Outrageous price of coffee. Small latte £4.60. How much would a large have cost? I try and support local but never again at them prices. No wonder no one else was in the shop.

The phenomenal standard and the delight of this shop has plummeted. Since the BON VIVEUR ,Rob left its demise has gone down and down . Have visited before , no French . Selections have shrunk . The end come as we approached a dishevelled man was leaning within the doorway and appeared to be smoking which put us off completely .A real shame.

I try to limit my visits to 'one per week'. Great selection of cheeses and tarts, breads. An emporium

Two women in there took 10mn for one of them to do 2 coffees and took more than 10mn for the other one to cut 5 bits of cheese and she was sweating all over everything she was cutting. None of them were welcoming either No name shop in Deal feels like its going down hill since the change of ownership. How difficult is it to reply with a simple hello from a customer entering your shop? Hardly anything fresh in this place sadly.

Very helpful staff, they patiently checked ingredients for a food allergy. Delicious pastries. Lots of lovely cheeses.

We stumble across this deli while mooching about Deal on a wet afternoon looking for something quick for dinner. The owner and assistants were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and attentive offering advice on the selection available. For a small shop the range of cheese and charcuterie was amazing and such good quality. The C-19 measures in place were commendable as well. Will hopefully visit again before our holiday ends and definitely when we are next in the area.

We found this venue by accident - after visiting Parish Church immediately opposite. Staff made us welcome straightway. Rustic atmosphere to the tables - & a good toilet upstairs. Our scones were home-made & hot.

Had an excellent lunch in the bistro upstairs and completed the visit by buying some cakes to take away. Wonderful cake, friendly unhurried service. Shop has a real charm to it. Simply lovely.

Whatever you need you'll find it here. The service is excellent - being disabled he came out to my car to serve me. Not many places do this!!

Sister to the No Name in Sandwich ,not as big but infinitely more friendly . Rob an extremely delightful man .Phenomenal knowledge on the French delicatessen products stocked ,especially cheese and baked on the premises breads . The Rye baguettes the best in the UK , using French ingredients. I do the 120 mile round trip for them they are that good ! . Rob lets me try out my very bad French much to both amusement. There are now three delis in Deal ,No Name the first and by far the best . Large car park nearby and some on street too . Very small shop front ,so look out for 110 High Street Deal CT14 6EE .
