Very friendly welcome, great service (attentive but not rushed), food & cocktails very good. Toilets very clean & easily accessible on ground floor too.

Great food. Lovely atmosphere. Excellent service . Celebrated a family birthday and the staff looked after us very well with a lovely table to enjoy a great evening.

Went with my disabled mother, a friend and her child. Anthony straight away opened the door as he saw us approaching and got us a table with easy wheelchair access without prompting. My friends daughter was given crayons and activity set and he really spoke to her nicely. We felt awful he didn’t get a tip but there was no option on the card payment and we didn’t have cash. I hope he at least gets recognition though as he was nice and attentive without being pushy or overbearing.The food was nice, though I do feel too expensive. The ice cream for dessert served in tub like you’re in a cinema was extremely odd for the setting. Coffees were nice. Shame the drinks are Pepsi and not Coke. Cheapens it all a little.All in all though a nice meal and good experience with excellent customer service. Thank you.

I had the best time at prezzo last night! I will be returning after lockdown, after a hard year for everyone the staff made us feel so welcome, the food was beautiful. Anthony and the rest of the team made the night so special, lovely people

We ordered two Gluten free Pepperoni pizzas on Deliveroo. The service was quick, but the quality was awful. The base was rock hard, the topping separated from the base and the topping was burnt in several places.We complained to Deliveroo and Prezzo, but there was no comment from either. Very unimpressed.

Another excellent lunch with a warm welcome again with the right level of attention and service. The Cheam restaurant should take note. The manager at Epsom is on the ball at all times.

A group of us had chosen this for a quick pre-cinema super. Although Epsom has a lot of restaurants, I’ve never found anything half decent or worth getting excited about and this is certainly up there with the others. A typical chain restaurant with a massive menu and although between us we had five different mains, I can’t say anyone was impressed. It all felt like large scale catering.I chose a Calzone. A mistake. Soggy and flaccid with nothing to recommend it. Served with a small undressed salad and a cold & bland tomato sauce on the side. Surely that should have been hot at least ?But service was friendly and the meal was fast.

We had a lovely pre birthday meal. I had been sent a voucher from Prezzo for a free bottle of prosecco for my Birthday which is what drew us in. I had never been to the Epsom site before but we had a lovely meal. The food was great but in particular, the service from one of the Managers, Anthony, was amazing. Thank you for a great time, we will definitely be back.

We go here mid week and use our tatse card when we cant be bothered to cook. Make the price quite affordable. Its clean good service and typical "Prezzo" Italian based cuisine. The restaurant is a little sterile and not as plush a some others and little bland decor wise. this not s "special Occasion" place. The other thing is that it can e very popular with family so expect the off child to run around at times. Staff are polite and well trained but sometimes very busy so the odd delay can happen. Not been for a while to this resturant , good service, warm welcome and attention,plenty of choices on the menu, an enjoyable Sunday Lunch after shopping, with a car park not to far away.

Despite the strange decor- factory meets US hotel reception- this is a friendly place with my granddaughter, wand in hand, running around the place dressed as a fairy come unicorn scarcely raising an eye brow from staff or diners. Normally a picky eater she ate all her pasta with tomato. Congratulations to the cook. My Calabrese (?!) burger was fine though I'm not sure I came across anything like this in Calabria. No complaints from other members of the family indeed my sons both thought their pizzas were "expletive deleted" excellent; my grandson though bought his own food just in case- but then he's only 9 months. My son's 2 for 1 card certainly lightened the blow at reckoning time.

Always get a good service from all the staff. The food is always good as this is a high street chain.

This is our local Prezzo and we go quite often. Food is great, same menu as other Prezzos of course, but it is cooked really well here. The staff are also great, very friendly and just the right amount of attentiveness. Highly recommended.

