Taco Bell in Dover

My taco was covered In mould. I’d eaten half 😂 Lad behind counter was very friendly before / after but wouldn’t have minded a refund 🤢

The young lady who was serving at the time we visited was extremely rude. She didn’t smile or say hello/goodbye at all when giving us our orders and when calling out our numbers, shoved our bags on the side and walked back into the kitchen before we had even collected. My chicken was also room temperature, the shop wasn’t too busy so I don’t know what went on in the kitchen. However it wasn’t all staff who acted this way, we did get served by a young man who was polite, it was just this one lady who gave the shop a bad vibe.

I'm very fussy but food was delicious and for a good price. It wasn't very clean, but not very dirty either. Worthy to come. 5*

Customer service is terrible barely anyone in here and took me 10 mins to order a normal taco workers were chit chatting about moving house instead of comming to take orders food is good but service is not good

Food was nice but nothing was labelled. Had a mixture of spicy and plain food for different people but all looked the same.

First time having Taco Bell outside of the United States. It’s very similar with some small differences. One thing we don’t have is the carmel churros and they were very tasty! The seasoned fries were unbelievably good as well. The tacos aren’t super full but were pretty good. The service is very kind too. The lady at the counter was very sweet to us and if this wasn’t so far from home we’d probably come back lol. Id recommend it to the locals or any travelers. Especially travelers just to see the differences. Sad there was no Baja Blast or Diablo sauce lol poor Dover people don’t know what they are missing.

I use to love Taco Bell was always packed now it’s always dead didn’t get why so grabbed some food as had a free meal and found out later that night when was violently sick for about 8 hours now I’ve had salmonella before an it was horrible but e-coli what you get from beef is 50x as bad never had food posing like it staff friendly but my guess is food is days old or was in my case meal was brought at 12.30 midday so hadn’t been open long but wouldn’t recommend eating there surly don’t have grate food safety knowledge

Chips were days old, dry, chewy, sunken in. Do better!

Staff were friendly. Food was pretty poor but at least it was cheap. Emergency food only.

I've eaten in and used just eat and both times were absolutely fine. The food was obviously colder when it's delivered so I'd recommend to sit in if possible for a better experience, we do enjoy the food and would recommend to others.

Lost its shine a bit, measly portions and better for a quick bite than a meal to fill.up on...the cheese sauce for the tacos also comes out of a squeeze pot which just seems wrong. Why can't it be melted cheese rather than imported American plastic?

Got a delivery but was stone cold when it arrived, I'd watched the driver on the tracking and he came directly from the store to my place so he must have been given cold food to begin with as he was actually really quick getting to mine so wasn't the drivers fault and definitely the store to blame

Some food ok some not. Chips are nice but you don’t get many, taco’s are not worth the money at all a 5 year old could make a better one. Quesadilla’s are shocking. A few just eat orders they have missed items, staff are nice though always smiling

Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Bewertungen. Aber das war so schlecht, dass man die anderen Leute warnen muss. Wenn Sie hier essen, dann riskieren Sie einen Durchfall. Alles dreckig was dreckig sein kann... Boden, Tische, Tabletts, Toilette. Das Essen sah so schlecht aus, dass ich es zurückgeben musste. Die Verkäuferin war extrem unfreundlich. Statt sich zu entschuldigen, hat Sie mir gesagt ich solle den Laden verlassen, wenn es mir nicht schmecke. Das Geld wurde bei Bestellung sofort von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht. Auf die Rückerstattung warte ich bis heute noch, seit einer Woche. Taco Bell hat jetzt einen Kunden weniger und ich werde meinen Freunden abraten dort zu essen.

After having 2 good experiences with this restaurant through just eat we decided to have it again only to be completely disappointed this time. Our food still hadn't arrived over an hour later so we rung twice (no answer the first time...) only to have a young women answer and sound like she couldn't be bothered with the whole situation... No apologies at all and was told our food was still waiting for a driver. We decided to go and pick it up ourselves to find the restaurant shut and someone cleaning. Had to knock to find out what was going on. Other staff had left without letting us know that our food was still sat on the side waiting and was told to get hold of just eat because there is nothing they could do. Got the food home to find it stone cold and inedible... Utterly appalled with taco Bell this time...

Wenn ich null Sterne geben könnte, würde ich es tun. Unglaublich schlechter Service. Die Tische dreckig und größtenteils nicht aufgeräumt. Nur 2 Kunden im Laden und dennoch hat man keine Tabletts mehr für uns. Die seien dreckig und ich soll aus der Tüte am Tisch essen. Als ich darauf bestand hat Sie mir widerwillig 3 so ein wenig sauber gemacht. Als wir das Essen bekamen sah es aus wie der letzte Rest aus der Küche. Aber es war ja noch 3 Stunden geöffnet... also alles zurück gegeben und woanders lecker essen gegangen. Sorry Leute, nie wieder Taco Bell!

De toiletten waren hélemaal niet proper! De burrito en de quesadilla waren maar voor de helft gevuld. Vooral droge wrap gegeten dus. Niet tevreden. Service weinig over te zeggen. Er waren touchpads om te bestellen. Geen contact gehad met de werknemers.

