Best Chinese in dover. Lovely chicken curry. Best chicken balls. Half portions available on whole menu. Shame they don't deliver but well worth the journey to go to collect it.

We love this takeaway BUT this was truly dreadful asked for satay chicken sauce separate nope all in together Cold prawn toast Completely over cooked spring rolls Tasteless chow mien Complained to be told replace chow me in but tough on rest Plus ordered 5pm as my daughters had a film to get too BUT told 5.25 ready and it wasn’t ready till 5.40 So so disappointed

When I found this takeaway I knew that this was the one! Six years later and I cannot fault the service. Excellent chefs, great choice of dishes, and very reasonably priced. I order enough for two days, only because the portions are large and I am quite greedy! The young and very friendly counter staff are always so polite and attentive. Thanks Fang! Oh, and the won ton soup is outstanding (Phil!)

Absolutely terrible, all the food was overcooked and extremely salty. Beef curry was salty with no flavour, rice overcooked and the pork balls were just sausage meat with no flavour at all and soggy batter. It was like they had just cut up a small amount of a sausage and put some batter round it. The small amount that was eaten made my partner sick. We will never visit this place again

Not up to usual standards we ordered after we finished work just a house special fried rice and prawn toast tasteless and stoggy so disappointed

Phone order and price confirmed at tine of order. On collection price had increased. They had then blamed the customer for changing the order. If this happens to you walk away. Wish I had, the extra salt and finger nail was not very original. Do not accept/remember your statutory rights. Plenty off choices within the area.

Called 3 mins after they opened to place our order and was told 6pm collection I accepted this as its xmas eve and expected it to be busy. My wife on her way home went in to collect at 6 and at 645 was still waiting!!! I called to complain and was disgusted how this was handled and was told "they were busy and clearly the tickets had been messed up" The manager refused to take the call or deal with the situation. The food when we finally sat down too was disgusting! 2 dishes weren't what we ordered!! It were over cooked and dry. Safe to say they wont be getting another order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Once again excellent service and piping hot delecious food, at a reasonable price. If I had a negative point it would be that they don't deliver.

I never normally enjoy Chinese food but a friend introduced me to this place and it is incredible. The staff are great to talk to and really funny. The food is way above par and the portion sizes are very generous for the price. Would recommend to anyone and everyone

Exactly as the title says, “One Of The Best” Delicious food everytime i have ordered and very fast waiting time. Such a shame they do not deliver though, that is the only draw back.

We always get good service here. The food is fresh and cooked in front of you (if you order on site). Reasonably priced and there are meal deals.

Came last weekend with a friend and our children. The food was lovely, the waiters were very friendly. The only reason I wouldn't give it one more star is simply because they were spraying bleach to clean the tables but it was really strong and it put me and my friend off our food. I understand they have to clean but it was very strong. Overall great food and pudding

Realmente quería algo chino el otro día, por desgracia, no sé qué y uno de sus empleados me ayudaron con la compra algo de comida sabrosa (tenía algunas sugerencias). ! Dijo que su nombre era Olivia, acabo de decir que me encantó su habilidades de servicio al cliente, 100% volvería!

Finalmente encontramos un sitio chino lo más definitivamente volveremos de nuevo. Después de que nuestro favorito 1 propietarios cambiado hemos estado tratando todos los locales tratando de encontrar una decente para llevar. Después de leer las críticas de aquí, probamos el oriental express y encontrar qué era. Caliente, porciones generosas y absolutamente deliciosa comida sabrosa. Incluso resultó más barato que la mayoría de los lugares en los que he probado.

Well worth the wait, the food was hot and very delicious, even better than I have expected; Good value for money and also pleased with their services. I will definitely go back and order more from them next time.

Para llevar ordenados desde aquí el domingo por la noche! Así estamos seguros de que no volveremos a hacer! Todo lo que pedimos estaba incomible. La cantidad de sal en cada plato era insoportable! A pocos boca completa y que quería ir y beber una bañera de agua vale la pena! Gracioso. El plato salado era la menos sal y chili costillas! Cómo funciona? ? ? ? ? ?

Por favor, toma mi consejo y evita este lugar ... Las comidas que pedimos estaban empapados en aceite, insípida y sosa. El Chow Mein grasosa y los fideos eran todos enganchado como y empapada de mushing en aceite, piezas de pollo era oscura y la carne parecía que había sido pegados a la parte inferior de la sartén durante una hora!

After many people suggesting this place.i thought id try it for myself.i wasnt disapointed.nor was i impressed.just average.the food was hot.and the staff were friendly but the food was just as the rest of dover takeaways are.ill stick to my local from now on

This is easily the best Chinese takeaway in Dover by far!!! The food is cooked professionally in front of you and the staff are all very pleasant. Very clean and very tasty food, with the portion sizes ample. I have been going to the Oriental Express for about a year now and have never been disappointed. Excellent value for money and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for a takeaway!!

We were told about this place by friends and have not changed places since... That was 2-3 years ago. This is by far the best Chinese takeaway in the area, it's always busy, the phone staff are polite and the food always comes out piping hot. I've not had a bad meal from here, otherwise I would change and try other places. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Although small, you can see your meal being cooked. Don't be put off by the location as this is a good take-away and is very popular. Park in Aldis car park at the rear and cut through a short alley.

Best Chinese takeaway I've ever had. The food's cooked fresh in front of you, the staff are lovely and helpful and the portions are very decent. Place looks clean but it's a bit tiny which is no problem if it's takeaway but if you wanna eat in, the space is limited.

I've been looking for a decent Chinese take away for a while - now I've found it! Fast service, good variety, and no hint of horrible monosodium glutamate! Singapore spicy chow mein especially good. I will return!

I admit I had already read the reviews before deciding to try this takeout. Can not fault it. Food was cooked to order in front of me, prices were good, and the place looked clean. One of the better Chinese meals Ive had. The meals for one and two are also good value.

Probably the best quality chinese takeaway in Dover,it's a shame they do not deliver that is the only negative,they are always friendly ,the food is superb,you watch them cook it in front of you in a clean kitchen ,and they always offer a free drink ,highly recommended

One of the few take away's in the area to offer dumplings on the menu. Have always liked the food, friendly service, open plan so you can see your food being cooked and can be assured about hygiene.

Family and friends suggested we try this Take Away for a recent family get together. Was first impressed by the Staff who were very helpful in fact they bothered to phone us back with a further suggestion. The food was ready in under 15 mins we ordered a lot. The food was delicious all freshly cooked have not had better anywhere. A complimentary bottle of Coke for the kids as well. Please give these guys a go if your in Dover area you will be pleased you did.

After reading a review on here and seein it has 5 stars in hygiene I thought I would try this Chinese the staff that worked there was really friendly u could watch the food bein cooked ın the kitchen the food was spot on will def be using this as my local now

Fantastic Chinese takeaway, easily the best in Dover! The kitchen is right behind the counter and you see the food being prepped and cooked while you wait. Great food, great prices.
