Chillis - Burgers, Kebab & Fried Chicken in Reigate and Banstead

The burgers were banging but once forgot to season the patties. I'll forgive them cause it slapped too hard and it only happened once, they were also very apologetic about it when I called up.

Horrible food and even worse attitude. They saved my number after an order and afterwards constantly text me, even after requesting they delete my number they have refused. This is a clear breach of data privacy laws The opt out function doesn’t work either. I’ve called directly to speak to the owner who is clearly an illiterate that started mimicking me over the phone. Obviously an uneducated person who doesn’t understand people’s rights!

I ordered on 08/12/2023. I'm not from the area, I was staying near Gatwick airport because I had a flight next day. I ordered from these guys because the menu looked appealing. I ordered for pick up half hour before I arrived. I was met by 2 girls behind the counter who.appeared to be confused as they didn't know where my order was. They then said my order slip was lost. The kitchen area was chaotic. The mother was shouting at the children, no one had a clue what was going on. I don't think they realised I was bengali, the threats the mum was making to the children was amusing. There were two delivery drivers waiting yo pick up food to take and were getting frustrated. I had to get a refund and get out. The most annoying thing was I never got a apology. My kids were tired and hungry, I was so annoyed. Like most bengalis I have been in the restaurant trade for many years, this was so embarrassing to see. I hope they have improved.

Amazing staff always friendly and approachable will do your order to your specification food is always hot when I get home. Speedy delivery when asked for. There cheese and bacon smash burger i out of this world. Chicken piece sizes that out KFC to shame would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great meal at a decent price

Large??? Lamb kofta kebab, shame about the lack of meat& salad, which would have been nice, £12 for that overcooked dry a total disgrace, never ordering from this place again

Ordered for delivery. Tower burger was okay, mixed kebab with pita was delicious! They sent the wrong loaded fries and didn't send out the correct ones as promised but overall food was nice, good portions and they sounded polite over the phone.

This is the best take away, everything was made to perfection. I’m always coming here again with my family

The worst... I have ordered 3 times and I wait 1 hour to eat and the order comes wrong and they don't see what the customer wants and it was the last time I order

Really enjoyed everything that we ordered. The chicken shish was a good portion size, my partner was shocked at how big his lamb wrap was🤣 ( kinda like a foot long) but it was lovely! Naga wings are fab too! Good amount of heat, all and all- good takeaway

A new kebab and fried chicken takeaway that just opened in redhill, and im really happy - not only is the food really good but the prices are pretty good too!! will be coming back
