Place name has changed to 'Lane End'. Lovely place, warm and welcoming host. Delicious food. 🤤 We had the Lane End specials (English breakfast), Halloumi Toast (Vegetarian) and Avo Toast (Vegetarian) - healthy, plenty of avocado with sunflower seeds, a pinch of chilli oil and chilly flakes, perfectly blended.

My goto place when I'm in bembridge...the best breakfast on the island and their toasted sandwiches and cappuccinos keep me fueled all day. 5 stars 🌟

Great coffee, especially for a beach cafe, and lovely flap jack too. We go there every time we're in Sandown before we start the 12 mile coastal walk back to Ryde.

We did the dine and stay offer for a birthday. The food was superb and the service faultless The room was a good size,clean and comfortable with a large ensuite. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. However the experience was spoilt by the noise etc coming from the adjacent room which continued till 4 am! I feel that a polite notice in rooms asking guests to consider others may be helpful. Given the age of the building, soundproofing may not be an option.
