KFC Epsom in Epsom and Ewell

I felt magnificent customer service and the way manger Sanjay speak ‘s really fascinating . i felt that the store is really clean  the chicken taste is really good  I feel friendly environment I am so amazed 😇

Customer service was Top class & Mouth watering chicken & my kids love this KFC popcorn chicken always pleasure to have some KFC finger licking chicken in weekends especially.Thank you Kentucky for having wonderful service in KFC

Pretty poor and no chips which had been ordered and paid for.

The food took over an hour and a half to come. It was supposed to be delivered at 7:15pm but has been delivered at 8:30pm. Every single item is stone cold. This service is appalling and should not be taking this long when it said 20-30 mins or it should at least be hot when it’s taken this long!

not happy after spending £20 food is cold and tasteless and then drive a car find a place and he's saying I've ordered it to the wrong details where I'll be looking food here for the last three months

Ordered food because I was at work and couldn’t walk down to collect it, food took and hour and a half to come, I understand they can be busy but not that busy

Absolutely awful. Food did not turn up, when the app claimed it did. Bland email telling me nothing. No idea whether it was coming or not. Sort out your customer service because you don’t appear to have any. At all.

Food was stone cold and one item was incorrect. The courier went in the opposite direction to the other side of town before coming back to us which likely contributed to the food being cold. Ordered fillet tower burger for a zinger supercharger burger instead.

The manager on charge of the shift are making drivers cancel the order becouse they choosing they own drives to make the deliverys is affecting very back on my app from work I work on 3 apps they making me cancel on them 3 it’s very bad for me he is really rude treats us like rubbish really aggressive man! I went to this KFC on Thursday and the girl who was working on the till was very polite and had a very warm smile and was very welcoming and the food I ordered was nice and fresh I had a very good experience and would definitely go back to this restaurant.

I did not receive this order. The driver gave me the wrong order and I handed other back. She obviously had given mine to someone else so I was left without my order. No explanation from Just Eat even though I’ve contacted them. Oh and obviously no refund either.
