KFC Epsom in Epsom and Ewell

There was a few issues with delivery, the staff at Epsom kept in contact with me and sorted it out and I finally received my order thanks to another delivery driver helping out and good customer service.

I was tracking the delivery guy. He clearly made another delivery before us, and our food was cold when it arrived.

Over an hour late again with no useful support or help

Paid attention to the notes I added to my order thank you!

The original delivery time was 19:30, which got pushed back to 20:15. And didn't arrive until 20:30.

I never received my order. I am still waiting for it!

The two pieces of chicken were too small.its better to have one big piece and a small one.was very dissappinted

Ordered just after 6pm and the food arrived about 8:25pm

Food was stone cold when it arrived for my sons birthday. i had to reheat it in my air fryer Driver was friendly

I have taken 10 wings from this KFC it's very smelly and rotain and I have asked to KFC staff to change the food the staff was very rude to me especially the store manager he don't know how to speak with the customers I recommend to all KFC customers don't go to this Epsom KFC

food d child, had no heat in it at all. didn't understand why a bicycle is used to deliver hot food when the journey takes over 15 mins. a scooter would have it delivered in 5-6 mins and the food would at least be warm.

I never had this smelly food in my life if I got the option to give stars I'm gonna give 0 stars to this KFC

We ordered at around half past six in the evening and got it delivered at 8:40pm- over two hours delay. This will be the last time ordering from here. Terrible.

Hi; I am the regular who always order the 10 hot wings meal. I want to say thank you for always providing a good meal & service over a year now:)✨ However; on my last visit my wings came out quite soft and looks like it could really use longer time in the fryer. I don’t know if this is a new technique; I didn’t really enjoy my wings on this occasion & the chips where very small portion than usual:/ I really enjoyed how very crispy they always have been; could you continue making them very crispy as I like to continue coming back… Update: You have complete dismissed my complaint from my last visit. I received very soft chicken wings which isn’t what I paid for. I understand you got some new staff but it would also be appreciated that you take complaints more professionally.

It was more expensive than the deal I usually get and I got less chicken so not a great experience. Delivery also very late.

Burger was overcooked and way too greasy and tasted like the oil had not been changed in a while. Way below KFC norm. Don't normally comment, but large chain should do better.

Food was a little bit later than originally scheduled. I had requested curry sauce which was not delivered. There were 6 wing pieces in the 6 original recipe, which is unfortunate.

Everything that was ment to be hot was cold. Chips had some sort of spicy spice on them and chicken was very very dry.

Delivery took 2hours!! Ordered at 1515 arrived 1713. Estimated time was 25mins when ordering.

Delivery driver was really pleasant and really nice and happy.

Incompetent staff is all I can say, forgot to add my daughters meal, and all my condiment I paid for. Shocking that staff cannot do the simpelest commands when ordering food. Avoid!!! Go Worcester Park or Chessington instead. Epsom KFC is full incompetent staff who do not know how to make a simple order. AVOID unless you want food missing from your order by staff who do not know whats going on. No one picks up the phone, shocking!!! Order on the 30/11/24 at 17:10.

I requested certain cuts of the chicken pieces and that was listened to. Really nice meal.

It provides best quality of food and great services with mice atmosphere because I have experienced all these things myself.

Manager Sanjay is very welcomed for the customers, and The cooking was very delicious. And i am very satisfied with the team and the manager.
