China Spice in Epsom and Ewell

Delicious tasty hot food excellent service always friendly n polite fast delivery this is our favourite Chinese we will definitely be ordering again soon many thanks

We moved to Epsom a few years ago and tried a few different Chinese takeaways. We have stuck with China Spice as the food is always hot and tasty, never have to waste long for delivery and the staff are so lovely and friendly. We wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Absolutely love the food and the man in the shop is always smiling and happy to serve. Food doesn’t take a long time but long enough to know they put the work in and its freshly made. The shop has a nice and aesthetically pleasing decoration with sofas to relax while you wait. My regular chinese when i do the laundry lol

Went to China Spice the other night , ordered some food and I was told 5 minutes, it took less than 5 minutes , the food was tasty and the gentleman who served me was very friendly and he gave me fantastic service . I will visit again and again

Had a takeaway and food was inedible.The lemon chicken was so hard you couldn't chew it. Texture was disgusting.

I like China Spice. All the dishes you’d expect but some with a little twist. Never got my order wrong Decent polite folk working there. Food always tastes fresh and well made. Bravo China Spice

This is our go to outlet for family get-together. The food is lovely and the service is excellent. It comes with the enthusiastic endorsement of my grandchildren.

All in all it was OK... nothing more. Portions decent, good delivery etc...,... Shezhen Prawn was nice, Garlic & chilli pork dish was decent, rice was good, however the 'Aubergine' dish isn't aubergine it is courgette, the chop suey is very sweet like they had chucked a load of sweet and sour sauce in it and the yellow bean cashew nut chicken was also very sweet. Highly doubt that I will ever return.....far far too much sugar used

Had a takeaway today. Ordered through website and paid cash on delivery. Food delivered on time, Very well cooked food, Not at all watery. Would buy from again.

Rang 10min later, left on the phone as they were dealing with other customers (heard this on the background). When complaining all I got was sorry and then an offer of redoing the order. I did not fancy waiting other hour..so will not use again.

Great takeaway. Good quality food and very friendly service. Singapore spicy noodles were particularly good. Will definitely make my first choice of Chinese takeaway. MUCH better food and especially service to Go Sing. Thank you to the young lady on the front of house as you provided A* service. We will definitely use your takeaway again 👍

I Was sick the first time i had this and the runs , re- ordered by mistake a couple of weeks later thinking it was a different restaurant , me and my wife had bad stomach pains and couldnt get off toilet for 2 days after eating

2 years ago during covid I left a bad review.But now tonight I ordered from here 2 years later and they are back to their best china spice thankyou enjoying your food again.keep up the hard work thanks again..

We have always loved china spice - this is the BEST place to get a Chinese takeaway from in the Ewell area! Never disappoints!! The sweet and sour sauce is the best around! Love it!

Found meat in my vegetable chow mein twice now. First instance about a year ago I called up and they handled it well, sent another one straight round and apologised. Had hoped it was a one-off but happened again a couple of months ago. As a vegetarian I can't order again as I'm not sure what is in the food I'm getting. Such a shame as the food was so tasty.

Was really lovely, they reinvented themselves good hygiene rating , prompt delivery but sadly the last two deliveries I’ve had have been tasteless and fatty. The food was really good before , lovely taste and good quality I’ve no idea what’s changed or why but I’m going to avoid for a while sadly. Back to go sing or top chef

Thought I'd try somewhere new and I have to say I wasn't disappointed. Hygiene rating of 5/5 which is always the first thing I check when ordering from a new place. Food was delivered in about 30 minutes give or take and it was really good. Couldn't eat everything so will be having chicken with ginger and spring onions for lunch tomorrow. I will defo order from here again.

We ordered a takeaway from just eat. Aromatic duck was really dry. Chicken and Cashew had no flavour Beef in oyster sauce had no flavour To be honest we threw most of it away. Which was really sad.

We ordered twice with them and twice we had to wait 3h for delivery. The slowest delivery service I ever experienced.

Had a meal from here, their crispy shredded beef was amazing, sweet sour prawns was also gorgeous , and Singapore rice noodle was my favourite. Will definitely order again.

I paid for Roast Duck and Cha Siu and I got boiled rice. Disappointed.

I’m in disbelief reading the reviews as China spice is without a doubt my favourite in the area, salt n pepper ribs , crispy shredded chilli beef are delicious 👌🏼And has always turned up sooner than expected

After waiting 1 1/2hrs for our food and calling them twice the food arrived cold! First time we called we’re advised it was on its way, 2nd time (20mins later) it was still on its way, they are 3mins drive away!!! Asked for a refund and was told no and after paying delivery and service charge I think this is disgusting. Will not be using again. Poor show!

Took 2 hours to arrive. They said they would call back to confirm time when it was late but they never did call back. We ordered a vegetable curry and it was a chicken curry. Very poor overall

This Chinese restaurant is take away & home delivery service only I've used this place for at least 30 years & never ever had a bad word or meal that 4 generations of family hàve looked àfter me and many more loçals.

Terrible customer service and rude staff. We waited almost two hours for our food, and got told the driver was on his way. When I called 30 minutes later as we still had no food, she said the driver had delivered the food and returned to the restaurant. Turns out he delivered it to the wrong address. They refused to compensate us and said it would be a further 30 minutes for a fresh order to be prepared. No apology, I would not recommend this restaurant

Everything was over cooked to the point of some things bordering on burnt , very disappointed . Would not recommend !!!

Thought this might be just another Chinese takeaway but were surprised at the quality and taste of the food. Duck was tender and actually tasted of duck. Generous rice portions and fresh tasting. Not tons of msg or grease and service was very swift . All in all a great place to pick up good grub
