pizza for half-price! We then followed the instructions and we all just paid a few pounds. This moment really captured my eye since I was not expecting this extraordinary service. They had the choice to just let us pay but instead, they made it a better and beneficial experience, encapsulating their dedication to ensure that we have an unforgettable experience . I would recommend this to everyone because it is very family friendly and this restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy and have an excellent time through the world of pizzeria.

We went along Thursday 23rd November and Pizza Express had one of their music nights with The Penny Drops. We loved the atmosphere. So nice to see music that's free, a bit of thought going into music and great duo. We loved it. Will come again. Excellent staff.

Certainly not the best pizza you can get in Reigate. Quality is the same as any other branch. Some staff are quite rude. Brilliant building though, tiles are lovely on the inside.

Thought I'd take my family for a little meal so went in here. The service was shocking. We felt like we were such an inconvenience to the waitress. They made our order with the wrong ingredients, so we informed the waitress, who then told the chef. The chef looked over at us and kept shaking his head. Just what you want when you pay lots of money these days to eat out!

I attended a school education trip with my son. Nicholas and Nikki were absolutely outstanding! They taught the kids the history of Pizza, and even I learned why Margherita pizza is called so! Each child got to make their own pizza and there were tasters of toppings kids are normally scared of (artichoke, olive, anchovy) and some of the kids were super brave! I love companies that do community education and outreach, and Nicholas and Nikki really helped us all feel like there was nothing they'd rather be doing! Thank you!!! We will be back as a family again! 😊

Ordered first a few months back.. it was scandalous! Gave them another chance tonight as I fancied pizza and the one in Dorking is really good.. so I was hopeful. But look at what I've recieved! This pizza is burnt as hell. This was your last chance.. no more. If you'd like a quality Pizza Express meal then go to Dorking, because these guys in Reigate have no clue about making pizzas! EVEN FOUND SOMEONE'S BLONDE HAIR IN IT!!! Jusr AVOID

One of the more promising Pizza Express experiences, especially for a pizza chain restaurant which are traditionally known to be cheap and made for the masses. This pizza express is a great option when you’re looking for something easy and simple for a late night dinner or a quick lunch. The service isn’t the fastest, but all of the servers are very nice on the many multiple times I’ve now eaten here. Beware, this particular sport has a tendency to become very busy on a Weekend night, and at these times getting your order quickly is unlikely. The food is above average compared to other pizza express spots, the dough balls are always delightful. The pizzas are well cooked and toppings don’t fall of easily; the pizza toppings are always fresh and cooked properly into the cheese. The dough of the pizza is very enjoyable when ordered thin in Romana pizzas, although at times the dough can be too thin, with holes forming in the pizza itself which is frustrating. For other dishes like the pasta and salads, they’re never anything special, but are fresh and relatively tasty for a chain restaurant. If you’re looking for something quick and easy, I wouldn’t overlook this spot on the lovely Reigate high street!

Food was good but we had no allocated waiter and therefore no service. Our placed in front of us, we had to go and ask for black pepper, no pizza cutter, adults food we're served but kids had to wait...

Nice service. Food tastes good, but you have to understand that you are not getting ITALIAN FOOD, but “English pizza and pasta” - takes some getting used to.

Having eaten at many pizza express restaurants over many years, I was extremely disappointed with the food at the Reigate branch. Service was friendly and accommodating but that couldn't really make up for the poor food quality. Shame. Next visit a few years on and food was ok, service was slow. It will probably be a few more years before I go back again. Can't wait.

I love going to pizza express all around. First time to try Reigate branch, not usual energetic vibes of pizza express. It was quite but service took longer. The food was bit bland. Will come again to try and hope for better experience. Location on high street is perfect, staff friendly with children.

Our waiter Nico was wonderful. We had lots of asks when ordering and he took it all in his stride . All the other staff were attentive and helpful. The food is the best pizza express I’ve had, it never disappoints me or my family. We are so lucky to have this pizza express in Reigate.

A regular visit for us, and again they are fab. Food is always lovely, they always go above and beyond, we are always a pain with the menu, removing ingredients or adding, and yet they do it with a smile and no issue. A special mention to Camilla, who is always always fabulous. Thank you for taking such great care of us- again! My children adore you, especially our son. Worked in Reigate for many years and this was my first time. Cannot fault Pizza Express menu but it keeps getting better. The staff were brilliant and the actual restaurant is decorative in a timeless way. Cannot fault this Pizza Express restaurant.

