Only given 1 star because you have to. Eaten from before and enjoyed so thought would go back as food is cheap and good portion size. I ordered a burger and got home to eat it and opened the box and had a fly dead in the box and another still alive. Made me feel sick at the thought of the insect in my food. I took food back to the shop and there were 100 of the flys on light with door open and no electric fly catcher in the front so the fly can freely fly on your food. Will never eat from here ever again.

Our favourite takeaway. The owner always listens to our comments and is extremely polite. Love the rice, even the new one. If you want hot, tasty food then this is the place to go. Will always be our favourite takeaway :)

The fried chicken is "ok". It's like the frozen pieces you can get from Iceland, there is nothing special about it. It's not a patch on KFC. But, it was cheap and filling.

The magnum meal was lovely and the workers are so sweet.

food was freezing cause delivery driver came on an electric scooter which shouldn't be aloud due to how long it would take him and that e scooters are not allowed

Excellent food as always. Delivered hot and fresh. Always takes notice of any notes that are written and always does exactly what the note says. Most definitely are favourite place to order from. Friendly drivers :)

Food wasn't great, dry chips and greasy lukewarm chicken. Quick and polite service but KFC is nicer and isn't that much dearer in all honesty.

It's OK food, the food prices have gone up a lot in the last few months, only other problem was the wait for the food, I like fresh cooked food but we waited nearly 25 mins in the end.

Taste is really good and the staff is very polite and friendly. Their spicy wings are really yummy(must try) and finally about their chips crunchy exterior and a light interior.

Best place for there chips and beans! The bin! Ordered through just eat. Decided I'd call them as beans and chips where cold, they said "it was not cold' told them to come round themselves and they can check they said they'll make up to me next time, told them that's my dinner so want sorted now or leaving bad review and he said OK leave bad review

Not sure 1 star is even worth it tbh, only reason for the 1 is because you have to give one, and the portion sizes are decent, however, food was soggy, cold and bland tasting, and the workers and I'm assuming owner (although only speculation) was far from professional, i rarely put bad reviews, but my god, the rudeness, safe to say that the last day of visiting friends and family in my home town was cut short by the food poisoning I received as a result of ordering from there, for the people who work there to turn around and say there was nothing wrong with their food, 1st rule of good customer service, the customer is always right, you don't argue with a customer, I work retail as well, so even I know that, all I wanted was acknowledgement, not a refund, but just to make them aware that they may have has a bad batch of chicken or something, not to just be verbally attacked. Won't be going back on my next visit.

So like this ... I give one star, because ... there were a lot of fries, but they were dry, it was because I called the company. They told me they would equip the food in 50 minutes. I got it in 2 hours and 25 minutes. Everything was dry. I was hungry, but I did not eat anything. Shame on you. I ordered the number 4.Tennessee FAMILY special. For 18.99. And I got dried French fries 4 times, without anything ... Not even salt was there. Times chicken fillets that were pungent, and they shouldn't have been at all ??? Then 4 wings pungent, which were previously only pungent, enveloped, bones. And two chicken burgers with brioche, burge, burger sauce and nothing ... No vegetables! And twice 1/4 pounder with brioche, some minced meat, dill sauce and about three strips of iceberg lettuce. Well, so I don't blame them ... So I got 1.5 liters of Pepsi. But in the leaflet they have delivery in 40/50 minutes. I'm giving one star, just so I can write this review.

The attendant, the big guy looked angry because I went to the eating place to order something. I waited a long time before he came to me. He didn't answer my good afternoon , neither did he thank me for my purchases or say goodbye. What is this approach to the client? Very unpleasant experience, I will never buy anything there again.

Fantastic offers at times and really tasty chicken burgers, in fact exactly like Mac chicken burger but twice the size.

Ordered many times often over £30 orders never had a problem till tonight . Most of the food was cold and the lettuce in my sons burger was old and grey the colour of old caramelized onions . Phoned up to inform them and was shouted at called a liar and hung up on. Disgusting service from what I thought previously to be a good restaurant . Avoid at all cost .

This place is one of my favourite fast (ish) places to go, unless my partner wants something different. The staff have always welcomed me, as they recognise me; even in town. Whilst the service is good, there can be a wait for the food. This doesn't effect my rating, as I understand they may be busy. The food is delicious, and better than two similar fast food places in town. Pricing is very fair indeed.

Had the chicken and ribs today for the first time . Can't recommend them enough. Much nicer than a more well known brand. Will definitely be coming back.

I honestly wouldn't bother, walked in bought some hot wings got in the car, took a bite and it was like warm and greasy. Working in the food industry i know it's totally unacceptable to be holding food at such a low temperature. Don't waste your money as the guy argued it was normal temperature, he did refund me however .

I very rarely order chicken from anywhere other than KFC but I was incredibly impressed with this place. Placed an order on just eat and got a delivery estimate for roughly one hour later. The food turned up after forty minutes and was piping hot. It tasted absolutely fantastic. The delivery driver also read our notes on the order about finding the house (awkward to see from the road). My only minor complaint is that we ordered a large bucket and received one small mayo and one small BBQ sauce and would have appreciated more. Will definitely use again.
