The food is always a delight. deliciously made and taste is lovely. The staff at Parkside are truely wonderful. friendly and they make you so welcome everytime. would qlways recommend Parkside to people over any cafe.

delivery driver was shouting about a pin wgihc I didn't like at all.

Took an hour and a half and ice cream was in with hot food so was melted and all over the bag and my hot food was cold.

The portions are always generous and the variety of the menu along with the quality of the food is top notch. If you want old school cafe vibes and options of halal then this is One of the Top 3 Best Cafes in the whole borough in my opinion.

This used to be the best breakfast place in East Ham. They always read comment notes on dietary requirements and always actioned. The last 3 orders all have been ignored!! Really disappointed and will no longer use

Arrived with grilled tomatoes (which I hate) instead of beans, I've ordered the exact thing a few times with no issues so not sure what was going on.

Please be careful when ordering from this cafe the advertise one price then tell you another when you call to order FALSE ADVERTISING

I've been a customer of Parkside Cafe in person and online for years, and it saddens me to say that this was the most disappointing order I've ever received. Even with a short delivery distance of just over 1 mile the hot food was delivered in a tied up plastic bag so everything inside was soaked through. The chips were lukewarm and some of the driest I've ever had, the burger was mediocre. The only positive was that my order instructions were followed so that was appreciated. Unfortunately I will be ordering elsewhere in the future.

First time eatting in at parkside cafe. And the food was amazing I had half a pounder chips onion rings a cold drink😁 I feel replenished. The customer service from the team was incredibly, I felt comfortable to be myself. H had great character about him and seems like he enjoys he's job, he came over to check on me to find out if I needed anything for my table. Brilliant service and great food. Absolutely the best cafe I've ever visited. Piping hot food....got a HOT chocolate not warm one like other places. I really didn't expect it to be this good but it is. Keep up the good work Parkside!

Parkside Cafe is the place to go for, a wide range of delicious, mouth watering food. From the time you step, through the door, you get a lovely reception. The food is so delicious, we go there 1-2 times a week. Will not go anywhere else. Marina makes the best cup of tea. All the staff are so warm and welcoming. You can have a laugh with them because they treat you like they have known you for years, even though you might just have meet. The best place to go for a all round experience. The atmosphere, staff, food and the generally good vibes. There is no other place like Parkside Cafe. From Sarah and Luke.

Tasty burgers with fried onions and salad. On a separate note, on menu it is stated Tuna and Cucumber sandwich but actually came with mayo so misleading on menu. Other tuna ones state tuna mayo.

they didn't give me any beans as they usually do, in addition the turkey bacon tasted nice but they didn't bake it as much. I am very disappointed, I am an overnight worker and this is a place I usually order from as I don't have time to make food. If you see my review, please do not forget to add every component of the breakfast.

First time ordering from this cafe, they acknowledged my notes, ordered a Jacket potato and it was delicious, will defo be ordering again. 👍🏽

Disappointed as set meal was cold and also Hamburgers. Tomatoes were warm, everything else not. Request was ignored when asked to mark up sandwiches with name of what they were. Also both sandwiches was soggy as was directly against the foil container with the set in and a bit of brown packaging from the sandwich was nearly in with the food. Not well packaged. Not a quick delivery.

Got some burgers and chips and I have to say it was absolutely delicious 10/10 I even had a couple of requests about how I like my food cooked and they got it all spot on.

Really enjoyed Quarter pounder burger and came correctly with just friend onions. Was hot. Delivery driver did not say a word upon delivering, handed over bag.

They read my request and did the order the way I wanted. Will order again

Great size portion the food was fantastic

Not happy this time as I was sent roast potatoes instead of the mash potatoes i selected, the roast potatoes were not fully cooked and there were very little gravy.

Best breakfast in the area, clean, comfortable. You have halal menus, vegetarian, and for those who like beacon like me .... Gigantic menus, divided into SETs, I particularly always go for Set number 5 (I don't eat beans and they always supplement it with hashbrou and grilled tomatoes). My kids love their sandwiches and paninis. The staff are friendly. It's one of my favourite places.

Completely ignored my request to send salt, pepper and cutlery, have you ever eaten scrambled eggs beans and toast witho6sakt, pepper or cutlery....... not possible so very disappointed with the service 🙄

I went there yesterday on my lunchtime stop. The service was very polite and nice with delicious food, clean and organized Cafe. I'll certainly be going back but wish there was less parking restriction in the area.