Typical fast food chain but really enjoyed the tacos here. Loved the fact that while the kids ate, we had a keto option (chicken taco) which helped stay on track diet wise. The staff were friendly but service was slow. The place was well air-conditioned, plenty of tables and very clean.

Food and fries wearn't good been to other tacos in the UK this is the worst taco I've eaten. Chelmsford Taco bell is the best one food was better and good taste. Dover is not the one.

We love Mexican but unfortunately not impressed with this. It is fast food however so maybe we were expecting too much. My husband asked for none of the chili sauce (it was the girl at the tills suggestion) but one came without chilli sauce & the other came with!! Very small fries but OK. The chese flatbread thing was awful, tasteless and just horrible! I think it's just cheap fast food do you pay for what you get. It's not for us. On another note the lass at the till was really helpful & knew her stuff. Gave me lots of options when I asked a question. I should have asked her name as it would have been good for her to get some praise. We were in just before closing time on Wednesday (02/08) so if that helps to get her some recognition for excellent service then that would be good.

The lad behind the desk was very helpful. We had never been before. The meal for 2 was varied with tacos, burrito and a another wrap folded differently. He made it sound lovely. The burrito was tasty. Was very disappointed with the tacos, even the emoji picture of a taco has more mince filling. There was a millimetre of mince topped with salad. Very poor. And then the other thing, no it'll sound like I'm droning. Let's just say it definitely is not for us and we will not be going again. My Granddaughter on the other hand loves it. Lol

Great range of food, surprisingly large range of plant based options as well. Dining experience in house was not as great sadly. Very reasonable prices though.

I asked for crispy chicken combo , but they give not what I asked.

Couldn't find anywhere clean to sit. Ordered food and the person wearing blue gloves was preparing food, handling money and serving people all with the same gloves. Asked for cups for the drinks machine and said person handed cups to me with the dirty gloves and put mince and grease on the inside of my cups. Food was cold, greasy, bland and textureless. Seasoned fries were ok. I love the consistency and value of all the other fast chains but this was one of the worst takeaway experiences I've had fir a long while. Serious improvement needed.

For at least 2 days this taco bell has been out of ice for drinks. They say the machine is broken. Fix it !!!

This place is ok but nothing special

Belly ache straight after I finished the food, got there at 8 pm and couldnt sit down and eat my food as i was told by the staff that its take away only,even though the place is open till 10 pm. Food was luke warm and not fresh despite being the only customers. Waste of time and money. Definitely not the way you run a successful business

Food is good but I recommend Churros with caramel.

The food was OK. It is cheap and tastes fine. The crispy taco shells are the nicest. Staff we pleasant and served as quickly as they were able. We visited at 18.00ish it was quiet and one side of the restaurant had been shut off. This made it feel like it was closing up, but I am sure it is open later than that. The place was clean. There was a steady flow of takeaway customers. A nice change from McDonald's no worse, no better.

The taste was not great, no flavor and definately does not fill you up.But some of the food was ok but ive had better

Food is ok, staff don't seem to be bothered, feels run down but hasn't been open that long, not my first choice for an evening out but ok if you want something quick before cinema, love the cinnamon twists though

This was our 1st visit to Taco Bell for myself and my son and I wasn't overly impressed. The hand sanitiser container by the front door was empty, we placed our order to eat in and when it was ready it was bagged up to take out, which wasn't really a big deal but when we unwrapped our meals the size of the portion of fries was disappointing as we had gone large. My son enjoyed his tacos but wasn't a fan of the coating on the fries. I had ordered the crispy chicken burrito with tomato,cheese and sauce. The chicken was crispy and the sauce was tasty but I couldn't taste any tomato or cheese. The general cleanliness of the restaraunt area was poor. There were 4 members of staff on duty but there were dirty tables, the floor needed sweeping and the bins were overflowing. As far as value for money goes, I'm likely to stick with KFC as I get more in their meal deals for the same price.

We came here knowing what to expect in terms of food. Does what it says on the tin... It was pretty empty, as usual. It took TWENTY FIVE minutes to get our food. Depressing venue, quiet enough for my autistic friend with me. Can't be bothered to write more, just wanted to moan about how slow the staff are.

Place is run by kids, but they're "on point!" Always polite, civil, and get the job done quickly. The food is freshly prepared, arrives at the counter warm, is always delicious, and well presented. To order your food, there's instore self-service touch screens, the App on your mobile devices, and the old school counter service. Be mindful, however... they do not accept cash in the Dover branch. There is a reasonable sized seating area in the restaurant. However, they don’t offer any table service in any shape or form. Being critical, it's a little soulless in the atmosphere. That all said, it is again very nicely decorated and the cleaning schedule is very much working.

