Place was really nice ! I really enjoyed the burger, alot more than i thought i would. I was alittle annoyed that they have a deal to play rock paper scissors for dessert, i asked to play and the guy behind the bar told me to wait until after my meal. I got my meal, ate, went straight to the bar and the same guy said its too late and the kitchen was closed. If he knew the kitchen was closing then why not let me play before and order my dessert?

George and Beth looked after us REALLY well - made us feel at home and a part of the family! We visited on a Sunday (special Brunch menu!) and the bar was full of families shopping (and Dad’s babysitting …kids and beer, whilst Mum’s shopped!) What a superb family atmosphere! Thankyou both!

Had a fantastic Christmas party. The food was delicious with generous portion sizes. The staff were the real selling point. They were amazing, from the manager to the bar staff and chefs. Would definitely recommend .

Unfortunately on this occasion the chicken wings and legs that we ordered were really dry and overcooked. Left the majority of them.

We had a great Brunch, they were really busy but told us there would be a delay for food but as the drinks were flowing we did not mind. Bethany and Kevin were super friendly. The vibe in the place was great so will definitely go back for another bottomless brunch. The fact that the Prosecco was my favourite brand helped too! Thanks for a lovely afternoon 👍🏼

We went for Wings Wednesday and had been looking forward to this as a work outing for a long time. The booking for 13 was surprisingly straightforward and our table was ready for us on arrival. The wings, unfortunately, were not good. All three coatings were far too salty for any of our tastes. We persevered, swapping coatings each round we bought, to see if any were better, and also in an attempt to reach the leaderboard of who could eat the most. After a while we all agreed we weren't enjoying them and gave up. What a shame.

Takes for ever to get your food . Food is good except the Mac n cheese. And is dog friendly.3 stars

First visit, went for the quiz. Nice atmosphere & loved the cheeky sign. We didn't eat there but food looked good. Drinks expensive though.

Good quality food and beer with a great team working there. A special mention for Jo (if I remember her name correctly) who was very attentive and knowledgable. Oh and she's a big Pink Floyd fan which helps :)

The food is super variable here. Ordered devil fries which were normal fries with salt and chilli powder. except there was hardly any on there… and they were over cooked. Hasselback were also overcooked.. I get they need to be crispy, but these were burnt. Burgers were pretty average compared to normal. All in all, pretty poor effort with food. I really don’t want to have to complain when I come out to dinner.. just be consistent! I’ve had great food here before.

Love going to the quizzes every Tuesday, such a friendly loving atmosphere every time I visit. The team are very chatty making you feel welcomed! Always love the food and deserts, drinks are lovely. Jacob definitely stands out as he is happy to help with anything big or small, never makes me feel like an inconvenience! GO TEAM JACOB 🐺

I came to visit with friends as this venue was recommended by family and had a wonderful time. The food was excellent and came out in good time. Our server Jacob was also very helpful in accommodating our dietary preferences and delivering friendly service.

I always have a great time when I’m at Brewdog Basingstoke! Music, beer and wings! What more can you want?! The staff have always been amazing every time I am there. Shout out to Jacob who recommended some really amazing beers! Don’t really go out as much anymore but every time I do I always go to BrewDog Basingstoke! Would always recommend this place to anyone who wants good beer, good food and just a really good time! My dog is even on their wall of fame!

Went into Brewdog for lunch and the server was fantastic! Every time I thought we needed something before I could call him over he was there. I think his name was Jacob, hopefully that’s right, but definitely the best service I’ve had for a long time!

Walked in today around 6.30 pm tonight with my sister… looking to get food and drinks. We couldn’t find a free table so we waited at the bar to get a drink first. I ordered a Coke for me and Prosecco (for my sis) whilst she is standing next to me at the bar. The man serving did not seem smiley at all and had poor customer service… he ID’ me (baring in mind I turn 30 tomorrow) and I told him I didn’t have ID on me, ask my sister for hers as she is the one who is having the Prosecco … and he still refuses to serve her even though she had ID on her and is 35 … this was shocking and humiliating in front of other customers and also came across as very sexist. We walked out feeling humiliated and it was a shame as usually brewdog is one of my favourite places to go to.

Food was superb, although my husband who is following a wheat-free diet at the moment was very limited on his choices. If the burgers are wheat/gluten free without the buns, perhaps the menu could say so? In fact, there is no allergen advice on the menu, which is unusual these days and would be helpful.

A great bar, such tasty food. Amazing variety of beers... Great atmosphere & the service is top notch! Definitely recommend.

