The best restaurants in Reigate and Banstead South East

Do Not Go in this costa branch!!! They do not know how to say hello to the customer maybe. Or they are rude. In addition, the toilet was extremely dirty and glasses were horribly dirty as well. I don’t know why costa check doesn’t close this branch. Anyway , I you care about cleanliness and customer service, do not choose this branch.

The New York bagel was banging 😋 Lovely friendly staff and a really nice menu. Maybe a tad expensive for something that comes on a little cardboard tray with no sides, when eating in, but tasty none the less.

I love this cafe. I remote work here often. Staff feel like friends. Such a welcoming atmosphere and the barsitas always know my order before I even have to ask.

Ordered through uber ,got a notification to say it was delivered, nothing was delivered. Flame grill couldn't give a shit!

Website and outside opening times require updating, arrived at 1:15pm to be fobbed off with rude gesture by a member of staff inside. When putting 2 fingers up (possibly to indicate either ‘i’ll be with you in 2 minutes’ or ‘we open at 2’, please make sure you point your fingers the correct way round. This did not leave a friendly tone.

Everything smelled fresh and clean, even the hallways.

Arrived to be told by a very stressed waitress that they not taking walk ins as only 2 of them working! Persuaded her to let us eat as nowhere else to go and meeting elderly parents. The poor girls were so busy no time to restock drinks no beer on tap no Diet Coke etc. Was told General Manager had left at 2 instead of 9pm and basically left them. Even the chef was being a waiter. They were very good and did cheer up when it calmed down but felt it was unfair for them to be left in this situation. Food was average my steak was chewy but was al cooked. Thank you to the 2 waitresses and hope they not always left to cope like that. More staff needed!

Grandson's birthday lunch. Food was excellent but the service was brilliant Rob was friendly, fun and very helpful. Maria always makes us welcome and has a smile and a chat with us every time we visit.

Great as always, we have used this place a number of times now and the food has always tasted great. Also prompt on delivery. We tried a few different places before coming across this takeaway and will definitely be using it again.

Not anywhere as good as previous visits. Limited choice of draft beer and the Harvey’s was over £5 a pint and I doubt that I received full pints. Tapas Octopus £9:50 very little octopus but burnt garlic. King prawns £9:25 tough prawns with no flavour Not a pleasant experience.

The owner of the shop is lovely however the workers in the shop are nasty people! I waited 40minutes for them to then cancel my order as the last time I ordered from them I complained when they gave me the food wrong!!! I was an extremely loyal customer that spent hundreds of pounds with them! Already had the owner come to my house to apologise previously! Disgusted

Very good tasty food , BYO makes it a reasonable price too . Nice staff had the rendang . Spicy and dry . Lovely. Friends had the basil pad Thai and loved it

Really friendly owner and lovely staff. We’ve always been taken care of, it’s always clean, welcoming and good vibes! The drink selection is great and they’re very accommodating for big groups. Highly recommend for events and night outs! If there’s anything your group ever needs the owner will always try and cater.