La valutazione così negativa è tutta per via del signore che ci ha servito e che sembrava essere il proprietario. È stato inadeguatamente sarcastico e al momento del conto, ha provato a farci pagare più del necessario. In pratica abbiamo chiesto di pagare con la carta e di dividere in parti uguali il conto. Una cosa semplicissima bastava fare 186 sterline diviso il numero di persone che eravamo: 9. Lui prende la calcolatrice per fare il calcolo e mentre sghignazzava e faceva il finto tonto, segnava ad ognuno di noi una cifra diversa sul POS di una o due sterline. Per fortuna ce ne siamo accorti subito e da quel momento abbiamo digitato noi la cifra corretta sul POS.... È assurdo! Non perdete tempo in questo posto. I went to this restaurant this week with my colleagues. The location is nice and the food is edible (don't take the pizza, it seems frozen). The negative assessment is all because of the gentleman who served us and who seemed to be the owner. He was inadequately sarcastic and at the time of the bill, he tried to charge us more than necessary. In practice we asked to pay with the card and to share the bill in equal parts. A very simple thing was enough to make 186 pounds divided by the number of people we were: 9. He takes the calculator to do the calculation and while he was laughing and pretending he was dumb, he marked each of us with a different figure on the POS of one or two pounds. Luckily we noticed it right away and from that moment we entered the correct number on the POS .... It's absurd! Don't waste time in this place.

We went to Prezzo in Epsom early Sunday evening with the meerkat code. With a soft drink and a pizza each its a really cheap quick meal when you really don't fancy cooking. The pizzas are good and I like that they do offer a lighter option. We pretty much had the restaurant to ourselves due to the odd time we went so service was fast and good. I like the layout of this restaurant as you don't feel the tables are too close together, they also have large tables which are great for groups or families.

Easily the worst Prezzo I've been to. The staff had no clue what was going on, waiting times, or even the customers walking in and out of the restaurant cause of the complete lack of service or even presence of staff.

The first thing you experience at Prezzo is the restaurant which is very nice and spacious, always a good start (5/5).

From the moment of walking into the restaurant, the staff were so friendly and provided amazing service. The food was extremely good quality - especially the new balsamic and cheese garlic bread. Drinks are well priced. I would definitely recommend and go back as it is a great clean, friendly restaurant.

Food is fairly standard high street chain restaurant - perfectly decent to grab dinner out - but it's the staff who make it. Friendly, attentive but not pushy, and with a great bit of personality shining through to make it feel less like a generic Hugh street restaurant.

Food ok. A very limited bar selection. and that lady is dreadful. Up your game to at least a smile for the love of God .

Lovely meal on a Saturday night in prezzo with quick food and service. Our waitress for the night was Anna, who was a conscientious worker and nothing was too much trouble. Felt very looked after and valued as a customer.

Booked a table with a voucher via buyagift which was a present. Food was quick, nothing special -quite bland- which I’m glad we didn’t pay much for. There wasn’t a wait between courses which was fine for my inpatient toddler but I did feel a little rushed. The girls who was waiting on were so polite and attentive. The manager on shift on the other hand was vile. We watched from afar on how she constantly spoke to the staff like rubbish, nothing they did was okay for her. She had a white shirt, blue jeans and trainers on. Mid drift showing constantly so all we could see was her belly hanging out. She had a face like thunder the whole time and stood in the corner barking her orders. Absolute shame on her for treating her staff like that!

Hadn't booked but turned up at lunchtime 4 of us and was seated straightaway. Staff are so attentive and polite can't fault them. Sadly the pizza were on the bland side and lacking cheese along with the pasta. If I didn't have a discount would not be worth the price sadly. Don't think we would be returning as really not worth the cost and better more tasteful eateries local.

Never been to a Prezzo before, we came for lunch with our niece who visits regularly. It turned out to be a very good decision. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Really extensive menu and it was difficult to make a choice as it all sounded great, When we did make up our minds we were not disappointed, very tasty and well prepared meals with excellent service from our waitress. Good friendly atmosphere with the other diners clearly enjoying themselves. Very happy with our first experience of Prezzo and will be happy to revisit and recommend to others. Pricewise very reasonable.

We went for Father’s Day. The restaurant was really busy with not many staff working but the service was absolutely fantastic. We all really enjoyed ourselves, especially my dad who really got on with our waiter Erhan. Food was great, service was great. What more could you want, we will definitely be back again.