We went on a Tuesday and there was a quiz night on which was great goe the atmosphere even if your not taking part. Great Vegan options, food was unreal

We’d been looking forward to BrewDog's all-you-can-eat wings night for quite a while. Surprisingly, the place wasn’t as busy as expected, which was nice. However, since we were ordering the Wednesday night wings special, we couldn’t use the app as usual and had to place our orders at the bar. This was a bit inconvenient, especially since we had to return to the bar for every refill. That said, the wait time between refills wasn’t bad at all. As always, the food was good, and the beer was exceptional—some of the best in the world. However, a few of the wings were colder than we would have liked, which is why we’re only giving the food four stars. While we probably won’t do the wings night again, we’d definitely come back to enjoy a meal from the regular menu using the app.

Brewdog Basingstoke is fab and the barman (with a beard) was so lovely and attended to our every need. The food was amazing and all such good value. Will definitely go back.

I love it here. The staff are so friendly and approachable. The food is lovely, the music is old school skate rock, which we love and it's an amazing atmosphere. Very laid back and chilled, love it!

Gloves would make it perfect! A description on the flavours would be helpful - thought dragon spice was firey hot but it was just like Chinese all spice. The dragon spice also doesn’t come with a dip so was a bit dry without the sauces I ordered on the side. Tons of wings every portion, really crispy and yummy. Sauces were big - perfect for the wings 2 for £6 on sides to mix it up is great too.

We took advantage of DeskDog, a group of us from work came and worked from BrewDog in Basingstoke. The food was good, though the seitan wings were a touch tough, but the service was great! Music was perhaps a touch loud for a work environment, but I guess it's a bar first and a workplace second.

Visit was great, but couldn't find reserved table. There was plenty of space so not a problem.

We took our two young girls under 5 and were incredibly surprised to discover how child friendly Brewdog is. Colouring table, games, good food (free for the kids during the summer if you book a table), relaxed atmosphere. Staff were brilliant and friendly, will return

Just the one 🍺. Lovely vibe though, had every age group enjoying the music, drinks, food and one couple playing scrabble 😁 very cool.

Had booked a table that day online but they didn't have a table reserved for me. We were lucky there was a table free. We ordered seperately but at the same time on the app. Nice and easy to order. Food came quite quickly but with 5-8 minutes between our 3 orders so we ate at different times which was not ideal. The food looked quite nice on arrival but was a bit dry and overcooked and not really that tasty. It was pushed onto our table on a tray like a school dinner. There was no care or love going into this meal! We were checked on if our food was ok. We said it was fine as I couldn't see how we were going to get better. The atmosphere was really nice. Relaxed and busy. They didn't have the non alcoholic drinks we requested available which as a shame so were limited to ginger beer. The toilets were shocking! No toilet seat in one and a toilet seat not attached on another that made you take your life into your own hands using it! Bit of a shame really as the rest of the venue had a nice funky feel.

Love this place but the service was not good. Our group of 6 used the web to order and drinks were brought to the table but the server didn't know what the drink was. This happened every time (we had about 5 rounds). The pints look the same to the customer and we ended up getting our drinks mixed up. This is especially important as one of our party was on low alcohol lager as they were driving. We weren't confident they could order more in case they got the wrong pint. Otherwise, awesome quiz and bar.

Quiet, comfortable, not a huge menu, burgers should come with chips. Went for the 'kids eat free' offer.

Definitely overpriced, but the beers are consistently good, and the food is to a decent pub standard (burgers, chicken wings, etc) Some interesting selections on keg, and some very interesting bottles in the fridge (though you will need a small mortgage to buy them!).

Very disappointed at this visit, I’d been before and wanted to take my partner back as I felt it was so good. Unfortunately service was slow, considering there was only one other family, took 40 minutes for food, then when it arrived we needed to send fries back as they were cold, fries then arrived after the rest of the meal was finished

Brewdog makes the best food, the staff are friendly and it's a cool place to go with friends where they welcome dogs. It's definitely the best place in town.

First visit for unlimited wings! Unfortunately our experience was cut short due to a hornet not leaving us alone :( Great atmosphere, loads of beers! Could do with more staff waiting and behind the bar, but overall great, would go again 👍🏻

Great beer, great burgers, great wings 🍺🍔 But they should stick with what they are good at! The Patriot burger was phenomenal, as were the buffalo wings, and the choice of beers and ciders is exceptional. The ‘Feast’ sharing starter however was disappointingly underwhelming and the 2 sides we had with our burger (mac&cheese and onion rings) were bland and fairly non descript. We also did the cocktail taster, which was another let down. Can understand the idea behind cocktails in a can but the drinks just didn’t hit the mark 🍸 But atmosphere was buzzing, and the service was swift. Overall, we will go back, but just for a burger and pint!

