We had an appointment on the Mezzanine floor for eye check up and when finished we came down to have lunch. Ordered a chicken mozzarella pesto ( the chicken was slimy and took it up with the staff Holly she did say that some itmes are left unattended plus no pesto and the completely cold) also order jacket potato again cold not enough cheese or beans. At the same time anothe lady order jacket potato and found the same problem took it up to the staff complaining. What we found the the staff was racist as we were Asian the the lady was English and the staff couldnt give refund told by the boss not too so shae gaive this lady money out of the tip bottle. The staff kept giving us the phone to talk to the boss all we wanted is a refund of £5.95 and they created quite a scene.The council ought to knoow that the quality of food is not been given to standard also all the dishes cup were lying around unwashed when we told the staff we are going to take photos she started washing and cleaning and told us dont take photos.I would be caustious in using this place they have been rude dirty and service awful.

Arrived just after it opened. Clearly not cleaned the night before. Tables with food on them and food all over the floor. Breakfast staff was friendly though.

The staff are so friendly, Hannah makes you feel welcome and is a asset to the team...

There is seating both out on the balcony (but still indoors) or in the café itself. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The coffee and pastry were both delicious. The attached photo was taken from our table looking into the library next door.

Awful and rude customer service! (Racism) Today I feel that me and my friend have been discriminated against due to our race- which I find disgraceful! We entered the coffee shop planning on getting a meal to share. We sat down at a table to read the menu and we where rudely approached by a man asking us in a very aggressive tone whether we were going to order food. Despite his aggressive tone, we politely responded stating that we were browsing the menu. Around a minute passed and we where rudely approached again and asked to leave! We asked why the reason was and he shouted “Because you haven’t ordered any food!”. May I say that there were people who hadn’t yet ordered food who weren’t approached once! These people all happened to be white. This is a clear representation of racial profiling. I will not be coming back.

Decent little coffee place in Epsom with a good space to crack on with some work in the quiet outside of your normal noisier coffee shops

Well made flat white but the beans could be stronger. It felt a bit weak for a flat white because of that. Not bad effort for Epsom.

Milkshake was ok but did not really taste of banana just mainly tasted of vanilla ice cream I also ordered an avocado bagel which was pretty grim the avocado was really mushy and served warm with chilli flakes on top which I found odd and didn’t taste too good . Shame as the atmosphere is nice and cosy

One of the best coffee shops in Epsom people! First things first- it has nice open plan seating, glass walls that gives an elevated look over the Market walk and it really just gives that nice room to think feeling. The staff are always friendly and happy to help, they have a selection of cakes, assorted cans and bottled drinks, along with a few brunch options as well. I usually like to go here solo on Saturday to hit the reset button, well worth a visit trust me.

Latte and 'hot' hot chocolate good drinks, was able to have soya milk for free. Not to busy at 2.30pm, choice of seating. Drinks were brought out to us, with a smile.

Shocking service Waited nearly an hour for flat bread despite reminding several times. Never again

This is a local coffee shop by the Drs surgery and library. I popped in for a coffee but had an amazing pressed juice and egg benedict as I just couldn’t resist my favourite brunch. Cooked to perfection. If you want privacy and quite head to the back.....

Lovely and quiet. Has a cute little play area and the coffee tastes great.

Hot chocolate was just warm and not much chocolate taste. Strange seating most uncomfortable to sit on. Food breakfast menu appeared really expensive.

Long wait, poor service coffee not hot... didn’t seem to care that the queue was getting longer.. will definitely not come again ...
