Excellent food as always. Easy to use website for ordering, delivered quickly and dishes were tasty and filling. Chicken vindaloo and Bombay aloo were delicious, Naan bread, rice and onion bahjees cooked perfectly. We have never been disappointed by their food and will continue to use on a regular basis.

Very friendly staff and quick service! As for food the Korma was very tasty but the biryani was a little bland.

However, since the change in management a while ago the standard of service has deteriorated to the point it now borders on rudeness and hostility. I ordered by phone which turned out to be a huge mistake; it sounded as though the call was taken in the kitchen. Deafening background noises - pots and pans being bashed and shouting voices making conversation extremely difficult. If you're collecting your food then I suggest you check it before leaving the premises. When we got home we found that some items were missing and on phoning up to find out what had gone wrong received no apology and certainly no offer to deliver the missing items. Come on BHT, you used to be so much better than this.

Always order from Burgh Heath. Historically they used to take longer to deliver but have massively improved over the last 3/4 months. Worth the wait either way, best Indian food around and great value for money. Thanks! Will continuing with our business with you and recommending to friends

The last few deliveries have been lovely. But tonight, the madras had so much oil on top that it looked like the chicken was swimming. The railway tava was the same. And the mushroom rice was oilly as well. Unfortunately it makes me not want to order from here again

Beautiful food and plenty of gluten free is available if you ring (5 stars if they would mark which curry box is which for safety). They have the traditional curries but also some very interesting rarer dishes. An item was missed but delivered later with some tasty extras. Thanks!

We ordered in Summer ‘23 and it was amazing, as it had been for the past few years we have been customers for. However we ordered again tonight and I was disappointed. It seems that the price has increased (which I understand in the current climate) however the quality of curry has decreased significantly. The curries are now a lot thinner with less meat in them and the tarka dhal was like water I will be reluctant to order from here again.

Order late. Struggled to get through to anyone just voice mail. Food arrived and was totally inedible. Lamb tikka so tough it couldn't be eaten and even the nan bread was tough as old boots. Never again.

Just had a delivery the food was good but we didn’t get are dips with are papadums x2 which cost a extra £4 rang up and said they will bring them never got them £4 is a lot give away plus didn’t get are loyalty card will not be using them anymore

I am disappointed the reviews I read I ordered biriyani the amount of oil I saw I was shocked the taste of food was blan there was no taste or flavouring the kebabs I ordered were really tough and chewy almost like frozen kebabs I’m sorry but the quality of the food was extremely poor really not happy with the food However the delivery was spot on food and taste and the fact that I had to throw the rice away there was so much oil that my rice all I could taste was oil the kebabs were so chewy I don’t think I’d order here ever again

Omg discussed at this place...ordered tonight..but whilst placing our order the New guy named Billy wanted to add £2 as a tip towards the driver..if I want to tip I will,& then insult to injury 1 off our meals was missing.? 50 mins later after telling them we don't want it...the poor guy turns up with the missing meal..l won't be using this totally load of clowns again..... we have been avid loyal customers for 3 years..l No more...time for Change.

Absolutely appalling and totally unprofessional. I have never found ordering a delivery so difficult. I was Told “ On its way “ 3 times. Told I would receive a beer as good will gesture, only to be told by the driver they don’t sell alcohol!!! 😂. Called and complained and told I could not get full refund but was entitled to discount on next order. 1hr 30 wait. Food reasonable. But not worth the stress!! No refund!!!

Well, we moved to the area and had to find a new Indian takeaway! Ordered online at 6:20 with an hour scheduled for delivery. It was nearly 2 hours later when it arrived... We weren't happy at this point and called at 90 mins to find out where the order was! However, they did call back to update us, and once the food arrived, we did feel they'd redeemed themselves as the food was lovely... In hindsight, and given it was a Saturday, I think we'll call the restaurant directly in the future as I think the online app, ChefOnline, may have contributed to the delay. We'll certainly be giving them another go... very tasty! Jan 23... Updated to 5 stars as we now use about once a month and are never disappointed... call direct, do not use ChefOnline!!!!!!!

Ordered a delivery 04.55 & was told 1hr delivery,1hr 10 minutes was told 15 minutes,20 minutes later told we live to far away...we live 10 minutes away,6.30 pm we were told we only have 1 driver & she will be back in 1 minute eventually got our curry 7.10pm total joke. This is the 5th time now we have been totally lied to & also hung up on...But the owner is always in in Bangladesh....joke.but food can be nice or hit & Miss & bloody cold.All I can say is tell the truth as I have a hurniea & need to eat at certain times, Also watch your billing as soon as you order That idiot adds £2 for things you haven't ordered ie chutney & mint sauce. IF YOU LOOK ON THE BACK OF MENU IT CLEARLY STATES £5 OFF OVER £30 But he offers you £2 off...Bloody joke of a lovely curry house...won't be using AGAIN.

Wow. Moved to the area in August, I’ve struggled to find a decent curry house (I’ve tried around 6 different places). Ordered tonight (garlic chilli lamb - extra hot), I wont be ordering anywhere else after this. Banging. Rich. Spicy. Decent amount of lamb. Not full of onions like some places use to buff out the curry. 💯

We’ve ordered from here many times with no issues. The food is usually great. But on the 23rd of December 22 we ordered food, it looked and tasted ok… but me and my wife both woke at 2am with sickness and diarrhoea and where up for the rest of the night dealing with the consequences. It’s a shame as we did think this place was good, but we will now be going elsewhere.

