The best restaurants in Brading, St Helens and Bembridge Isle of Wight South East

What a great welcome. Stop for a refuel bacon bab was prefect top class bacon nice soft bab and perfectly cooked. The cafe was spotless. It’s a place not to be missed.

Kate helped us with catering for two dinners for eight people over a weekend on the Isle of Wight. From my initial enquiry, Kate was incredibly helpful with suggestions for well balanced menus using local seasonal produce. Both dinners were dropped off by Kate at our rental house and we were given perfect instructions to heat up the various courses for both evening meals. The detail and care that Kate put into both dinners was exceptional and everything was absolutely delicous. I couldn't recommend Kate and Angel in the Kitchen more highly.

Place name has changed to 'Lane End'. Lovely place, warm and welcoming host. Delicious food. 🤤 We had the Lane End specials (English breakfast), Halloumi Toast (Vegetarian) and Avo Toast (Vegetarian) - healthy, plenty of avocado with sunflower seeds, a pinch of chilli oil and chilly flakes, perfectly blended.

Lovely and quirky inside. The food and drinks were great, reasonably priced and the meals were huge! Our waitress was really lovely - would definitely return and recommend 👌

An excellent restaurant in a delightful location overlooking the green. Excellent food and even better service. Nothing was too much trouble.

I approve of the Rully. Small shop, but seems to be a nice selection. Hoping to see some more white burgundy’s, although I understand it’s a small place so that’s probably not their top priority.

At first you feel a little rude pressing the button for service, but it really does work! It allows the staff to get things done and you don’t have to try and grab their attention if needed - you just press the button and they’re told about it, without delay you have service. The food, as always, excellent. We’ve been here numerous times now and whilst we miss the old “steak nights”, the menu is still extensive and the food wonderfully cooked.

We visited twice while on holiday for a week. First Sunday lunch was amazing, roast beef and all the trimmings was cook to perfection. Pub was busy, so had to wait about 45min and in my experience that is perfectly exceptable for the quality food we received. 2nd time was early evening, we had burgers all round. Again, very well, cook great quality ingredients and was served within 20 mins. My son is also a celiac, and to pub offers a great gluten-free menu, which he was very happy about. The landlord and staff are very welcoming, helpful and great atmosphere. The best recommendation I can give this place is I wish it was near to where I live. I will return and I recommend it to anyone.

We had a wonderful seafood feast delivered by Emma last Saturday evening Potted prawns to start ( super yummy) Bouillabaisse to die for next ( we ordered for five but was very generous portion) Chocolate pots and strawberry pavlova for dessert! All completely delicious, we had a wonderful effortless dinner party thanks to you! Will be back to order again without a doubt! Thanks so much Emma x

Framptons has a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere and the food is always lovely, a bonus for us is its dog friendly. We went for Sunday lunch and had the beef brisket which was delicious and very tender. We were both full so couldn’t fit in a dessert, but the selection available looked good. If you are visiting Bembridge it’s worth a visit

Our second visit here and it didn’t disappoint. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The fish and chips were delicious and so were the ham, egg and chips. Fabulous view. We will be back.

Very nice.. Great coffee... Cosy dogs always welcome.. Will always pop in if in Bembridge and need a coffee.. Relaxing inviroment and smashing garden area for hot summer days sipping wine and eating olives.. Staff are like friends from the minute u walk in.