Pricey but good food, good vegan options. Would visit again

Went here last night as a friend who knows I love wings mentioned wings Wednesday which I had never heard of and I was intrigued . So glad I went, service was great, girls behind the bar could smile a bit more but service still great. Wings were incredible, went for the Korean bbq chicken wings, omg, highly recommended! Will be going back very soon for more wings!! Also, food and drinks were great value for money!

Just had an awesome brunch here. Great food. Great service and really nice beer selection. Probably shouldn’t have had so many tasters before midday but hey!

Came here with a friend for brunch and I have to say it was absolutely brilliant! Food was amazing, especially the American Breakfast (it’s huge!) and as expected with all Brewdogs, beer selection was fantastic. Last but not least a huge mention to the amazing staff. Friendly as anything and made the place special!

Once again really enjoyed our evening at brewdog, Katy and Ben were very attentive and a credit to the bar staff ! Food was great as always and I didn't get the guys name doing the quiz but he was also spot on !

Wings Wednesday is a great deal! Had a great night and really enjoyed the wings! Will defo be doing it again!!

It a nice atmosphere and great music choice for this place especially when u can bring your dog but the reason I leave 3 stars is just the price of my burger was £17 and it came with no chips which would have been and extra £3.50 for the 3 of us that was eating including drinks can to over £70 and plus the waiter refused to serve me the alcoholic drink I am 21 and my mum even had to speak up but it wasn't good enough sadly my passport has expired and I haven't been id in a long time i hardly bring it anywhere.

Booked a bottomless brunch. Asked for scrambled eggs apparently the kitchen can’t make them… then told for poached eggs wait would be minimum 30 minutes. Opted for the some pancakes which had to be sent back twice as not cooked properly and the second set came out worse than the first. Would not recommend, we actually left 30 minutes earlier than the brunch lasted.

Aha very impressed by the interior, big space, seatings and off course for drinks that's why we friends were there. Even the staff bit busy but still had very good service. We ordered drinks via app. Always good selection of beer. Variety of beer from IPA to Sour, red ale to stout. Atmosphere is cool even the floor wasn't busy because of lunchtime. I would like to let the staff know that we really like this place even been many brewdog include all London BrewDog and from Bristol & Cardiff to Glasgow & Edinburgh but this one was different. So been to counter for drinks and start chat with bar guy. He had knowledge about drinks and helped me to select one for me. Then I got to know that they're short staff but still trying their best to do good which I really appreciate. Anyhow we friends had great time on drinks and enjoyed much to be here. Hopefully come back soon when travelling around.

Wing Wednesday what's not to like

I loved my meal but my missus was a bit disappointed with her chicken burger I think it was cluck Norris.

Absolutely loved it. Only downside, there was no chicken available at all. On the plus side, it meant my kids had to the burgers…and they loved them.

I got a brunch voucher for Christmas, which myself and my husband used. We had a lovely time and will defo be back!

Another fantastic family event at Brewdog Basingstoke. Kev and the team are great hosts - very professional, helpful and welcoming. Atmosphere, decor and music choice are all superb. Keep up the good work guys. See you again soon.

We have been to BrewDog several times and it has been great. Unfortunately we have just been with the whole family and our 4 year old Granddaughters meal had several hairs in it. So it was returned. We were refunded the cost..... but it was very disappointing and spoiled what was a birthday celebration for my wife.

It was our 3rd time visiting this pub and it just improves each time. Its great to always see the Manager around and was wonderful he recognised us and made a point of coming to talk to us. The customer sevice is absolutely spot on from the whole team, they all seem so happy and always professional but with a genuine care for their job and their customers. Everywhere was spotlessy clean. The Food again was great, didnt have to wait long and it came out piping hot. Clear plates all round! Great value for money! We are already planning our 4th visit!!

Stopped in for a quick pint and something to eat before catching my train, brilliant food and atmosphere was great for the time of day, a lovely lady behind the bar advised me on some very nice IPAs and she was spot on with them! So thankyou very much leona, I will definitely be popping back again, and I hope she serves me because she was a joy to talk to and she knew her flavours!

Best Full English I've had in a long time! All the items were quality and cooked to perfection. My Mrs had the Croissant Brunch Burger which was outstanding too. Great breakfast, will be back for it again!