What can I say not to clean service shocking they where to busy talking to each other then serving tables not clean food cold not good maybe the staff where having a bad day but I defo will not be going back for the money it cost for not so good food sorry hope this don't put people off to much just that day wasn't good

Ordered through just eat on delivery half the order was not in the bag the main meal items. On calling the restaurant I was told basically that even though the staff are unable to pack the correct food in the bag I must wait a week for just eat to correct the order and issue a refund then a polite F Off.. not impressed with the service and the manager was clueless a local takeaway would of been able to resolve the issue... absolutely speechless kids now starving thanks taco bell

Good service, good food and reasonably priced.

Decided to pop in here on Valentine's, the place was empty at 2pm, the food was hot, super tasty, and all ingredients as fresh as they could possibly be. Paid around £10 for a meal and a burrito so very reasonably priced too! Staff were smiley and friendly. Toilets were clean, so very impressed!

We had an issue while ordering through just eat where only half of our order was delivered, phoned Taco Bell to see if they could help and the manager offered to replace the missing items for free if we re-order and phone her back with the order number so she could add them to the bag, we re-ordered the missing items and attempted to phone back as instructed, Taco Bell staff ignored all phone calls, extreme lack of care by Taco Bell staff obviously, not sure why they offered to replace the missing food when they had no intention of doing so

Customer service is terrible, not welcoming at all, no human interaction what so ever, won't be rushing back .

Was really disappointed in the food in particular the size of the burrito, compared to the picture on menu I got what can only be described as a wrap.

Like Mexican type of food from this takeaway highly recommend veggie burito my favourite..

Don't go there, they clearly do not care Friday 9 December 2022, We thought let's try the Taco Bell as we tried all the other food places there already. Well all i can say is that for a new place it was the worst experience for me and the kid. Walked in and said hello and all i got was no replies. The girl that was at the till was more interested in talking with the boys in the kitchen then saying hello back to us. Every time i was asking a question it felt like i was asking for the moon. We ordered two different things of the menu so we can try more than one thing and all the food was cold for both of us. The fries looked like they been sitting there for a while. There is two of us but she only managed to give us one straw and one cap for the paper cups. It's not like she was busy as there was 6 customer sitting and only me and the kid at the till with no one behind us. The amount of meat in the tacos is a joke, i said no tomatoes but i still got tomatoes. i wouldn't serve any of it to my dog. Mexican food without flavor

Tried Taco Bell the other week and nothing special , very blunt. Something I could make at home. Just takes like anything you could buy frozen and make yourself.

Just ordered food for 4 people items was missing so I called them and explained that we are about to eat and items missing I been told we can’t do nothing about this !! Go through just eat and ask for refund ! He didn’t want to send drivers just because items was missing Never ever order again !!!

I am an elderly lady with no knowledge of this kind of food or what to order. Lily assisted willingly, was helpful and pleasant. It wasn't busy and our orders were promptly served. I will be back

I've officially sacked mcds & kfc. Yes I much prefer taco bell. Better quality! Last had this in the 🇺🇲 over 10years ago & just wondered why it has taken so long to get here.

I got the wraps, quesadillas , churros and cinnamon twists ! The fries are real good too for they spice on that give you a good kick ! I was surprised by the taste, unlike other fast food chains it actually used some spices and taste great too ! The staff is good and place is always and Spick and span. Definitely recommend!!

Honestly I don’t like to slate places for no reason. And I’m going to put this down to the store just being new and not experienced enough. But for my first ever experience of Taco Bell, Well let’s just say I don’t think I’ll have it again. Chips not Cooked well at all. The wrap was just bland and have genuinely had more spice from a chicken korma out of a microwave meal. The food took 23 minutes to come through while standing in the branch. As for the staff polite no issues there at all. Just think more training is needed to speed up the process and get the food right. As I just felt so disappointed even if it was only £5.99.

My daughter and her friend ordered a delivery yesterday. Both of them had bad stomach pains about 2 hours later going on into today. Also someone else I know had this yesterday and the same thing happened to her son and daughter. Won’t be ordering again.

Had been looking forward to trying Taco Bell for some time but was slightly let down by my first experience. I didn't know the size of the meals and sides before hand so had no frame of reference as to what to expect. The wraps were smaller than I imagined and the sides of fries were teeny tiny. Both myself and son had been very hungry so that didn't even touch the sides. Next issue was that although we were sat in the restaurant the food didn't come out hot, more mildly warm than anything. It was very tasty, just a shame about the other things. The menu options on the touch screens are not as customisable as some other fast food outlets so it's harder to get what you want for fussy kids. The way the screens are positioned means that if there's a group hanging around one of the screens then you struggle to get near the others, plus one was already out of order. The restaurant was clean at least and so armed with some of this knowledge I will go back and try again at some point in the near future. Hopefully the food will at least be hot.

Was the worst food I've had in the past few years please avoid

First ever order from Taco Bell and won't be returning. I always judge a take away by if I could do better at home and with this brand I most definetly could! Paid £7.29 for the photo attached, shocking value, bland beef and an awfully tight portion size! So dissapointed. Will say the only reason I score a 2 is for the fries which are excellent, but I won't be wasting my money here again.

I really enjoyed this place but only gave 4 star for the food as I felt the filling was kinda tight but other than that everything else gets 5, please guys talk to your bosses and see if you can get the taco sizes increased and add alot more filling
