The best restaurants in Isle of Wight South East

Service was excellent. I ordered the breakfast and my daughter had cheese jacket potato. Both were delicious and came out piping hot. Defiantly worth a visit.

Beautiful cafe, lovely atmosphere. We were there for Morning Coffee. Staff very nice indeed. However the coffee was served to us in thick, horrible, imported crockery, not nice to drink out of. We noted that the people at the next table were served tea in pretty, good quality English bone china cups so why wasn't the coffee also served in good quality cups? There are masses of beautiful, English china coffee cups & saucers in the charity shops to be bought for a song! It isn't necessary to be importing poor quality crockery.

Such rude staff member made to feel unwelcome by a load of gossiping old ladies. Old outdated over priced. Very unprofessional and food hygiene looks terrible

Warm,Cosy, comfortable and friendly place to come to eat and relax. Back ground music to suit all tastes. The food is exceptionally good quality and good value. Dont take my word for it, find out for yourself.

Really enjoyed our visit here yesterday. My husband and I both had a bagel which was really delicious. I had the chicken and avocado and it was really packed with filling, so tasty. The staff were friendly and welcoming, I would definitely return.

Good selection of food and drink at reasonable prices. Packed lunches available for coach trip home.

Went for karaoke, fast service from bar staff and the landlord

What a gorgeous unexpected find Right on a small beach we sat outside on a patio area that goes straight into a small beach The ladies that serve you are a really lovely and chatty bunch nothing was too much trouble you order at the counter and they bring it out to you With a quirky little spade table no. lol We went here on a few days running as food was Devine We had toasted sandwiches. With all the trimmings. Plus barbecued chicken wings My goodness they were delicious Even had a soya latte which was a bonus as I’m milk intolerant My husband had a coronation chicken baguette which was delicious 2nd visit we had chicken burger with chips and bacon mushroom linguine which tasted divine Highly recommended we will def be back

We go to the cafe several times during the week. Fantastic entertainment and the food is always first class. Tuesday night is fun playing Cornhole. Imported from the United States. Will and Lu work incredible hard to make everyone welcome. Thank you x

First time I'd ever been here, but I'm glad I did. - things might have been completely different! A group of us were out in Newport last night, and decided we wanted to dance into the night, so we headed towards the pub which is actually next door to where we ended up.(I won't mention any names, but suffice it to say that it sounds like "smug and letters") Long story short, I was turned away at the door, because I was wearing trousers which were deemed to be "tracksuit bottoms ", so we tried next door (successfully) Once inside, I ordered a drink for each of us and we found a table. The music was exactly my "cup of tea", with a lot of 90s rave and trance, so I immediately hit the dance floor and remained there for at least an hour. The guy doing the music was very accommodating when I asked for certain songs, and even gave me a mention, calling me their "resident raver"! All in all, a really great night, which, I'm sure wouldn't have been so much fun if we'd ended up a couple of doors up the road. I'm looking forward to reviewing that place, as you might imagine!

Great location and a brilliant team who make you feel extremely welcome. I don't think there is anywhere better on the Island for the price.

2nd visit here and I have to say we wasn’t impressed , chips were luke warm , the cheesy chips we had wasnt really melted and fish cake wasn’t hot .

Food isn't great no salad garnish or crisps with sandwiches. Everyone was smoking outside. wouldn't return there are lots of other much better places to eat nearby.

I picked up a takeaway, fabulous food nice people and reasonably priced. Thanks guys 👍