I recently visited Prezzo with my husband for Sunday dinner, we were extremely pleased with the quality of food and especially the service that we received from all the staff. The waitress Hannah was polite, made us feel welcome and helped us navigate our way through the menu as we were unsure on what to order. In the end we both went for the large pizzas which were delicious. We would both definitely go back to Prezzo for another visit .

We turned up as a walk in on bank holiday monday as wanted something reasonable after weekend away. ( Family of 4).

After coming here when it opened 3 years ago and being VERY disappointed with the whole visit, so glad we gave them a second chance today! Great experience from start to finish. This is our second visit recently and it did not disappoint, Anthony and all the staff are attentive,polite,helpful-I could go on , it is like visiting an independent Italian family restaurant . Everything we ordered was delious. This used to be the type of place we would pop into for a quick bowl of pasta before the cinema but will now be making a point of visiting for a lovely dinner out. Well done to all the staff for making prezzo Epsom stand out from the crowd!

I'm sat here right now. I had calamari for a starter and it was tasteless & boring. A half dried wedge of lemon and a small dish of pesto mayonnaise does not make up for clumps of flavourless battered squid. And the beetroot gnocchi did nothing to raise the spirits. That is massively overpriced. The most exciting thing about this visit was watching the parmigiana being grated over the gnocchi! It's not as though the place is busy at 1430 on a Tuesday.

Well how do I start the service in the Epsom Prezzo is absolutely amazing the server Anthony is one of the nicest waiters I’ve ever had & ive been to quite a few restaurants in the area. The food was beautiful & nice & hot . From the kids meals to a seafood risotto to a chicken & avocado salad. I actually live in Cheam but compared to the Epsom Prezzo the Cheam one leaves lots to be Desired. Can’t wait to go back say everything was just excellent.

This was for our family get together. Wow we were really impressed. Lovely warm welcome on arrival . The Food was really good, We King Prawns , Mushrooms , Mozzarella . Pasta and Risotto Lasagne for mains. The Porn Star Cocktails Fab . A really good dining experience . We will be coming back . All the staff wonderful

A cold Tuesday afternoon but a hearty bit of pasta. Popped in for a late lunch and enjoyed a quiet afternoon lull with some friends. Attentive staff, good coffee and tasty pizza and ravioli.

We had a fantastic dining experience at Epsom Prezzo. The food was of an excellence quality. The outstanding element of our visit was our waiter (Anthony) who was very customer focused. He was attentive, polite and he ensured that we were very well looked after. I would highly recommend Prezzo Epsom for the food and excellent waiter service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the restaurant was fairly quiet, as it was lunchtime, we felt well looked after.

We booked very late as had gone out for the afternoon - 5 adults and 5 children. Restaurant was quite busy. It took about half an hour before we were asked to place our order ! Staff were friendly but didn’t seem enough of them on duty , perhaps Sunday afternoon is normally quiet. There was only one chef in the kitchen until reinforcements arrived about an hour later.

Normally we love Prezzo, the Leatherhead one is really good. However, Epsom I wouldn’t recommend sadly. Our food arrived about 5 mins after we ordered and it was cold/lukewarm so either they didn’t microwave it for long enough or they had a bowl of it on the side and just ladled it onto the plate. The welcome was good when we arrived but no one asked if our food was ok. I would have sent mine back..the prawn and salmon risotto is normally a favourite of mine but not at Epsom. It’s a real shame but we won’t be going back.

Always love a Italian been to Prezzo a few times and love the food always tasty and staff are nice only thing which is not to do with anything they can help is that it was full so noisy hard to have a conversation with mates but managed did choose a busy time aswell but other then that a lovely place to eat will return for more occasions.

We have been to Prezzo a few times. Food has always been good but unfortunately service had been a bit hit and miss so we haven't been for a while. We decided to give it another try last night as it's local and reasonably priced. We are so glad we gave it another chance. Food was lovely as usual and the service was impeccable. Our waiter was a Turkish man, so helpful and friendly. One of our group is gluten free and he very kindly went through the gluten free options and answered all of her questions. Due to the improvement in service we certainly won't leave it so long to return next time.

