Brewers Fayre Haywain in Epsom and Ewell

Get breakfast early if not, and you're having the 'Full English then expect warm/cold shrivelled items, still edible, but nothing when you compare it to any other Brewers Fayre you’ve been to, continental offering was great. Also, not a dig, as I think it's the lacquer on the tables and not grime, but check your tables for 'tackiness.' Coffee is Lukewarm, so if you like a hot drink, get tea. Kirsty though was great, she was running around here, there and everywhere! Well done dude! Nothing was to much trouble and she made our dining experience great, all things considered!

So sad this place has closed. Came here regularly for good food at a good price. Staff members were always friendly and welcoming. We will miss you.

We had a lovely father's day lunch - carvery, mixed grill and veg lasagne. All the staff here are great and happy to help - especially George who made sure we had a great experience today. We'll certainly be back.

No brandy behind the bar so don’t expect a lovely after dinner tipple here. However you can purchase A couple of after dinner jagerbombs for £7 …nice !

My daughter became ill nearby the pub/hotel and had to leave her car in the car when admitted to hospital! Every single member of staff were 110% brilliant and an asset to your company! I don't bother with giving reviews much but this occasion deserves one Thank you Rick 🤗

7 meals over £100 Awful service, 2hr wait for food and then when it finally came out after many complaints it was substandard I have a dairy allergy and initially they sent me out the wrong meal with dairy on it Then tried to say that is what was ordered Never returning to there would not recommend

We’ve been to several Brewers Fayre breakfasts the past 6wks and this one is by far the best. The staff (Kelly & Steve) are super friendly, the place is clean and welcoming, food is fresh and kept well stocked. If we wanted to be really picky, the eggs were done slightly too much but still taste great. If you needed anything Kelly & Steve were more than happy to accommodate. We will definitely be coming again. Thank you for a really lovely experience.

I called in for lunch today with some friends, it was first class, the food was good, the drinks were perfect, and the staff were so helpful, Claire and Kirsty were on today, and were checking on everyone, as it got suddenly busy, but they were still able to attend everyone equally. Sue

Typical basic buffet food - all spread out and help yourself. Most of the ‘hot’ food was tepid. Even the coffee machine gave luke warm drinks. Children allowed to go up to the buffet alone and touch food…not hygienic Staff were welcoming and friendly

We have regularly visited the Haywain over the past couple of months and on every occasion have been more than satisfied with our dinner (and the reasonably priced bottle of wine!). The staff are really welcoming and make sure you are enjoying your meal and the occasion - last night we were served by Donna & Natalie, both true examples of good customer service. Each time we visit Epsom the Haywain is an essential stop for dinner.

Visited chessington world for my daughters 7th birthday and came to the Haywain brewers fayre for dinner. Such a lovely place with polite friendly staff. They even gave my daughter balloons, gifts and a card. The food was lovely, didn't have to wait long atall, the atmosphere is lovely and the people are polite and friendly. It's rare we go out for dinner and when we do the staff are usually quite rude and don't say much atall. But this place nothing is too much trouble, we would highly recommend to anyone in the area! We will most definately be back! Thank you to all the staff here you have made our evening and my daughters birthday very special.

The food and majority of staff were great, food was good value and all but one member of staff was friendly Sadly however that one member of staff took away from my happy experience of the haywain Claire was rude, with a bad attitude, inattentive to our needs (not asking if we would like sauce etc), I saw her on her phone during service which was very unprofessional However all over members of staff are incredibly friendly and provide amazing customer service It’s a shame that one member of staff let the team down!

8 of us meet weekly for dinner at The Haywain, Epsom, where there is a friendly atmosphere. The staff (especially Claire) are welcoming and the food is extremely good value for money. It’s basic ‘pub grub’ but it’s tasty and plentiful. There is ample car parking which is free as long as you remember to log your car registration on entry.

We come regularly and never had a bad meal. Nothing is too much. Highly recommend the roasts and breakfast. Lovely staff!

We are regular visitors at this place for there superb breakfast!! Not only is the breakfast value for money, cooked beautifully and plenty to chose from, but the regular staff - James, Kelly & Kirsty are all amazing. They work really hard to clean up after people leave stuff everywhere. They are always busy and very helpful. I'm passionate about giving praise when praise is deserved, these three are hard working and are really lovely. James's friendliness and nothing is too much to ask for attitude is exceptional. He really is a star employee. We love our time there and these three definitely make it even better experience for us.
