Hung Fung in Epsom and Ewell

One of the Chinese that does not taste like Chinese. Sweet’n sour sauce first in my life that didn’t take like it. I will not order again. All chicken no taste.

Prawns in the curry had a slimy texture to them, couldn’t eat it, rice and ribs was nice though, prawn crackers and thin n greasy not very good quality.

The delivery woman was really cheerful which was nice to see :)

I don’t normally give bad reviews but I think you need it. Rice is dry and unseasoned. Fo Hun was undercooked. The food was terrible.

Egg fried rice was okay, chicken and mushroom was lovely, chicken balls were okay, but the sauce didn't taste too nice. Delivery was at least 15 minutes early.

Me & my husband have been ordering from hung fung for years , its the best Chinese takeaway around. All there food is excellent & very tasty. I highly recommend the duck with pancakes, Singapore rice noodles is Phenomenal. Salt & chilli prawns is superb 👌 special fried rice with meat and veg is excellent 👌 hot chicken wings, perking style spare ribs, chicken satay on the skewers all superb 😋 chicken balls in batter, the prawn balls in batter are excellent & the crushed garlic chop suey beautiful. 😋 I will always order from here always The staff are lovely & the food is excellent 👌 best Chinese we have ever had . You all have two happy loyal customers for life. 🥰🥰 If your craving a Chinese take-away don't hesitate to order from hung fung you won't regret it & I know once you order from hung fung you will come back again & again. Great taste and value for money as usual. Delivered quickly and earlier than predicted which was a great plus for us.

Spring Roll very, very oily. Lamb Szechuan was very fatty. I threw a lot of it in the bin because it was mostly fat. Crispy Noodles was basically uncooked noodles. At least the bottle of Lemonade was cold.

Disappointed with the chicken chow mein which had a very strong scorched taste not the usual toasted sesame. Rest of order was lovely.

Best Chinese I have ever had sadly moving today but I will still order and have to pick it up !

Lovely food but when I got delivery the soup had leaked all over the other food so I only had mushrooms and the food was so squashed that half of the chicken fried rice squashed out of the package and all over the food. Perhaps pack the food In 2 carrier bags rather than squash into o e bag. But good food what was left of it.

Customer Service was very good, had fish and chips cooked ok, only wish the oil was fresher tasted like it needed a change

Not the worst chinese I've had. Chicken was overcooked although the flavours where great. Noodles and prawn crackers both a little too oily. Service was polite and friendly, accepts card over £10.

Ordered from there earlier today! The quarter of duck I ordered was HUGE! more like half or even a full duck I also ordered mussels in black bean sauce which were also massive and they only gave me the half of the mussel with the actual mussel in which meant half the box wasn’t full of empty shell Shredded beer was also very good! Would definitely order again Only one improvement would be thicker prawn crackers Overall 5 star

I was disappointed by this takeaway which lacked flavour and did not leave me wanting more which Chinese food normally does.

Shame the service was great.. but had a few mouthfulls and didn't eat the rest as bad quality food and cheap ingredients

Food was good. We didn’t receive the prawn crackers we ordered. Delivery was on time, just longer then expected. Was expected 70-90 minutes.

Utterly disappointed. Not been here before so I thought Id try them for just chips this time. Ordered a large portion for the family dinner and waited 10 mins. Ok, if the chips need cooking fair enough but they couldnt have had any waiting to serve. Eventually I received a little white package that was supposed to be a lot of chips. Was so shocked that I opened them up in the car and could count the chips. 26 in all @ about 10p each. Wont be going back there. Ended up getting a better portion up the road.

The delivery driver would not bring the food to my door. I had to go out into the rain, call him twice and then collect the food from his car.

Excellent service but the food was very dry and we ordered crispy chicken and it wasn't crispy but each to there own the food wasn't bad it just wasn't amazing glad we ordered sauce with the food.

Considering my place isn’t easy to find at all (even with instructions!) they found it without even having to phone me. Right on time as well and of course the food was great. Would recommend 100%

Pancake roll was so soggy it drooped. Sweet and sour prawns overcooked and nearly burnt in old tasting oil. Sweet and sour sauce was just sour (bit like me after eating). Chicken in chicken curry was dry and hard (microwaved). Mushroom chow neon was edible but greasy. Won’t order from here again.

The fish and chips were lovely and hot! The crispy chilli beef and chowmein was very tasty!

Food was delivered around delivery time but the time for the food after confirming our order was 1hour 35 minutes! Noodles we’re dry and black bean sauce vegetables and chilli wasn’t hot at all. (Spice heat)

It's not easy to review food as everyone likes something different, never mind ordering for a family. But when we order from Hung Fung our family always have a great time.
