Arrived on a motorcycle like we have many times before. There was nowhere to park on the gravelly uneven carpark, which can be quite dangerous at slow speeds when maneuvering a large motorcycle. I parked alongside my friend on another bike just on the edge of the grass area where caravans park. We were told to move as it was a camping area only. To be honest no one else would have parked or camped there. I think it was purely a anti motorcycle thing. The manager didn't even have the nerve to tell us herself, leaving it to a waitress. I declined movi g and went to a different local cafe. After going many times, recommending to others who have gone there, I will not be returning . Made to feel very unwelcome.

What a find! Great coffee and friendly staff. Extensive seating inside and out set in such a peaceful environment. Will definitely return for lunch. A network of paths wander around the lakes - sadly not suitable for a wheelchair.

Definitely not what we were expecting, very pleasant establishment within very nice surroundings, cafe tastefully decorated and provides both indoors and covered outdoors seating, very welcoming and very polite staff. Breakfast was top quality and the sausages were outstanding, very reasonably priced. Well behaved dogs welcome with an off lead dog walking area provided.

Just off the A257, worth setting your satnav for. Friendly helpful staff, freshly cooked breakfast/brunch at very fair prices (enormous omelettes!), and if you overdo it then go for a wander around the lakes to walk off the excess.

We visited with family and everyone was really impressed! They had run out of a few items, but we went in after a very busy bank holiday weekend. The staff were very cheerful and friendly, the service was nice and fast and the food was really tasty and good value. This will definitely be a regular stop off now. Highly recommend it 😊

We found out about this cafe from a friend and what a find . This is off the Ash Road on the right hand side from Sandwich towards Ash. They have inside seating and outside and a lovely walking area around the site . The menu is very well priced with lots of choice and cooked fresh to order . Highly recommended for families and they also have a campsite in the same area. Today we had breakfast omelette and beans and scrambled egg on whole meal bread

We called in here for breakfast. It is in a beautiful location, with a dog walk right next to it. The staff were charming and the breakfast was filling, very tasty and well cooked. The service was also very quick in spite of there being a lot of customers. There was also a lovely outside seating area, along with patio heaters. We will certainly return!

The sun was shining so we decided to try Whitemills Kitchen for an Al fresco lunch. My husband and I had the chicken and ribs sharer and it was stunning. Succulent juicy ribs and chicken with corn, coleslaw and a large bowl of fries and all washed down with a nice cold glass of wine. The staff are excellent and we really enjoyed watching the wakeboarding. We will definitely return.
