The best restaurants in Canterbury South East

We really enjoyed the pizza making class yesterday. Ben is an excellent teacher and we now feel confident about having a go ourselves.

Relaxed and comfortable Cafe with good service and a nice selection of fresh food. Can be a bit noisy with little sound insulation. Really enjoyed the haloumi and avocado bagel.

Very friendly staff. Clean and bright. Well presented food and cheaper than anywhere else in town. Will go again.

My menu was out of date as I paid £7 more than I expected to pay. 10% discount if you collect order which is good. Picked up a new menu when I was there but this was also out of date. Prices online are up to date. Food very tasty but portion size small and amount of meat was minimal. Not very good value for money.

Great little cafe with a lovely ambiance serving quality coffee and teas. Loved the cheesecake. Service was very friendly with no pressure to leave despite being just after closing time. Frankly a breathe of fresh air

Brilliant food and great staff. Friendly atmosphere and all round fantastic place to go. Without a doubt best restaurant on the University of Kent's campus and one of my favourite places to go in Canterbury. Also good value and wide variety of dishes. Would definitely recommend the red lentil dahl. A must go restaurant.

First visit on Father’s Day with large order as one of only fish and chip shops open. Must say all very good! I had the homemade chicken and mushroom pie- delicious

Food cold and over an hour in waiting, rubbish! Won’t order again!

Great food, fast and friendly delivery.

We had tempura oysters & the ½ lobster. Both excellent. The lobster took a while to arrive but we weren't in any hurry. It was worth waiting for. We will be back next time we are in the area.

Had early dinner here. Air conditioning broken so freezing. No complimentary drink etc offered. Wouldn't come here again. Staff very nice. Food good but atmosphere desperate
