Raisa is very helpful very good service

I was an regular customer. Since a few months the costumers service is gone terrible. Last time I visited was none there and I waited 10 min and none served me ,they were preparing some deliveries and they had no time to even give me attention,of course I left without anything. I will not recommend anyone,the staff is doing everything that you not come back.

We go for the sandwich not for the atmosphere fortunately

The cashier with glasses ( possibly Bangladeshi) was very very awful, unpolit and un professional. The service is zero and the food was cold and not clean. Also, the music was very loud and uncomfortable. I don't recommend this place.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Never again not ordered from this restaurant. I ordered online and waiting more of one hour for delivery, and when I call to ask about my order they tell me haven't driver, and not delivery my food.

Hygiene here doesn't exist. The guys in the kitchen are wiping their faces, noses, scratching their heads and a second later putting your food together with bare hands

I been twice there with my family, fist in February, Food is good and tasty, but the boy at the reciption he didn't listen properly he charged me twice.

This kebab has absolutely nothing to do with “German”. Price performance absolutely inadequate and employees who don't understand you.

We stumbled upon this place by accident. Everything was great the food price( lunch time meal deal), restaurant and the staff. Would recommend a trip if you like donor kebab.

It's really the closest thing to German (Berliner) kebab. Classic Berlin sauces and really reasonably priced in the menu. Ambiance is a bit “luxurious” for a kebab shop and the loud music is a bit annoying, but ok.

A mixed experience - tricky to be fair because it's a fast food kebab, but it also costs a lot. I have to wonder why the beef tastes like a mix of Peperami and cat food. Didn't stop me eating it all though. Doner and Gyros is better, but you have to go to Norbury or Taunton.

Zahidul was a great host when I visited German Doner Kebab last weekend. The place was quite busy, but he remained calm and ensured that everyone was taken care of. The food was delicious, and Zahidul’s service made it even better. I’ll definitely be returning.