We were a group of 7 who dropped in to Pizza Express on the off chance. Despite there being plenty of empty tables the sullen waitress said they couldn’t accommodate the 7 of us. We suggested putting tables together or we’d squeeze around a round table in the window. She was less than impressed. About to leave, we were approached by a gentleman, presumably the manager, who couldn’t do more to accommodate. Downstairs was free - we could have the whole area to ourselves! Why oh why was this waitress willing to turn away business? The mind boggles. Anyway, our evening continued - food was ok - typical Pizza Express fare - can’t write home about service. Great team leader/ manager but poor waiting staff.

Overall good experience. To my memory, this was the first time I haven't left a tip at pizza express. Good was at expected standard with the exception of the kind prawn starter. I was presented with a bland bowl of soupy shrimp. When I started I ordered king prawn, not shrimp, this was quickly swapped for a different option. Since that point, the service was alien. It felt as if we were a burden on the staff there. I had to get up and ask for black pepper and even circled my own guests offering pepper as I am accustomed to receiving (from staff) in these restaurants. The hint wasn't taken. We left content but with added relief that we were no longer subjected to the emotionless faces of our oppressed servers. A little dramatic I know, but hey, a little fun and theater will do them some good!

Pizzas arrived cold, chewy and burnt. The worst pizza I've had to date.

Really good food! I ordered the beef lasagna and chocolate fudge cake with Vanilla ice cream. Both were amazing and really tasty. I will back another time for sure. I fell sorry, I didn't ask the name of my waitress, she was really fast! Compliments to the chefs! Thank you!

Some of the food arrived and the rest did not. Half of our group made the decision to start eating because it was going cold. Everyone had finished eating by the time my partner received her meal. I complained to staff and we didn’t have to pay for one pizza but as far as I was concerned the meal was ruined. I ate my pizza cold after waiting so long. As well as poor service, the food is of low quality for the price and I have had far better Italian food for a fraction of this cost elsewhere.

We had our daughters 7th birthday party here today, James and Ellie were spectacular! They were patient, fun, helpful, kind and generous. My daughter and all her friends had the BEST time and I highly recommend to everyone. Thank you so so so so much ❤️

My name is Janet Thew and I am using my husband’s account. I went to Pizza Express Reigate last night and had a fantastic evening. The restaurant was busy and full of excitement with a great atmosphere. Food was excellent and order taken accurately and presented very well. Maria, the manager is so good and all her staff work very hard and professionally. Abi, our waitress, is a real asset to the restaurant and deserves to go far.

Last minute booking. Really tasty pizza, doppio dough balls excellent too. Fast service and great seats in a booth.

The food was tasty. Service was very attentive. Went on a sunday afternoon and it was very busy, but this did not seem to impact service or the quality of the food. I was even able to order an old favourite pizza, which is no longer the current menu.

We were looked after again by Katie, who is an absolute delight. Katie is charming with a great sense of humour and a genuine smile. She is very attentive and looks after you beautifully. When not directly serving you, you cannot help but notice her energy and diligence. She works so hard, but is so happy doing so. So efficient and thorough. A real pleasure to meet - even when you think its Monday and its actually Thursday. Thank you Katie. The food is delicious too.

Excellent. Restaurant was packed with families but service was friendly and efficient. One of the waiters apologised that we had to wait for our mains even though it seemed like a completely reasonable time to wait in a bust restaurant! Nice that he took the time to do so though. Food all delicious. Only tiny niggle is that the salad in the middle of the Leggera pizza came dressed and my son doesn't particularly like dressing - a separate pot of dressing would have been a nice touch. All in all excellent though and we look forward to coming back.

Great service and food, but the hall is too noisy

Food was mid, £20 for a pizza and a drink. Was given a butter knife to cut my food, asked a waiter for a pizza cutter and the lad never got back to me. Gets pretty busy at times. The waitress that served us and the manager guy were very nice though.

Always good pizza, service and atmosphere

Ate at Reigate PE on Saturday 19/11 at 17.15. Chilli garlic king prawns luke warm, never seen such small king prawns.used to be our go to starter but actually probably won’t eat at PE again. Pollo Milanese Luke warm had also ordered truffle dough balls to be served with this and despite two reminders they eventually turned up once we had we had all finished our main courses. No apology and no suggestions of removing them from the meal. Very poor experience Reigate.

Not good...burnt starter had to send back. Pizza was dry, hardly any topping. Manager refunded half the bill.

Service isn't good, the place was empty on a Saturday night still order took ages. It's called Pizza "express" but nothing is express about it. Unfortunately Pizza express standards have dropped dramatically, personally I won't be coming here ever again.
