I like this Brew Dog. They do great burgers and wings and the beer is outstanding. They are very supportive and understanding of specific dietary requirements and offer loads of advice and flexibility to accommodate a gluten and dairy free diet. My very fussy friend likes the wine and wings here too. The staff are friendly and approachable with being overbearing. Peace out mofos!!

A really excellent lunch stop. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was fresh and delicious. Sitting outside in the sunshine was great.

The food and beer here was great but what really appealed to me was how lovely the staff were! All the staff here were absolutely lovley!! Katie, Amber, Jacob and chef Lewis were all amazing, friendly, kind and helpful staff!! 10/10 would recommend!

Been drinking here for a while, really friendly staff. Can’t knock the burgers and the buffalo fries are great. Wing Wednesday is decent to, just make sure you book and are hungry!

Love this place. Honest, tasty food, great ambience and excellent beer. The birthday package was very welcoming (free drink each round of 4).

Also enjoy visiting with my other half and puppy. Good beer and puppy snacks. Would recommend

Popped for a couple of pints and to watch the 6 Nations. Great atmosphere, Black Heart is tasting good and the wings are amazing. It’s good to have sports events on the big screen, just a shame there isn’t a second screen so that it would be visible from the rest of the bar. The bar is clean, and you know what you are getting! Our pooch is happy here, she heads straight for the jar of dog treats by the front door.

Fast good food and service, music, games and outside area with heaters

We come here every week for the pub quiz and George particularly is a great quizmaster. Service is quick, staff professional and it feels like a small community for the weekly quiz which we really enjoy. Thanks!

Service was ok, there was no check back on the food, no goodbye when leaving and generally uninterested in the fact customers were there. Potentially due to a lack of staff but it tainted the experience, which up to now had always been good. The food was good, messy on the plate and just hot enough, the tea and coffee could have come from a vending machine.

Popped into brewdog for a couple drinks with my mates, had a great time with great music. The knowledge and care Jacob showed was amazing, that man deserves a raise!

The beer is good and the service can't be faulted. We shared the wings the other day and really enjoyed them. However today we ordered The Feast sharing platter. There is hardly any food on this sharing platter....don't bother ordering this. Good other than this. It's enough for one person and everything is in odd numbers.

The service was extremely slow. Waiting between 10-15 mins for a portion of 5 wings. How am I supposed to beat the record when they take that long. The first dish of wings had 10 and the dip, then after 5 a time and no more dips.

Cluck Norris tough and dry. Debatable that it had been marinated in buttermilk. Burger sauce and other additions minimal ie less than a t spoon of sauce on the burger and a cm strip of onion. Fries were hot.

Highly recommended! Great food and obviously the beers are so good! So much to choose from and the staff very helpful.

Waited almost an hour for some wings, nuggets and chips and the place was not busy. Food came out barely warm, but tasted OK. This is the 2nd time we've been and waited ages for food. I'd go just for the beer, and try somewhere else for food.

First time visiting and would highly recommend.

I booked Brewdog Basingstoke with a burger with a flight of beer groupon as a treat for my husbands birthday. He really enjoyed it and the food was great. Dogs are allowed in. There are board games to play and the staff were very attentive. Silly picture of my husband attached 🤣

Came here for date night, didn't have a food booking but changed our minds last minute and Kev behind the bar sorted us put no problem even though it was band night and they were rammed. Shout out to Carys and Jacob, staff who were not working but jumped on to the bar to help out when it got busy. Amazing team, brilliant atmosphere and they made the whole experience 1000 times better ❤️❤️

We love Brewdog - Went in for the burger deal and they were already out of chicken burgers (early evening) slightly disappointing as the offer was on burgers thought they would have been prepared so not sure what happened there 🤷🏼‍♀️ Went with a beef one and it was very good and very well cooked 👌🏼 The onion rings were really oily though would avoid those.

Had another brilliant afternoon in a BrewDog bar. Today, our host Amber was just fantastic. Talked us through the beers, great service and was more knowledgeable than some of management staff when helping with our BrewDog vouchers. Great afternoon.

Food was good, but pretty expensive, so it was worthwhile booking the buy a burger get another for £1 deal. Spent a good 3.5 hrs eating and drink and playing board games, it was a great place to catch up with friends. On the whole the staff were really friendly, especially the staff member who served us our food. Unfortunately one staff member behind the bar was very rude when we were enquiring how we ordered under the deal we booked for. She was very short and rude the whole evening to everyone at our table, which was very disappointing. We even had other customers make comments about this to us!

It’s very nice, wings are tasty, various choices of beers, nice staff.

Overall we had a wonderful time. Unfortunately the chicken on the burger was way too overcooked and was not too great to eat, also very little sauce and tiny piece of avo. But the rest of the food was great, we had fun playing games and the service was fast.

Food was brilliant. There was no toilet roll in any of the ladies toilets though, and we waited 10 mins to be served as there were only 2 people serving

Great food we had full English brunch. Good choice of beers and ciders. Good service. Good background tunes had a few Linkin Park tunes on. Only slight negative was it's nearly 7 quid a pint.

Food was great ....very busy evening at brew dog but the guys n gal had it all under control ...very impressive service with just two guys (the a team) running the wings to the tables ....see you next time

Came in for the Wings deal and the pint of Punk IPA for £1. Team could not have been friendlier - excellent service and nothing too much trouble. Sometimes with killer deals such as this (in other businesses), staff can be irritated, but no such thing here. Good quality and beer quality both excellent! 10/10 to Basingstoke team.

We had a food & drink experience & really enjoyed having a relaxing lunch - the burgers & fries were delicious & the range of beers fantastic, plus the service was great - our server was really friendly & everything arrived really quickly. I also enjoyed the playlist. I would definitely recommend!

