It was the first time I have dined there and we stumbled upon this fine eatery on a day out to Deal from London. Great food. Very friendly staff and a very charming atmosphere to top it all. I would recommend Hey Hey to anyone wanting Authentic Chinese/ Malaysian food when visiting the area.

We had a brunch buffet at Bella Italia. Today was the first time they were trialling this.. Everything on the menu was delicious, lots of nonveg options. For a vegetarian, little lesser options, but the chef baked a fresh veggie pizza to make up for it, and that was really nice. Sandwiches, pastries, and actually everything we tasted was awesome, even cappuccino !!! Service was good too , we all enjoyed 🤩 Highly recommended 👌 👍

Coffee looks like they forgot to put the coffee in and doesn’t even taste of coffee , need to change supplier or install a new machine

Love this place. There is no bar. Sit at a table, the changing range of available ales are indicated on the wall and they are brought to you by table service. All ales were well kept. It’s quite small and very sociable.

Very good. Nice, clean, and well-maintained. Excellent breakfast. Due to its geographical location, they're likely a frequent visitor to France, and this is evident in the food served (more cheese, croissants, and grapes). If I have to find a flaw, let's say that while there's more than one elevator, they're difficult to access, except for the one in the lobby across from reception. This means that going up and down (it has four floors) requires some waiting. Otherwise, it's fantastic. In my case (room 400), the view of the English Channel is unbeatable.

Stopped here for lunch but a little disappointed. Had the curried cauliflower soup which tasted like a bowl of curry sauce heated up and my husband had a burger which was very bland. I found it expensive for the portion size. I have heard good reviews about the dinner menu so may try again in the evening.

I had a call from Asda to tell me the driver was in such a rush he left without picking up all of my shopping & to let him know to go back for it. When the driver arrived and I told him this he was extremely rude & aggressive to me told me it wasn’t his problem they only have him one bag and refused to go back to collect the rest of my shopping take it up with just eat…I called asda back spoke to a lovely man who personally came and delivered the rest to my door. Drivers behaviour was discusting
