Direct Pizza Company in Dover

Direct Pizza is the only pizza place we order from. They are funny on the phone and remember you. The food us hot , fresh and delivered fast. If there is an issue (ie I order a bbq base pizza and sometimes they get it wrong BUT they are amazing and send fresh one out to you immediatly, and without question. I highly recommend this little family based takeaway.

Absoutely awful, paid 17quid on a sunday deal and pizza was as flat as a pancake hardly anything to it, might aswell have just put cheese in the box.Hardly any toppings, toppings missing from the description. Rude customer service. Wont be ordering again.

We had a bad meal from here previously but decided to give it ago again only as my girlfriend is not a fan of dominos but I love them so anyway ordered food turned up cold and short of nuggets my girlfriend call to complain only to be passed to a manager who first laughed at her then told her she was wrong and she got what she ordered won't be using again

We often order from Direct pizza. First off we live quite a way away and they STILL deliver to us which is brilliant. Secondly, the pizza is fab. They really don't skimp on the toppings, so much so that sometimes it's hard to pick up a piece 😂. They are really indulgent pizzas, and are so so good. Our family would highly recommend!

A decent pizza place all fairly priced. They do seem a bit greasy but stacked with cheese so goes down a treat.

We have been customers for years, but our last few orders have been done incorrectly. Tonight we ordered and the member of staff on the phone was very rude, ordering a pizza was made into the most difficult task! And we didn't appreciate being referred to as 'mate'. We ended up cancelling the order and going elsewhere! Such a shame, as the pizzas were always so good.

Yep there is the main brands out there but this independent on Mill rd ... not far from where I live is in my view the best in Town. Very reasonably priced and the pizza delivery or collection is great for anyone Pizzas are lush

Don't judge a book by its cover. This place looks like a very typcial residential street takeaway. However, the pizzas really are good (they're pretty much in the style of the big chain takeaway pizzas) and excellent value too, particularly on collection.

Have been a customer for about a year. Have always had a delivered meal. The food has always been tasty and delivered well within the timescale given on the phone. A good solid take away for reliable food.

Was rude when I tried to ring them through the minicom, wasn't paying attention when I was putting in an order. In the end he did give as requested. Though the quality was good.

My eldest son who lives in Deal recommended this place to us and I thought their Pizza would taste just like the mediocre affairs that you find in Kebab shops (is it just me or is Kebab shop pizza always disappointing?). Anyway, my son was right, the Pizza here is FANTASTIC! I've used it three times now and find the Pizza has plenty of toppings, always tastes great, is good value and the staff are friendly and helpful. What's not to like? Grab some great Pizza :-)

Every time we get a take out we choose direct pizza so you can say being 5 miles away quite the local.... It's funny how there food works one day it's great the next it's not.... It feels to me as if the care put into the food on one day to the next differs . We always have burgers that can be fresh and tasty... Occasionally ......... Most of the time it's soggy buns or under cooked pizza that we asked to have bacon on and got some rather mushy stuff instead we could recognise the other ingredients on the pizza but there was no bacon in sight we wont buy no more. Chicken wings are tasty but undercooked a little. But we still return given the fact that they make good food on a good day .. Maybe they have different chefs for different days ? Maybe stick to just the good chef 👍