We had the burger there for the very first time and they were sooo good. We have always gone there for beer and maybe wings but never a burger..the spicy burger was soo deliciously made, crispy and juicy. Palate orgamus. Thank you.

Once again, lovely food. A good selection of beers, which we love to try the new ones. And staff as normal very accommodating & knowledgeable.

It's your standard brewdog, you come for the drinks and maybe for the food but my experience was poor when I ordered some loaded fries. The setup is nice and open, chill vibes in the evening and just a nice area to have drinks with your friends and family. You can order in the bar, buy some cans and order online.

Always really enjoy going to a brewdog, the beer selection is great and the staff are friendly. This particular one was okay. Not the best, not the worst. It was quite understaffed and the food order wasn't conveyed clearly to the kitchen which meant the wrong food came out. But when it did come it was delicious (the redefine meat vegan version of the hoppy meal). It was stated that they come with goodies however it was just chips and the burger, when we enquired they stated the chips were the goodie which was quite disappointing as they were just part of the meal anyway. The burger patty itself was tasty but the burger as a whole was missing most of the ingredients except the tiniest scrap of lettuce which was also disappointing. So overall it has the potential to be great but probably came on a bad day.

We preferred the beans in the full English last week but still nice today. Always helpful friendly staff. And great for our toddler and dog!

Visited with my brothers to visit a new place. We entered and nobody directed us, so we picked a place to sit ourselves. While the food was great, service was lacking. For starters, I found it odd that nobody visited our table for a welcome etc. for the entire 15mins or so that we sat and decided what to order. Secondly, the menu said that you can challenge your server to rock-paper-scissors and get free dessert if you win. Sounded like fun! When our order arrived, we "challenged" our server, who sort of shrugged it off saying "we'll do that once you're finished". He didn't visit our table again anyway. Took the fun out of it and we didn't bother asking him to come again.

Food and atmosphere great at Basingstoke BrewDog....but this time we went on the 18th December....it was busy and the staff seemed a little pre occupied...wings Wednesday not easy I know to keep up with the demand...I had 20 superb wings and then waited for the next 5 which never came ...then sadly ran out of time .

Bit pricey for drinks but there is a good selection if you want to try a variety of drinks

I was working in Basingstoke frequently and found Brewdog after a few trips. 2 years and some months later I can't recommend this bar enough - the staff are welcoming/friendly and the atmosphere likewise. The staff had introduced myself and friends to a wide range of beers we hadn't tried before which added to the experience. The bar itself has a cool industrial feel to it. If I'm ever in town I will always revisit this gem and hopefully see some of the staff too.

I have been coming consistently for 3 months and always had excellent service and great food. I look forward to visiting again. Thank you so much for the amazing memories.

Great beer & food, the band was awesome!

Place was really nice ! I really enjoyed the burger, alot more than i thought i would. I was alittle annoyed that they have a deal to play rock paper scissors for dessert, i asked to play and the guy behind the bar told me to wait until after my meal. I got my meal, ate, went straight to the bar and the same guy said its too late and the kitchen was closed. If he knew the kitchen was closing then why not let me play before and order my dessert?

George and Beth looked after us REALLY well - made us feel at home and a part of the family! We visited on a Sunday (special Brunch menu!) and the bar was full of families shopping (and Dad’s babysitting …kids and beer, whilst Mum’s shopped!) What a superb family atmosphere! Thankyou both!

Had a fantastic Christmas party. The food was delicious with generous portion sizes. The staff were the real selling point. They were amazing, from the manager to the bar staff and chefs. Would definitely recommend .

Unfortunately on this occasion the chicken wings and legs that we ordered were really dry and overcooked. Left the majority of them.

We went for Wings Wednesday and had been looking forward to this as a work outing for a long time. The booking for 13 was surprisingly straightforward and our table was ready for us on arrival. The wings, unfortunately, were not good. All three coatings were far too salty for any of our tastes. We persevered, swapping coatings each round we bought, to see if any were better, and also in an attempt to reach the leaderboard of who could eat the most. After a while we all agreed we weren't enjoying them and gave up. What a shame.

We had a great Brunch, they were really busy but told us there would be a delay for food but as the drinks were flowing we did not mind. Bethany and Kevin were super friendly. The vibe in the place was great so will definitely go back for another bottomless brunch. The fact that the Prosecco was my favourite brand helped too! Thanks for a lovely afternoon 👍🏼

Takes for ever to get your food . Food is good except the Mac n cheese. And is dog friendly.3 stars

First visit, went for the quiz. Nice atmosphere & loved the cheeky sign. We didn't eat there but food looked good. Drinks expensive though.

The food is super variable here. Ordered devil fries which were normal fries with salt and chilli powder. except there was hardly any on there… and they were over cooked. Hasselback were also overcooked.. I get they need to be crispy, but these were burnt. Burgers were pretty average compared to normal. All in all, pretty poor effort with food. I really don’t want to have to complain when I come out to dinner.. just be consistent! I’ve had great food here before.

Good quality food and beer with a great team working there. A special mention for Jo (if I remember her name correctly) who was very attentive and knowledgable. Oh and she's a big Pink Floyd fan which helps :)

Live band, very good atmosphere. But expensive but worth it.

No personal service. Had to keep getting up to get any attention. Music blaring. Won’t be rushing back or recommending to anyone.

Went in for a meal. My allergies were catered for 100%. Definitely recommend. Excellent service particularly from Jacob who made sure my good was allergy free.

Popped in for drinks. Beth served us behind the bar. She was amazing! Couldn’t decide on a cocktail and she recommended the new orange expresso martini. Absolutely delicious 10/10