10 of us went here for a birthday meal. The food was great. We had starters of garlic bread,stuffed baked mushrooms, òlives and tomatoe bruschetta. pizza Fiorentina,margherita spaghetti carbonara,lasagne,grilled chicken breast with creamy mushroon sauce.meatballs and pasta.house fries. We had deserts.salted caramel chocolate slice, honeycomb smash cheesecake,sticky toffee pudding,tiramisu and vanilla cheesecake and caramel. They were all good size pirtions. All the food was excellent. The service was fantastic staff were very friendly and very attentive.

I visited Prezzo for the first time and it wasn't great to be honest, the garlic bread was tasteless and undercooked which was surprising considering the time we waited for our food and to be served, it was not that busy for a Saturday night either.

This is only the 2nd time I’ve ever been prezzo and first for my husband, with friends we has a really lovely time - nice staff and atmosphere-plus the tesco club points really helped to bring bill down. , so had a drink too - important for us family watching the pennies the kids menu is FAnTAstic - cannot fault it at all . My daughter said best pudding ever when she had finished the Nutella wrap

Visited here last week with friends and children. Great service from start to finish. Very polite and efficient. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Lovely modern deco. We all agreed that we wouldn't hesitate to return.

Nicely friendly restaurant. Was there in a party of 12 for my mums birthday. Service was great, looked after the cake and brought it over when asked nicely displayed. The food was nice tasting and plentiful even for big eaters.

Came here with friends for dinner, the staff are great, we did have a misunderstanding on one of our orders, it was quickly resolved and overall we had a really good experience because the staff were so good and the Manager has to be the best we've seen in Epsom. We would come back based on the friendly and professional hospitality alone. The food was really good too!

Walked in for a pint around 1500. Smartly dressed to be looked down upon somebody who couldn't even string a sentence of English together.. was advised pub next door (only lived in Epsom 20 years ) clearly judging people . I'll stay away from prezzo Epsom. Plenty better places without voucher schemes enjoying my money . My opinion anyway

Overall it was a good dinner . I had been staying with friends in town and wanted to take them out for dinner as a 'thank you'. As we had kids in tow, we wanted something a little more upmarket but family-friendly and they mentioned that they hadn't tried this place yet; so we went.

The food was ok - I had a light pizza which was tasty and well presented - the manager looked after us although during our visit some youths threw eggs at the windows

Yesterday we had a dinner in prezzo. The food was great the candles on the tables made the atmosphere cosy. We've been served by a young lady I'm not sure if I spell her name right but it appeared on the bill Andi. She was very friendly direct and looked after us. We had a very good time there thanks for her and the team. I'm sure we going back again.

We had a nice family dinner. The food was lovely, good size of portions. The supervisor, Hungarian young lady managed the team very well. Friendly staff! I’m for sure we will visit back soon.

Everything was right. The staff were constantly on hand and gave us everything we needed. The food did not take long to prepare and it was perfect. We had two young children with us and was just what we needed to get them fed and on our way home.

We visited prezzo with friends last week. It was a busy day. Floor staff was very friendly and polite. They kept their eyes on us however they was busy and they worked hard to satisfy to people around us. Our food was good and delicious. I had Posh pepperoni pizza what looked great and was yummy. They served draught beer for. Great atmosphere nice and clean restaurant. I can recommend anyone who wants a nice Italian. We willing to came back soon. 5*

It was my first time dining with prezzo and I have to say that the experience went over my expectations. I had a penne gorgonzola and it was simply delicious: flavours were there! With no doubts you could feel the presence of dedication and love from whoever was the chef. Service from the waiter was incredible starting from greeting until the payment. Personal feedback: you should be proud of your kitchen for the amazing food they are sending. Well done.

Went to this restaurant on Friday the 17th to celebrate my birthday with a few friends. the service and food were amazing. Congratulations to Lili the manageress she was brilliant. I totally recommend this restaurant and I will definitely return.

Two of us bought Cinema tickets at 6.30 for 8 o’clock film went straight into Prezzo on a Monday evening and not very busy waited a long time to be asked what we wanted to drink and gave drink starters mains order at same time, eventually got our drinks and starters which were large and good, then waited and waited, eventually I stood up to say that we had to leave as it was already 8 and there was no sign of our food, those on a table near us that came in long after were being served, staff were disinterested offhand and tried to blame the chef for the bad service, also said they had advised us on arrival that it may be a long wait which they hadn’t as we knew we had a set amount of time and would have gone somewhere else.

