Chilli’s is a reliable local restaurant that never fails to deliver authentic food and excellent service. Perfect for a quiet dinner or a group. Unfailingly polite and attentive service, altogether a lovely experience.

Absolutely Fuming! Last two times ordering from here, gone through then cancelled as no drivers which isn't the issue! The issue is I now have to wait 3 days for a refund! Disgusting service you shouldn't take the orders if you know you don't have drivers! We now have no dinner thanks to Morleys! Truely Disappointed as I loved this place I will not order from here again to go through this again.

Excellent little restaurant with delicious authentic food and generous portions. Service is excellent, very friendly staff. Lots of vegetarian options. Will definitely go again and recommend it to friends. Thank you guys 😊

All the food arrived cold So disappointed!!!!!!☹️ Review says 100 characters! Fish cold, chips cold, mushy peas cold, cod roe, cold, chips cold! Sort it out not acceptable I should have a refund, ordered a pizza instead and threw your food away!!

Terrible experience with this place. We had arrived in excitement looking forward to try a waffle and crepe for me and my husband. The entire service was very very slow. It took about 16 minutes to serve something realistically should have taken a lot less time. Regardless when we were served we had mentioned this to the server and he just smiled without even understanding what was said. Once he left, the lady came out shortly after and asked us if everything was okay as the server said there was a complaint. So we said the same thing to her that it took a very long time and instead of apologising to us, she got defensive and said 'you can check the timer if you want' 'I kept an eye on the timer and it didn't take half an hour it took 16 minutes'. To which i responded 'that's a very long time?!' I told her our previous visit was very much the opposite- the waiter who brought us our dessert (we ordered the exact same waffle and crepe) presented it beautifully and with an ingredient that was not present this time. This time it was a little different. Nevertheless we said its okay and that we were just a little surprised at the time it took. But the lady's response was shocking. Unfortunately we will not be going back and would rather go to creams just nearby instead.

As it's practically opposite where I live, I come in here a lot & I have to say, the staff are lovely, but this place is a dump! It's in dire need of a refurb and half the seats ar ripped. The ice machine has been broken for weeks, the air-con is deafening, one of the food chillers is busted, the lavatories have seen better days, it's chronically overcrowded with way too many tables put out, the power sockets are almost unreachable, the piped music is truly diabolical and hasn't changed in months and the Internet connection in there is easily the worst I've used in any public place. Everybody complains about it as it's, almost unusable even when the place is practically empty. It's impossible to watch a YT video at over 360p without constant buffering & the connection times you out every hour or so (often less) necessitating constant opening of browsers to log back in again. It's a joke. It's bad enough that Pret's have nobbled the subscription, but I'm getting the impression they're running everything on a shoestring & obsessing over margins rather than providing quality products with decent service. Do yourself a favour & go to another coffee shop. It's not as if there's no choice out there, afterall.

Big greasy old school kebab alot of places are trying to be posh it's hard to find a good kebab these days don't change what your doing 🤣

Me & my husband have been ordering from hung fung for years , its the best Chinese takeaway around. All there food is excellent & very tasty. I highly recommend the duck with pancakes, Singapore rice noodles is Phenomenal. Salt & chilli prawns is superb 👌 special fried rice with meat and veg is excellent 👌 hot chicken wings, perking style spare ribs, chicken satay on the skewers all superb 😋 chicken balls in batter, the prawn balls in batter are excellent & the crushed garlic chop suey beautiful. 😋 I will always order from here always The staff are lovely & the food is excellent 👌 best Chinese we have ever had . You all have two happy loyal customers for life. 🥰🥰 If your craving a Chinese take-away don't hesitate to order from hung fung you won't regret it & I know once you order from hung fung you will come back again & again. Never open, ever. It's 1220pm on a Saturday and it's still not open

Get breakfast early if not, and you're having the 'Full English then expect warm/cold shrivelled items, still edible, but nothing when you compare it to any other Brewers Fayre you’ve been to, continental offering was great. Also, not a dig, as I think it's the lacquer on the tables and not grime, but check your tables for 'tackiness.' Coffee is Lukewarm, so if you like a hot drink, get tea. Kirsty though was great, she was running around here, there and everywhere! Well done dude! Nothing was to much trouble and she made our dining experience great, all things considered!

Absolutely Amazing Experience! I placed an order quite late at night when no other place was an option, and I’m so glad I chose this restaurant. I ordered their Korean delicacies, and they exceeded all my expectations! The food was fresh, incredibly flavorful, and perfectly balanced—not too spicy but packed with taste. The portions were generous, and the presentation was very clean and thoughtful. The burger I tried was delightfully cheesy and absolutely delicious, a perfect comfort food option. I placed an order on the 7th of Feb and the website said they were open. I placed my order online and went to collect to find out they were closed. Phone number does not work so cannot get in contact. The money was taken from my account and I am now having to go through my bank for the money back (long process!) now looking at the reviews i can see this has happened to a few people. I would either avoid this place or go in person to order as they will happily just take your money!
