The best restaurants in Dover South East

Really quaint place and breakfast was good. Done to order and good sized portions. They have a veggie breakfast on the menu. Lovely staff and made very welcome. Recommend it for families, couples. Parking on site.

What a shame the current owners have run this lovely French deli into the ground. The stock is minimal and most of it isn't French. Used to be a wonderful place, but sadly it is no longer. It looks uncared for and unloved. I won't be coming back.

It is simply the best Chinese food in Deal and needs to be recognised as such.. The salt and pepper squid is a good litmus test for ANY Chinese and the PP’s is great ..This is great advice so test it! !!

I meant to write this review, but forgot. We have returned a few times since my last post, I can not praise you enough. We all have blips, but after 3 or 4 deliveries, you certainly live up to your name. A very happy customer.

We had a lovely brunch, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was really nice and fairly priced- there’s a lovely outdoor area too x

Great breakfast freshly cooked and friendly pleasant staff good clean toilets with good handwash / dry facilities good parking right outside the door cafe is imediatly on the left as you come into the stonar estate.

A good place to eat and drink. A very old pub with a friendly lively atmosphere. Serving food constantly to the outdoor terrace, which was a good sign. All meals looked lovely with very decent portions. We can recommend ham egg and chips. Plus, the special spicy crispy crab cakes were very tasty and not too hot. We added chips, but one would have been plenty for two! Locals were using the pub, which is always a good sign.

Really tasty pizzas but chips and nuggets were a bit soggy and only just warm. Prefer nice crispy chips, they tasted ok but could be better.

This place really is up there as one of the nicest pubs in Deal, a perfect all-rounder. Traditional and welcoming, you can find yourself a nice cosy table or stand at the bar for a chat. Good selection of drinks and lovely food. Off the beaten track, so not overcrowded; really worth a visit!

Very nice and comfy rooms. The pub has friendly staff and patrons. And the backdrop is beautiful and calm rolling hills with sheep and goats across the street.

The food was flavorless, cold and so expensive for such poor quality food!

Visited our best friend's in Tilmanstone and decided to have a curry. Wasn't sure what to expect but ordered a variety of popular dishes and the lady was lovely. Food arrived as predicted and was nice and hot and I would have to say it was lovely and if u knew me I am a very very fussy bugger! Thank you guys and you will definitely hear from us again.
