KFC Epsom in Epsom and Ewell

the food was not nice at all it's like it was cooked yesterday too much oil very small pieces

chips were cold chicken warm.. gravey cold

Ordered meal around 8.55pm, arrived at 9.54, took an hour. And only 12 mins of it was delivery time. Pepsi can was refrigerated and chips was slightly cold. But chicken sauces were great

Placed my order at 5.15pm and it didn’t arrive until 8pm

the food is freezing cold and the driver clearly cant follow a sat nav got a 10 year old waiting for dinner

The chicken in the Fillet burgers was really chewy. Not nice at all. Very poor quality.

We ordered KFC but was delivered McDonalds! I guess someone else got our KFC and we got a Happy Meal!

Chips were soggy and cold. the wings were tiny compared to when we usually have them. The burger was put together terribly with everything hanging out of one side, but dry bare on the other.

Not too sure what is happening with KFC but purchased 2 chicken filet burgers a couple of weeks ago just after midday and they were dreadful. Flat as a pancake, dry, tough and tasted doggy. Not sure if they were left over from night before or…. Twice I’ve used this place and not again, first time I had to return as they forgot to put whole order in.

Food never arrived after 3 hours of waiting.

My order was not delivered. Should have arrived between 18.10 - 18.40. We waited and wsited in tge end we had to go out to get food while i was out i got a phone call at 20.40 to say the delivery was at my door. I had to tell the driver to take it b

Waited nearly 2 hours before I decided to go and collect my self. Met the delivery driver in the restaurant who had been waiting for 45 minutes for my order. If kfc staff can’t handle the fire then they need to get out the kitchen.

Order my food just before 7pm. Arrived just 9pm. 2 hrs for food. Food arrived and all of it cold. Cold chucked and cold chips. What a yummy dinner. NOT!

Twice we have ordered from here and twice it has taken 2 hours to get to us - cold food, wrong food and staff not helpful when you call.

my order changed from 30 minutes to 1 hour and half and turned up falling apart and stop cold

Food smelt funny, it was cold and the chicken wasn’t at all crispy or fried properly and no seasoning at all.

Not very good at all this evening. I ordered a 10 piece variety bucket and 5 out of the 10 pieces of chicken were all legs and another piece was a wing (with 4 additional small bony pieces of chicken). Pretty poor show for something that cost £30.99.

Drlivery was ok, chichen was no crunchy as usual ,instead was soggy and cool.

The food has turned up cold! I asked for two fruit shoots I’ve ended up with four Pepsis which I won’t drink and my kids can’t. A supercharge sauce I ordered has also not turned up.. and the fillet tower box meal has disintegrated where it has been smothered tomato ketchup had leaked everywhere so I now have no dinner!

Missing large popcorn chicken from my order which I have only noticed after arriving home. Tried calling the shop but no response and I've tried making a complaint online but the town where the shop is located is not showing up in the option.

For £15 i don’t feel satisfied with the meal. The beans were stale and the pot wasn’t full enough. The 2 side chicken wings was just crunchy and hardly any meat in it. Very expensive for what you now receive.

There was a few issues with delivery, the staff at Epsom kept in contact with me and sorted it out and I finally received my order thanks to another delivery driver helping out and good customer service.

I was tracking the delivery guy. He clearly made another delivery before us, and our food was cold when it arrived.

The original delivery time was 19:30, which got pushed back to 20:15. And didn't arrive until 20:30.

The two pieces of chicken were too small.its better to have one big piece and a small one.was very dissappinted

food d child, had no heat in it at all. didn't understand why a bicycle is used to deliver hot food when the journey takes over 15 mins. a scooter would have it delivered in 5-6 mins and the food would at least be warm.

I have taken 10 wings from this KFC it's very smelly and rotain and I have asked to KFC staff to change the food the staff was very rude to me especially the store manager he don't know how to speak with the customers I recommend to all KFC customers don't go to this Epsom KFC

Hi; I am the regular who always order the 10 hot wings meal. I want to say thank you for always providing a good meal & service over a year now:)✨ However; on my last visit my wings came out quite soft and looks like it could really use longer time in the fryer. I don’t know if this is a new technique; I didn’t really enjoy my wings on this occasion & the chips where very small portion than usual:/ I really enjoyed how very crispy they always have been; could you continue making them very crispy as I like to continue coming back… Update: You have complete dismissed my complaint from my last visit. I received very soft chicken wings which isn’t what I paid for. I understand you got some new staff but it would also be appreciated that you take complaints more professionally.

Food was a little bit later than originally scheduled. I had requested curry sauce which was not delivered. There were 6 wing pieces in the 6 original recipe, which is unfortunate.
