German Doner Kebab in Canterbury

Misleading. On just eat advertising as able to deliver to my area. But they dont, i placed an order an hour in advance so they had enough time to cancel the order if they needed to due to not being able to deliver to me. But they didnt instead they just delayed the delivery time over and over untill i cancled it. When i cancled just eat confirmed they hadn't even began to prepare my order. So the restaurant had absolutly no intentions to make or deliver to me or even tell me they wouldnt be completing my order. If you don't deliver to my location, dont advertise that you do and leave your customers hanging.

Had the best customer service from Kazi, he was very respectful and gave us the best service ! Will definitely be returning:)

Excellent customer service! The staff at GDK Canterbury are friendly and efficient. The place is properly maintained with high hygiene standards, and everything is spotlessly clean. Highly recommend!

Don't recommend, the whole place was dirty. Toilets an absolute Hygiene Risk, disgusting. Didn't look like they'd been cleaned for at least a week. I told the girl working there, got shrugged shoulder's, couldn't care less. Plus, they were drug users in and out, no-one said anything to them. Definitely won't return.

We have enjoyed ordering from GDK on several occasions in the past. However, on our last two orders, we have been disappointed with the quality of the chicken. It has been undercooked on both occasions, more raw than a doner should be. We provided feedback after the first instance of undercooked chicken, but unfortunately, the issue persisted, and in fact, may have worsened on our second visit. Due to this concerns about food safety, we will have to cease ordering.

I was an regular customer. Since a few months the costumers service is gone terrible. Last time I visited was none there and I waited 10 min and none served me ,they were preparing some deliveries and they had no time to even give me attention,of course I left without anything. I will not recommend anyone,the staff is doing everything that you not come back.

Never again not ordered from this restaurant. I ordered online and waiting more of one hour for delivery, and when I call to ask about my order they tell me haven't driver, and not delivery my food.