Burgh Heath Tandoori is first class. The food arrived on time (a bit ahead of schedule actually), was piping hot and was the best Indian food I’ve tasted for quite some years. I have a feeling this will become a bit of a regular for me! For those complaining about Uber Eats delivery times, try Just Eat instead. It worked perfectly.

Put at order in before 6.30pm , still waiting now at 21:08pm ,was ordered through uber eats but they are delivering it themselves !! 1st time i rang they said it is on the way 20 mins ! I live 2 roads away !! They then wouldnt answer my number again , had to use my daughters phone and they said stuck in traffic ! 2 roads down !! No traffic, ...never ever again !!!!!

Ordered via Chefonline the crazy meal for £ 30 and no Lamb Samosa, no chicken tikka, no saag aloo and no sheek kebab as listed on the on line menu. The food that was included was nice but a number of missing items

We have had a lot of really good meals from here,however onSaturday I was let down, we made an order,whenI was eating the tandoori main dish I ate one piece of chicken that had a strange texture,I checked another piece and it was cold and uncooked in the middle.I had unfortunately already eaten one uncooked piece.During the night I had stomach pains and woke up with a severely upset stomach.My husband called the Burgh heath tandoori and explained that we had previously been very happy with their food but told them what had happened,rather than making any apology we were told it was impossible that this could have happened.Its such a shame they reacted like this,all we wanted was an apology.It will be a long time before I can face ordering a curry from anywhere.

Big portions, great onion bhaji, good poppadoms and breads , currys were different to what I'm used too, but the major problem was the salt , so much in the curry meant we ate a quarter and gave up. such a shame.

Had three meals from here now, lamb achari, lamb naga and today I had a lamb suhanda, absolutely delicious. I recommend the stuffed paratha too.

I come down south about once a month and always get a meal from here. Last time i went for the lamb naga with pilau and a stuffed paratha, wasn't disappointed. Delicious every time!

Compared to other Indian take aways nearby, including Reigate, it gives a consistently decent meal which is a good thing. Prices have been sneaking up though especially the on line ordering and delivery times have been a bit inconsistent even since increasing the time for delivery from 40 mins to 1 hour.

I've been a customer of this Indian takeaway for over 20yrs and the service and food has always been excellent. I've tried a couple of other local restaurants over the years, but always returned. The guys running the place now have certainly maintained the very high standard of food. Keep doing what you're doing and your customers will keep coming back for more. Highly recommended.

I ordered a takeaway costing over £70 and the rice was missing. I called to ask where it was and the staff on the phone was rude and really unhelpful. He said he’d check with delivery driver but I never heard from them again. Onion bajis were also tiny and cold. Would never use again

Having been disappointed with some of the fare provided by other take away establishments in the area, I was encouraged by my wife (who had eaten from here recently)to give this place a try. I ordered this afternoon and selected a 7.05 collection. Upon arriving there at 7 o'clock, the staff had a good idea who we were and the food was ready bang on time. My wife and myself both think it's one of the tastiest curries we have ever had, my daughter couldn't speak. She just had the satisfied grin of someone who was fully replete!!! Thank you. We will order from you again.

Used this takeaway for many years and supplied a party for my wife's 60th birthday and always superb.Orderd takeaway for four last night costing £98.00arrived two hours late, cold and only taste was salt, total lack of chicken and sauce.A waste off money as two thirds left of the meal, never again as must be new chef.

Order from these loads normally collect in person however decided to get delivered was told 81.50 but was told would get 15 off when the driver arrived was told 76 I felt sorry for the guy as he is just a driver to say they said less off I rang the shop to tell them and was cut off also this time was the worst food they have served us not sure if it's new chefs but the korma was dry and its cooked in sauce no idea why it was so dry but I would of been better eating my leather boot with korma source on it. Such a shame as we order twice a week spending around 70 a time tonight is the last night we will order from them. I left a 2 star as the rest of food was OK ish

Definitely nothing special. I don't understand why it claims to be a indian restaurant, should rebrand as a Bangladeshi restaurant as all the staff and chief are from Bangladesh.... far from indian standards.

I had a very nice meal from here! The menu was reasonably priced, although we did have to reheat some of the food as it was a little bit cold but not to fuss over at all. You can also get free delivery! I would recommend this tandoori shop to other definitely though!

Today when ordering for delivery an offer of 10% discount on a set menu for two was provided and accepted. Then a call from the restaurant said it was another £3 because the mains were not included in the discount???Very disappointing as in the past they have been very good. The money is not the issue it is the principle of the transaction.To make things worse, the food was not of the standard or size of portion as we usually receive if ordered separately.Very disappointed

I have used this takeaway for many years and have always enjoyed it. The owner has moved on and this is now being ran by his nephew. I tried it for the first time last week since he took over and was very impressed! The food, menu and even packaging has been revamped and it’s like a new restaurant! Quite a few Nepalese dishes have been added to the menu which is nice to see. Well worth a try!!

Had this last night had 3 different curry’s and all looked the same and all tasted the same do no pay £4.50 for large rice rip off has changed hands and price has gone up and food has gone down
