The best restaurants in Basingstoke and Deane South East

Visiting this place once every few weeks for the past 2 years now even though I live in Hook. I drive past a few kebab spots on the way to this place. Great kebabs, good portion size and service. Love their Haleel special. Only downside is during busy summer nights they struggle to keep up to the pick up time they advise over the phone.

Party of 10 from 3 to 83 and service, food and play facilities for the little ones was fantastic !! The olds could chat knowing the little ones were safe in the play area as large windows overlooking !! Carvery was the best I’ve had in a long time and portions of meat were very generous !!! Staff were polite,friendly and above all attentive !!! The redheaded waitress did not stop smiling and so friendly as was carvery chef !!!

Sadly a very negative experience. Very unwelcoming and unfriendly staff, we ended up not staying and leaving within 5 minutes of getting there.

Recommended a Lamb Bangalore and it was sensational. They know what curries I like and I asked for something different. What they offered was wonderful

Had a wonderful evening at the hatch, All 7 of us had a really enjoyable evening. Food was fantastic and the service was amazing from all staff- especially Jessica who looked after us all very well. Thankyou so much for a very much enjoyed evening,

Popped in for breakfast, your hostess Donna could not have been more friendly and accommodating. We were treated to one of the best breakfasts I have experienced in a very long time. The food was of excellent high quality and very well presented. I cannot recommend more highly, we have had both breakfasts and wakes at the hotel previously and will be back again for a quality breakfast and dining experience. Thank you Donna and your kitchen staff who deserve equal praise.

Best service ever ! Brent behind the bar gave me some socks when my feet hurt ! Amazing ! Would come back every day !