Very nice place to pop in for a lunch, lovely food. Staff very friendly and good knowledge of food. I can highly recommend this place for lunches or good family time. 5* service in my opinion.

Last night the family decided to go for a meal at Prezzo rather than cook. The restaurant was not very full but the service was appalling. We were there for two and a half hours and watched as the chef raised his voice and spoke to the waitresses rudely. The washing up sat on the side until he ranted about having no plates! The waitress Lauren tried her best to please but the food sat on the side waiting to be handed over. The food was of good quality except that it was barely warm. People walked out as they waited too long for their food. We left before ordering desert and went to a lovely ice cream parlour opposite. We would definitely give this restaurant a miss in the future.

Epsom Prezzo was so different, definitely upgraded since our last visit. Good voucher offer too... a lovely good value tasty meal out

This is one of our stock, go to places pre cinema, food is consistently good and always helped by a coupon downloaded from voucher codes. Recommend the calamari and chicken breast but never been dissatisfied here.

Been going here for many years but have not been for a while. Glad I went back, first class service from the manager Antonia. Food tasted fresh and well prepared. Nice atmosphere. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Me and my friend visited The Epsom branch again yesterday and we received a very warm welcome and attentive service from Mustafa. He remembered us by first name and made us feel so special and welcome. Definitely recommend and we are definitely coming back soon!

I went to celebrate my sons 8th birthday, it was on a saturday evening and my boys both had great meals, staff were very nice and helpful, service with a smile. We would go back again.

My wife and I recently ate here for the first time. The food was nice and the service was good. We had the chargrilled chicken breast with mushrooms. We asked for baby new potatoes, which isn’t a side dish, but they were obliging. We would eat here again.

We have eaten at a number of Prezzo restaurants over the years and we were particularly disappointed with our meal. The starter - garlic pizza was very tasty and very garlic. The mains were disappointing - the pizza with chicken on it did not look as if the chicken had been properly cooked - the calzone pizza hardly had any filling. The salads tasted good and were fresh. The service was good and the food came quickly - however, we felt the meal was below par and will certainly try other branches.

I visited Prezzo in Epsom with my wife, who has a dairy allergy. The team at Prezzo put us at ease and explained the allergy menu to us. The service was swift. the food was good and the staff were attentive to our needs. Would recommend this restaurant for people with allergens who like Italian foods.

My friends and I visited for a birthday dinner. We have been to different prezzo restaurants in the past, however this one out does them all! The food was delicious and serverd promptly, and the team proved to be running an excellently tight ship! A special mention to Emily, our very attentive waitress, and more importantly, to Mostafa, who I assume is the manager, for welcoming us so warmly and friendly, dealing with a few of my fussy friends so professionally, and practically becoming our friend by the end of our evening. The birthday girl mentioned that we couldn't have chosen a better restaurant to celebrate her birthday. For a chain this is outstanding. Would definitely recommend!

Generally I like Prezzo and have visited many different ones over the last few years , but Epsom has to be the worst I have ever been to by a mile. Food was poor and service was shocking , rude and not interested. Staff standing around chatting , not interested in customers , customers complaining and did not seem to care. Food was dry , bland , cold and well over cooked . We will not be going back and after politely raising points to staff no one seemed to care or be interested. I was hoping this was a one off but friends also seem to have had same experience.

Sińce the last time we came here this płace has drastically improved. Clearly under new management. Food is more fresh and tasty. Service is impeccable and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed Our evening. 5/5 and more than what we expected from a chain restaurant. Definitely recommend!

We went to Prezzo Epsom for dinner one night. And we were served by a waiter named Steven. He was extremely warm and even talked to my young son about rugby. We all had pasta that night and were all fully satisfied. Steven truly made the experience better though. Would go again!

We had excellent service and advice from Mustafa yesterday evening. He took the time to talk to the chef about our meal and it turned out to be the pizza I have eaten in a long time. I tried the new carbon black Vesuvio and it was awsome.
