German Doner Kebab in Canterbury

The shop was clean, The food was warm. The service was extraordinary. Atmosphere is great as well. The staff are really friendly, I was served by Kazi and he was really great. He was friendly and helpful. Such a friendly environment. Highly recommended for all.

Food was delicious my favourite Canterbury German doner. Specially kazı Tahmid was very friendly and helpful.

Just popped in for snack advertised on the window a delightful young lady took the order for two donor kebab unbelievable price £6.00 On receiving the order with 3 dips the presentation and quality was first class ,I had to make a point of thanking both the young girl and the chef the boss for a first class meal, you could see they must really enjoy their jobs. My only regret there is not a German Donor Kebab near me, lucky Canterbury.

Yeah these guys are super fast super efficient and super helpful. The staff go above and beyond. Food was out in less than 5 mins. The shop is acc super clean and spacious and it’s more of a chill out spot than anywhere else in the high street. Icl most emphasis on the staff, the food was good but the service was immaculate. Like I said super helpful staff, super quick, really nice as well.

Canterbury staff is superbly amazing n helpfull, specailly kazi tahmid n arbaz as i used to go gdk almost 3 times a week, as they are serving best taste in Canterbury.

Cruising down the street, a delicious aroma filled the air. It led straight to a little place grilling up some seriously tasty eats. The perfectly charred outside and juicy inside made my mouth water. Each bite was a burst of flavor, a little spicy, a little savory. Definitely a must-try if you're in the mood for something amazing.

We stopped off to try the kebab as we heard about it from friends. The service was great! Not overbearing, just helpful and positive. The food was super tasty, our 10 year old gave it a thumbs up! We will be back!

After tiring trip to the Canterbury Cathedral, we were looking for some halal food options and found GDK branch. The server (Aziz, apologies if I don’t remember correctly) was so friendly, served us proper hot meals in no time. He also brought goodies for our 1 year old daughter to play with so we can enjoy our food peacefully. Definitely recommend going there and ordering a juicy Doner sandwich.

Price and slow for a fast food restaurant. It was dirty and not particularly tasty. Definitely better places to go.

I came here I saw that 1 donerbox 10 pound I was with school from Holland and I thought okay I will pay I payed I waited 15 min for my doner and I asked no spice at all and the made it so Spicy that is had to use the restroom multiple times and when we were finished some random guy came up to us and forced us to give his restaurant 5 star review and now I gave him 1 star terrible service

Don't like the attitude of the staff that when you ask politely if the salad is fresh they look disgusted and say there's nothing wrong with it when clearly the brown lettuce tells me otherwise.

it never got delivered. it is still at the shop. on the app it says it has been delivered but never got here and no code was given to the driver either.

Misleading. On just eat advertising as able to deliver to my area. But they dont, i placed an order an hour in advance so they had enough time to cancel the order if they needed to due to not being able to deliver to me. But they didnt instead they just delayed the delivery time over and over untill i cancled it. When i cancled just eat confirmed they hadn't even began to prepare my order. So the restaurant had absolutly no intentions to make or deliver to me or even tell me they wouldnt be completing my order. If you don't deliver to my location, dont advertise that you do and leave your customers hanging.

Don't recommend, the whole place was dirty. Toilets an absolute Hygiene Risk, disgusting. Didn't look like they'd been cleaned for at least a week. I told the girl working there, got shrugged shoulder's, couldn't care less. Plus, they were drug users in and out, no-one said anything to them. Definitely won't return.

Delivery driver didn’t read my note about not knocking but to ring. Then was given the wrong order. Which led to me having to go get a new order from the store. Have now got my “fresh” order to then have the chips be stone cold. Not happy.
