Costa Coffee in Isle of Wight

3 days of delicious coffee with friends and family in the company of our little dog. On the 4th day we were kindly but urgently asked to leave the building with our dog. Dogs not allowed is clearly stated on the door! Very unfortunate, first collect more than 100 pounds and then leave....

Told the team behind counter how lovely and friendly they were compared to our costa back at home in Hednesford staffordshire.

They have the best and nicest drinks. Love that they support charities.❤

This place is mega cozy and the staff are friendly, the coffee is nice, they never mess up my coffee order here which is great because ive had that happen alot in other costas, also they have lots of reuseable coffee cups, gift sets and souveneers here, i would definately reccomend this costa! Its the best one ive been to so far, the decorations are nice, and the toilets arent too bad either.

Very clean and roomy. Pleasant atmosphere and helpful staff. Disability accessible. Unfortunately, I did not visit the toilet, so cannot comment on suitability for wheelchairs. Location near pay carpark but Disability spaces by the coop. Loved the tea and carrot cake. There are plenty of coffee options. Apparently, latte was good.

Like all Costa coffee shops friendly staff, clean toilets and general cleaning of tables done regularly. Staff polite and helpful.

Lovely lady behind the till recognised that I was struggling with a hyperactive son and told me to go and sit down and she would bring over my drink and his cake. Lovely service

Not terribly suitable for diabetics, but helpful staff, generally somewhere to sit and a good atmosphere. Close to a large car park.

The staff are always lovely and friendly and more than happy to make fun suggestion of new treats like the vegan boosh bars, which I'm now addicted to.

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Remember to get a receipt if you plan on using the bathrooms as you will need the code on the bottom to open the door.

It's a nice coffee shop. However costa is very expensive so of you dont like sending almost £5 on a drink then dont come here. But the drinks and food is delicious.

Very helpful staff, easy to purchase and the drinks were brought to the table. Sadly the toilets were a bit of a let down. The disabled one was out of order and the other was very untidy with a very wet floor.

Blonde lady (I think the manager?) Is ALWAYs super helpful and watching out for customers, thinking ahead and is very efficient....always with a smile and warm welcome.

Costa is open during this 2nd lockdown for delivery only; meaning you pay the earth for their coffees and cookies that you will have to eat outdoors in the pouring rain. In any case even when fully open this branch is really depressing, especially when compared to the happily situated Costa in Newport Isle of Wight.

I woke up in the early Saturday morning dying for a coffee . I checked my Google map and I saw Costa some 10 min walk from my hotel . I was nicely surprised how sweet this shop was . I'm from London , and I know how Costa coffee shops looks like but here in Ryde , I liked it better and I found it to have some regional touch on the top of standard franchise look . Latte was excellent so was croissant . You can have it with butter and jam if you prefer to doing yourself and that was cool ☺️ . The staff was amazingly nice and locals who came for breakfast , just like me , were also great !

Apart from serving delicious coffer Staff very helpful and really go the extra mile for their customers especially Rhianna.

They did very well with catering to the social distancing rules, they even made me put my coins on a plate instead of giving it to them hand to hand. I had a salted caramel frostino and my friend had a ruby cocoa hot chocolate and 2 milionares shortbreads, both of those were incredible, here is a photo of them! over all lovely calm experience.
